Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas a finir l'installation de Creative Cloud, celle-ci tourne en boucle pendant de longues miniutes et fini par me demander de relancer l'ordinateur. Malgres cela, rien n'y fait. Si quelqu'un a une idée. Merci !
Tentei instalar o indesign pela creative cloud, ele está instalando em 99%, não sai disso há mais de 24h, porém não permite instalar mais nada. Tentei até desinstalar o creative cloud, não consegui, está travado nesse instalando 99% e não consigo fazer mais nada no creative cloud.
Hello everyone,i have 20gb of storage that is totally empty. in the trash files too. and yet i have over 8gb used. i had tried many methods but nothing worked. and when i'm on an app like lightroom, it tells me that i have two files in sync since the very beginning several months ago even though i never used the online storage.
An illustrator file in a creative cloud shared library that I created became corrupted and I can't open it. How can I see file history of a shared library file and revert to an older version? I report it as a bug because there doesn't seem to be a file history button in library assets... any solutions? Thanks! Creative Cloud version 6.2.0.554
This happened last update also. 2 days in to the update and still nothing. All my other apps updated (to 24.4), and Premiere is stuck at 24.3 and saying you're all updated. The Type tool shortcut (T) is not working sometimes (most of times) it's only work when i tap shift+T
I couldn't find what could be causing my raid 5 to slow to a crawl. So I wiped my SSD and reinstalled Macos 14.5 hooked up the Raid and tested read/write speeds of the Raid. Before any adobe software was installed it was read/write at 458 MB/s. After installing CC it went down to 297 MB/s. that's a loss of 1/3. which in my line of work is a strangle hold. what's even worse is working with adobe support. after spending over 3hrs(not dramatic) I'm reaching out to non adobe (drink the koo-ade ) in hopes of getting a solution. This is the same attitude I experienced when bringing up the issue of not being able to tether when using LRC(something I do multiple times a week. they(adobe) blames Apple, Apple blames Adobe. Well Apple is correct on this one! I ended up purchasing Tether tools sharpshooter just to shoot tethered. So Adobe's kool-aide statement about it being an apple issue is like the rest... don't fix, blame others.System details1. Fresh install of Macos 14.5 (clean factory
I can't see my entire list of people I've shared my CC Library with— how can I manage/edit? The list should scroll but it is just cut off.
After uninstall still getting these messages
After Creative Cloud updated to the latest version, I have had to 'repair' the app and even then it doesn't always work. This happens each time I turn my laptop and desktop on. Even when it's in sleep mode and I use it, I have to repair the app. If it was happening once in a while I wouldn't be upset but each time I turn on my computer? And sometimes while I am working. As I am typing this, the repair box came up again.Why is this happening and what do I do to fix this.Windows 10, Current version of CC.
I am running Creative Cloud on a Mac and have been running it for a number of years. Today the Creative Cloud Desktop app started crashing immediately upon startup. This prevents InDesign and the other apps in the suite from operating properly. I've tried the suggested remediations, running the Apple Disk Utility to repair the volume and restarting the computer, to no avail. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Desktop app, but neither process has been successful. This situation has happened previously and required an Adobe support engineer to uninstall and reinstall the Desktop app removing a set of old files. I'd prefer notto wait until Monday to talk to an Adobe support engineer, but that looks like the best alternative. Any other suggestions?
I was unable to access an app that I have a subscription to because it could not be verified, not connected to internet.This is simply unaceptable! Why am I required to be connected to the internet just to use something I have paid for? There are times when one may not be able to get internet connectivity while needing to use an app. You have to have realized this, no?
When I open any app, the CC libraries show up empty. The folders are still there, but either only a handful of graphics show up or none at all. This is happening for every CC user in my organisation and is a significant time sink. The only place the graphics show up as they should is in the CC Library desktop app, which is no use while I'm working.I've tried the following things to fix it:Quit and reopen the CC library desktop app (no change)Uninstall and reinstall InDesign (graphics come back in all apps for all users until next day)Add new folder/graphic to library (graphics come back to the library folder/graphic was made in until programme is closed, when reopened graphics are gone).We've put extensive time into building our CC libraries, and this is adding frustration to an already stressful job. I've seen other users are also having issues with this. Is there an interim fix that can be done or will there be a fix for this in the next update?

