Chromebook.  Mobile LR .  All sliders jump to zero when touched if the mouse pad is not held down at the same time.  Really annoying and didn't do this until latest update.

Hey. I have a problem with Lightroom. When I hover over a preset, the preview of the photo displayed is different from what appears after I click and apply the preset. When I hover over a preset, I see that the parametric curve is changed while the others remain unchanged, but after clicking on the preset and moving the mouse around, dots appear near the point curve, red, green... These changes are in the preset, but it's strange because they aren't displayed after hovering over the preset and then they appear.  This happend too on my frined Windows computer. This is similar to this old bug P: Desktop: Resets recently edited photos randomly and won't shut down   Edits on both DNG and TIFF files often (maybe 20% of the time, which is a lot) completely reset to the original version. The history view shows no newer edits meaning the work (crops, color adjustments, brushes, etc.) is gone. Context:   Mac Studio M1 Max (64GB RAM) running Sonoma 14.2.1 Lightroom 7.1.2 I've used Lightroom from its first beta and the cloud version for some years and never had this happen prior to the latest Lightroom update I've had a couple images get "stuck" in this condition meaning I tried repeatedly (perhaps five times) to crop them and they always reset after 10 or 20 seconds back in the grid view   Things I have tried that seem to work once or twice but not reliably:   Wait for the cloud sync spinner to stop before leaving edit mode for an image Always switch back to main edit or detail view before returning to grid mode   I

Lightroom CLoud 7.1.2 on Windows 11 I just noticed that the undo and redo buttons are always greyed out and do not work. Keyboard shortcuts for the actions work, but I like to use these sometimes.

In Lightroom v. 7.1.2 on Windows 11, the Geometry Panel has been moved to the Crop Tool panel. It is no longer possible to use the Arrow Keys (left-right, up-down) to adjust the sliders in the Transform Sub-Panel. These keys now move the image around because the Crop Tool is now open. Also, it would be nice if the wheel on a mouse could also be used to adjust the sliders in any Panel, as can be done in Lightroom Classic. Moving the Sliders with the mouse pointer in any Panel for me is not very precise. Thanks for your consideration. Bruce Ward

The display will fill the screen when placed vertically, but will be extremely small when placed horizontally. I just installed Lightroom CC on my new laptop and the Undo button isn't showing up at the top right as it does on my old one (it's to the left of the Share button, separated by a vertical bar). I can't find a setting anywhere to show hidden toolbars. I can undo from the Edit menu or by pressing CTRL-Z, but I prefer the toolbar button. Any idea how to display the Undo/Redo toolbar?

Hello ,   When taking picctures with Lightroom on my Iphone (14 pro), sometimes in high light I have violet circle come up, or just violet zone.   Somebody knows why ? How can I correct this ?    Here some picture   Thanks for your help.

Couple months ago I could easily assign a check or x rating to my photos to speed up culling unwanted shots. On the newest version I can't find a way to do that. Please advise. Thanks!

I've had this happen more than a few times: Lightroom clears all my edits from a photo, when I change selection to a next photo. I've lost more than days' worth of work since I haven't every time notice this happening, and it's a real bummer to see all edits gone after editing dozens of photos in one session. Also, each time this happens, the Lightroom app won't shut down and has to be force quitted.  There has to be a solution for this, right?  I'm using version 3.3 on a 2018 MacBook Pro.

All of my photos and albums no longer show the edits I've made to the photos. On the right column where the editing window is. It says the following.   "Waiting for Settings. This photo is missing updated settings  Open Lightroom on that device to have edits synced"   I've only ever used the same iMac to make edits and that is what I have the app opened on now. So I'm very confused as to what is going on 

Hi,     Idon't know if you can help me here but I got a strange behavior. I wanted to try out your Android App (Version 9.0.1) created an account and now everytime I load up a picture it shows totally blue. I can edit it and export it then everything is fine. Same if I try to take a screenshot. In the screenshot all fine. I don't know what's happening. Is it possible that's a feature of the free version?  Can you help? 😊   Thanks. Mike

I recently updated to the latest version of Lightroom after getting the notification that an update was available. After the update was installed, I was working on a RAW photo, creating a mask, when the program crashed. No big deal I initially thought, however now the app crashes almost immediately after launching now.  I tried going back to the previous version, but that now crashes as well.   I've tried reseting preferences (holding down Alt/Shift when starting). That hasn't worked either.There have been a couple of times where the app stays open despite the error window popping up, so that has allowed me to turn off the GPU in preferences/Perfomance. However, that hasn't worked either.   I've seen similar issues with no solution. I am trying to save a preset I have created, however when I apply the preset on an image the point curve setting is missing. I am not sure why this is happening as I've previously successfully saved presets without settings being missed.   My Lightroom CC is up to date (V6.4), I have restarted it too.   This is what the selection looks like when I press "Create Preset" as you can see the tone curves are ticked   However, when I apply the preset, the point curve doesn't change.   Please could someone give me some advice, thank you.  

