I recently updated to the latest version of Lightroom after getting the notification that an update was available. After the update was installed, I was working on a RAW photo, creating a mask, when the program crashed. No big deal I initially thought, however now the app crashes almost immediately after launching now.  I tried going back to the previous version, but that now crashes as well.   I've tried reseting preferences (holding down Alt/Shift when starting). That hasn't worked either.There have been a couple of times where the app stays open despite the error window popping up, so that has allowed me to turn off the GPU in preferences/Perfomance. However, that hasn't worked either.   I've seen similar issues with no solution. I am trying to save a preset I have created, however when I apply the preset on an image the point curve setting is missing. I am not sure why this is happening as I've previously successfully saved presets without settings being missed.   My Lightroom CC is up to date (V6.4), I have restarted it too.   This is what the selection looks like when I press "Create Preset" as you can see the tone curves are ticked   However, when I apply the preset, the point curve doesn't change.   Please could someone give me some advice, thank you.  

Using Lightroom version: 7.0 x64 [ 20230927-2320-8b251c5 ] (Sep 27 2023), on Windows 10, I get the error when attempting to edit in Photoshop. This is an old bug that has resurfaced. Of course, I do have an active subscription. HEIC files from iPhone 13 Pro. Works fine from Lightroom Classic.

is anyone else Lightroom crashing app crashing ?

This is a new bug that appeared in the Lightroom Oct 2023 Update (7.0) on Windows 10.   Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a few masks, add some random selections like select subject. 2. To a first mask, add brush selection with auto mask on, and intricately trace out some object in your photo. 3. Right click on selection in the masking panel, duplicate selection 4. Drag and drop the duplicated selection to another mask 5. Observe that the brush selection is.... offset by an arbitary amount. It definitely is not in the same position. Also, I cannot drag the brush selection handle to move it around anymore. I am using Adobe under my University where I am offered a max of 100GB. As of maybe a month or two ago, I have noticed that when looking at my cloud storage at the top right of Lightroon, it is displaying that I have a storage of PB and that I have 0 free. I am not sure how my storage has went from displaying GB to PB,  but it woul dbe nice if this reverted back to normal 🙂   Thank You! Michael (JP)

Lightroom Oct 2023 (7.0) brings point color settings. However, when used in a mask, it is completely ignored by Copy/Paste slider settings.   Steps to reproduce: 1. For two photos, create a mask each, and mess around with the point color panel (maybe mess around with the other sliders too) 2. Copy slider settings from the mask from the first photo 3. Paste slider settings onto the mask on the second photo 4. Hello,   I am running Lightroom Mobile v9.0 (latest version) on IpadOS. The Show/Hide Compatible Presets Option is not working. Pressing/Toggling it does nothing. It is also missing the option to Manage Camera Profiles to toggle on/off certain camera profiles. Both options are present and working in all other Lightroom versions, including Lightroom Mobile on Android.   Thank you.

Hello. After the last update of Lightroom on iPad, the "Y" key stopped working to display before/after. Just touching and holding your finger works. What do you advise me to do?

When using Lightroom on iPad I get a gray square evertime I use the heal tool.  It's not happening on my phone, only on iPad.  Please help; this tool used to work just fine.

After editing my video in Lightroom on my mobile, when I export it the saved video appears zoomed in for some odd reason.   any help is appreciated 

Version of the app - Lightroom Mobile version 7.4.1 Platform and OS version - Android 12 Basic steps to reproduce the problem - Select a photo, select Share To, select Flickr, click Upload in the Flickr popup, then it returns to the photo (as it normally does i.e. I see no error message) Expected result and actual result - photo should share to Flickr. It doesn't.   I have tried Flickr support but I just get told to send in screenshots of the problem and there are no error messages or anything out of the ordinary. So there is no support from Flickr. I click upload and it just doesn't what it normally does which is return to the photo.   I have tried on both an LG G7 phone and a Samsung Tab S7 Plus.   Please help.   Many thanks.   p.s. If this isn't fixable is there an alternative to Flickr anyone could recommend? I have Instagram, but only use occasionally as it destroys the quality imo. Hello, the synchronization of Lightroom Classic with the web gallery has not been working for some time now.The custom order in LR Classic is displayed incorrectly in the web gallery. It worked great for years. What is the reason why it stopped working? What can I do?Furthermore, there are always a few more photos displayed in the web gallery than in LR Classic. Photos deleted in LR Classic can be seen in the web gallery. I have reloaded the web gallery several times - no change. This is a big problem because the customer sees images that they are not supposed to see. What can I do? Why doesn't this work anymore?I'm hoping for help because I've been having really big problems with this for about 3 weeks and it's costing me a lot of time.Thanks in advance.I don't speak English and I use the translation. I have taken 2 images, on the left is a JPG and on the right is a DNG image.Both are taken using the same settings and same light on my oneplus 9 pro phone, however the DNG has a blue/purle tint to it. I have proccessed both images with the auto color correction and also tried to remove it with manual processing.   Any ideas how I can remove the blue tint on DNG image and make it look more natural like the JPG image?