My CC cloud storage is completely empty, but there's 334.1 MB of data in use that I can't seem to access in order to delete it.All locations are empty - "Your files", "Shared with you", "Your libraries", "Deleted", "Lightroom photos", "Mobile creations". I also checked every mobile app to make sure no files were present, and I discovered a couple of Rush projects that didn't appear in CC, so I deleted those as well.And yet 334.1 MB of data remains.Also, there's another issue (possibly related) - ever since Adobe ended cloud sync, I've had a red exclamation mark on my CC tray icon (Win 11) and on the cloud icon in the top right corner of the app window (see pics).
As we discovered some time ago, there is a compatiblity issue with Adobe Creative Cloud and Windows Memory Integrity. This is due to an old driver (PxHlpa64.sys), that is beeing installed with the "Creative Cloud Desktop Application" installer, downloaded from the Admin Console. This drivers belongs to some disk burning part. This issue seems to exist for some time now (2022) and I must ask why doesn't Adobe adress this problem?We can not updated our computers running Creative Cloud because of that and we need a solution asap. Please do not ask for any log files etc., It is as simple as described above and can be replicated by anybody. Thank you.
When I open my desktop Creative Cloud Application, it is displaying weirdly on my computer (see attached image for exact display issue). It has been happening for awhile and no matter what I do nothing has fixed the issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Creative Cloud version 6.1.0.587.7Adobe Illustrator version 28.4.1Platform: Mac mini (M2 Pro)OS: Ventura 13.6.6 I am trying to build a brand inventory that can be accessed from all Adobe apps that have the Libraries extension. Some of the graphic elements have the freeform gradient applied. When the graphic shape that has freeform gradient is dragged and dropped into the Library inside Adobe Illustrator, it gets added but the thumbnail preview looks white (blank). When adding other graphic elements that do not have freeform gradient, they show just fine. The current workaround is to right click on the asset with the preview issue and click "Edit". In Adobe Illustrator I select everything and apply the "Rasterize" effect and save. This will fix the problem and make Libraries able to display the thumbnail. Side note: When accessing Libraries through assets.adobe.com/libraries, thumbnails are produced with no issues.
Is anybody else having trouble uploading media today? I've done everything I can think of and still I get just gray boxes where my photo media should be. I've duplicated the file, restarted, deleted and reuploaded, and gone through all the steps over and over but nothing works. I'm on version 6.1.0.587.7 Creative Cloud and I'm using Safari 17.4.1Help! Hello, I started using Fresco not long ago and I've been enjoying it. But all of a suden now it's telling me I don't have storage and I need to free space.I try to export my files to delete them afterwards but it won't let me export anything. The only option is to delete everything I've been working on and spent hours on...It won't let me open any file either!Please, what can I do??
I cannot get photohop to open on both my and my wife's computer. We have the entire Creative Cloud and this is the only app I cannot get to open. I have tried all the fixes they have suggested and even downloaded a repair version of Windows 11. Please advise?
I have a different browser set up with my Gmail login. When I go to login with my Gmail, your Creative Cloud launchs the default brwoser. No problem, this happens often to me with external programs. The problem is your terrible authentication system that probably marked the SSO token as used as soon as it hits the browser. This implementation is not necessary!!!! I should be able to copy the URL to another browser and just use it! I am a developer with a degree in softare security and there is NO REASON AT ALL that your system is implemented this way. It doesn't create a more secure system in the slightest. It just makes me come here at tell you that this is another strike against your archaic software and reason to migrate away from Adobe. Not to mention the bugs I found while filing this bug!!!
On macOS, if one searches "Creative Cloud" with Spotlight, Launchpad or third party launcher apps such as LaunchBar, the first result is always "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/Utils/Creative Cloud Desktop App.app", launching which seemingly does nothing at all the user might care about—it certainly does not launch the Creative Cloud Desktop App 🤦♂ Conversely, "/Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Cloud" (which happens not to even be a real app package, but actually an alias pointing to "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/ACC/Creative Cloud.app"—Adobe, get your act together) does successfully launch Creative Cloud Desktop App. But then again, that one’s name does not say "Desktop App" nor comes as the top-most result when searching in any of the above. So Adobe, please:Get rid of "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/ACC/Creative Cloud.app".Rename "/Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Cloud" to "/
The problem (as per sloppily documented on X)...:The drive allocated for downloads fills up (to max!) whenever I use the update func in Creative Cloud.This is because my internet connection isn't entirely stable and the program (CC!) lacks allocation of temp download space and garbage cleanup func after failed download.Here's a description:{1. Update in CC starts.2. Partial download in temp folder (drive!).3. Operation breaks because of failed connection.4. Partial (now failed!) download sits untouched. (becomes garbage!)5.