Using Lightroom version: 7.0 x64 [ 20230927-2320-8b251c5 ] (Sep 27 2023), on Windows 10, I get the error when attempting to edit in Photoshop. This is an old bug that has resurfaced. Of course, I do have an active subscription. HEIC files from iPhone 13 Pro. Works fine from Lightroom Classic.

is anyone else Lightroom crashing app crashing ?

This is a new bug that appeared in the Lightroom Oct 2023 Update (7.0) on Windows 10.   Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a few masks, add some random selections like select subject. 2. To a first mask, add brush selection with auto mask on, and intricately trace out some object in your photo. 3. Right click on selection in the masking panel, duplicate selection 4. Drag and drop the duplicated selection to another mask 5. Observe that the brush selection is.... offset by an arbitary amount. It definitely is not in the same position. Also, I cannot drag the brush selection handle to move it around anymore. I am using Adobe under my University where I am offered a max of 100GB. As of maybe a month or two ago, I have noticed that when looking at my cloud storage at the top right of Lightroon, it is displaying that I have a storage of PB and that I have 0 free. I am not sure how my storage has went from displaying GB to PB,  but it woul dbe nice if this reverted back to normal 🙂   Thank You! Michael (JP)

Lightroom Oct 2023 (7.0) brings point color settings. However, when used in a mask, it is completely ignored by Copy/Paste slider settings.   Steps to reproduce: 1. For two photos, create a mask each, and mess around with the point color panel (maybe mess around with the other sliders too) 2. Copy slider settings from the mask from the first photo 3. Paste slider settings onto the mask on the second photo 4. Hello,   I am running Lightroom Mobile v9.0 (latest version) on IpadOS. The Show/Hide Compatible Presets Option is not working. Pressing/Toggling it does nothing. It is also missing the option to Manage Camera Profiles to toggle on/off certain camera profiles. Both options are present and working in all other Lightroom versions, including Lightroom Mobile on Android.   Thank you.

Hello. After the last update of Lightroom on iPad, the "Y" key stopped working to display before/after. Just touching and holding your finger works. What do you advise me to do?

When using Lightroom on iPad I get a gray square evertime I use the heal tool.  It's not happening on my phone, only on iPad.  Please help; this tool used to work just fine.

After editing my video in Lightroom on my mobile, when I export it the saved video appears zoomed in for some odd reason.   any help is appreciated 

Version of the app - Lightroom Mobile version 7.4.1 Platform and OS version - Android 12 Basic steps to reproduce the problem - Select a photo, select Share To, select Flickr, click Upload in the Flickr popup, then it returns to the photo (as it normally does i.e. I see no error message) Expected result and actual result - photo should share to Flickr. It doesn't.   I have tried Flickr support but I just get told to send in screenshots of the problem and there are no error messages or anything out of the ordinary. So there is no support from Flickr. I click upload and it just doesn't what it normally does which is return to the photo.   I have tried on both an LG G7 phone and a Samsung Tab S7 Plus.   Please help.   Many thanks.   p.s. If this isn't fixable is there an alternative to Flickr anyone could recommend? I have Instagram, but only use occasionally as it destroys the quality imo. Hello, the synchronization of Lightroom Classic with the web gallery has not been working for some time now.The custom order in LR Classic is displayed incorrectly in the web gallery. It worked great for years. What is the reason why it stopped working? What can I do?Furthermore, there are always a few more photos displayed in the web gallery than in LR Classic. Photos deleted in LR Classic can be seen in the web gallery. I have reloaded the web gallery several times - no change. This is a big problem because the customer sees images that they are not supposed to see. What can I do? Why doesn't this work anymore?I'm hoping for help because I've been having really big problems with this for about 3 weeks and it's costing me a lot of time.Thanks in advance.I don't speak English and I use the translation.