my edits have now disappeared right before my eyes, "FULL galleries" THREE times. I have not closed out lightroom while on an edited image. I think the bug has something to do with the denoise or blur. This last time, I went in to used denoise on one picture. while I was waiting on denoise on my computer to go through, I looked over to my IPAD and watched as my edits started disappearing before my eyes. HOURS of work GONE. There is nothing I can do to get them back as it happened in grid view on my IPAD. To clarify, I tend to edit on my IPAD and my work sync's over to my Macbook Pro into LRC for me to finish up edits and place into a gallery. I am completely updated on both my comp and ipad. This is not acceptable. I don't know what to do?

2nd Issue that changed with the latest v9.0 iPad for Lightroom release.  It used to be when I click on an adjustment slider when an image is magnified the adjustment panel would hide and I can see the settings on the top of the screen while I move the slider.  In this version, I can no longer see the settings on the top of the screen while I drag the slider.  It is not on top of the screen as in the previous version and since the adjustment panel is hidden while I'm dragging the slider, I'm basically adjusting blindly.  It makes it hard to make fine adjustments on the slider if I can't see the setting.     This is in addition to the first issue I found where the I can no longer touch click on the image while dragging the slider to see the mask in sharpening/black and white thresholds.  Alternatively, I know I can two finger drag the slider and that will also show the mask but this is less than ideal than the touch click and slide method.  Having

As you can see from the pictures above, I've tried subscribing on both iPhone and iPad, nothing worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the all, didn't work. Please help me.

I'm having the worst time with this, I import the video and it is fine. I make edits and go to export it.    Upon exporting it, it is corrupted. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like after I've exported it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone, cleared my cache, run all my phone and LR updates.    App version is: 8.5.2 Android Google Pixel Pro 7 with Android 14   Any ideas on how to fix this? 

I edited a photo yesterday. I open Lightroom today, and all the edits are gone.

I am unable to use the auto mask feature after the lastest October version 7.0 update. When trying to use an AI mask an error message comes up "Something went wrong - There was an unexpected error and your request could not be complete.". Under the masking panel, LR also does not recognize any human subjects.    I am on MacOS 14.0 and have tried reinstalling LR. Is this a known bug currently or something wrong with my system/installation?

Hi, I’m a photographer. I found an issue on latest Lightroom version on iPad Pro, which is unable to batch export while offline, or paused syncing, batch export only can work full synced, which I never tried previous version. What just only can do now is export photo one by one.  I’m not sure that is a bug or new force function of this version.  I most of time is shooting on location and import the photos to iPad Pro from my camera, then edit in Lightroom and transfer the photos to client on site.  Such issue is spend a lot of time and data for syncing and affect the workflow a lot.  May I know anyone also has such problem or any idea to fix it. Hi Folks,   I have 30K pictures on my Adobe Cloud (also fully cached on my iPad) , I've selected 9289 good ones and I am trying to export (as is, no conversion) using the option "Export as original".   After 15 minutes thinking and validating I've got the prompt to save, so I've created a ipad folder called "test" and tried to "export". After 5 minutes I've got the error "The Operation couldn't be completed. Operation not permitted - Operation not permitted"   On the destination folder "test" only 2051 files (of 9289) was saved. As a former kernel developer (Solaris) I noticed that it is pretty close to 2048 (2x1024) limit, so I don't know if it makes sense but I can smell something as RFE for IPad OS or to Adobe.   Bottom line is: * iPad with 500GB free * 2020 12.9 6GB RAM (only running LR) * Using local resources (iPad storage)   Please help! I don't know if anyone from Adobe could help me, otherwise I'd use my windows machine to get this done.   See att

Being a subscribed member to Adobe Photography plan, I am so surprised that the Lightroom app on Android is missing so many features when compared to iOS app.   Notable features that are missing are, 1. Touch interface show touches 2. Borders when exporting 3. Color profile 4. Optics   Why is the Android app so underwhelming? Utterly disappointed... And we're paying for the same subscription.
