On windows 10, using the PS 25.11.0 release, we have had a couple of instances now where when running a droplet, the file gets deleted and disappears. Has anyone else seen this? It's happening on Win 10 with PS. The droplet flatens the file, saves it, then saves a copy of it at a lower resoltion as a jpg or png.    Any clues or others having seen this would be helpful.        [Actions and Scripting topic added by moderator]    

Thank you for Confirming this is an issue for MacOS 15Supplying workarounds, both which work (and will meet the need for now) There have been changes to the privacy scheme that Photoshop uses to enable this functionality:  https://9to5mac.com/2024/08/06/macos-sequoia-screen-recording-privacy-prompt/ I don't know if this is relevant to this problem, just noting that changes have been made. With the information we now have, can this be moved into the Bugs discussion? Do we need to repost it there or can the Adobe team move it there (if agreed we've reported it appropriately)? Thanks for taking the time to investigate.

Hello,I have an issue with my PS overnight. When I want to launch it, it takes a long time to open. The same applies when I want to open a .psd file or simply an image. Any ideas ? I tried to delete and reinstall multiple times, on 2 different SSD from my PC. I have an RTX 4090 and 64GB RAM so I shouldn't have any problem...

Since updating to the newest version of Photoshop, the progress bar for the remove tool appears after each stroke, which is very annoying, unnecessary, and extremely distracting!  There is no way to stop or interact with this dialog box.

I have a 3070RTX, i9 first generation, plenty of RAM allocated. Also not a storage issue. Windows 11 64-bit 23H2. 2-3 days ago the app had 0 issues. I went back and installed all the 25. versions up to the last version of 24. and all are suddenly incredibly laggy. The last version to have 3D tools however (22. something) works fine. What's causing this? It was literally working fine a couple of days ago. Can't find anything on this, other than people claiming they've been having this problem for a lot longer than I do. Could it be that the latest Windows update borked it?

This is in relation to this previously made post, which I believe is now closed, because I was suggested a working solution, but that stopped working. Also that solution was messing up multiple things with my monitors and other OS level things and wouldn't have been feasible long term, namely disabling my integrated graphics card. Again, I'm making this post, because I don't think anyone is notified about it anymore and my problem hasn't been solved. Please have a read through that post. I will post my Photoshop System information in the comments.

Expected behavior: Opening a DNG smart object layer in ACR should not reset/turn off AI Denoise (tech preview) in Photoshop once initially applied. Actual behavior: AI Denoise is applied initially as expected. However, re-opening the Photoshop smart object layer in ACR deactivates/resets AI Denoise. Reproduce:1) Open DNG as Smart Object in Photoshop.2) Double-click on layer to open ACR.3) Enable AI Denoise. Wait for Enhance to process. Choose any number setting.4) Click "Done." Photoshop will display the denoised image as expected.5) Double-click on smart layer to reopen ACR.6) AI Denoise has been turned off, while other ACR settings remain as previously applied. i recently had my ipad fixed, so i am logged out on almost every app right now. i just wanted to log back into my adobe photoshop, but it keeps redirecting me to a tab that says i have to choose a subscription, but i already have one from my school. if i log into adobe creative cloud on my macbook, i can use any app from adobe and it also says i already have a subscription. i have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my ipad, but this doesn't help 

Ipad photoshop Version 5.5.2IOS 18.1 I have a creative cloud license that includes ipad photoshop. But when I log in on my ipad it brings me to a page to subcribe or start a trial. All the other ipad apps work. I can use photoshop on the desktop. To reproduce I just need to log out and back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have killed all sessions on the website. I have toggled automatic profile selection. Every app on ipad and laptop work except photoshop on Ipad cant seem to find my license.  I have been with chat support 3 times. The first two times they said there was a global issue and that I should wait. This time they said to post here so a Senior Technical Engineer would see the issue. All three times they asked for a call back number, but never called.  The last time chat support told me there may be no way to fix it. I am paying a subscription for the photoshop. I'm experiencing random freezes in Photoshop. This happens a couple times an hour with no apparant connection between incidents other than it only happens with Adobe software like Photoshop, Bridge. The freezes result in a beachball (Mac cursor when an application has stopped responding) and the beachball freeze lasts for about 90-300 seconds (1.5 to 5 minutes). Then it's okay for 20-30 minutes. The software often freezes during tasks that don't seem like they'd take a lot of resources. For example, I hit File, Open recent, and it freezes for a couple minutes before the list comes up. Or I hit window>patterns, then click on one of the patterns, and it freezes. The freezes usually occur using the user interface, not while using any of the tools. Freezes also occur in Bridge, something as simple as pulling up the settings, and the settings appear, but then it freezes for 2-3 minutes. I am using: Mac Studio, Apple M2 Max, 64 GB, 2TB SSD drive. Das neue "Entfernen Werkzeug" füllt bei mir den ganzen Hintergrund, auch wenn ich nur einen kleinen Pickel mit dem Pinsel maskiere. Also nicht nur den zu korrigierenden Bereich, sondern das ganze Bild. Das tritt immer auf, sobald RAWs oder Smart Objekte als Ebenen involviert sind.    Ich downgrade jetzt Photoshop erstmal, schon wieder.    Photoshop 26 MacBook Pro  Apple M1 Max

If you have a smart object and that smart object has a smart filter with a mask on the filter they can be moved together but they won't transform together. This is really annoying. 

I have a plan provided by my college but I'm having trouble switching to business profile from my iPad air. It's not even letting me choose the option to, have also tried turning off "select profile automatically" and I reckon it's an error in the app. Your help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated since I am planning to use my paid subscription in Adobe photoshop. It's in fact a Creativ e  Cloud trouble (not only on photoshop)A Few days ago,  my CC instaled the new versions available (PS, AI, ID, AE, PP) and i had some issues:1- The new versions got installed, but it didn't delete the older versions. 2- All my in app preferences (workspace, plugins, etc) got lost in the new versions.Had to uninstall the older versions manually through CC.But the annoying part of the  preferences I couldn't solve.And yes: in preferences > advanced preferences i have all the apps checked for "Remove older versions" and " import previous settings and preferences".What could have been the problem here?

Photoshop 26.0.0Mac 15.0.1Create a path.  In paths panel, choose stroke path.  Select the spot healing tool.  Click ok.   Error message comes up "This smart object must be rasterized before proceeding.  Edit Contents will no longer be available. Rasterize the smart object?".   Nothing expected happens.Also, while doing this the eye-dropper is selected.   Go figure.See attachments for settings.Please fix. 

HI, I'm running Bridge and Photoshop 2025.  when I open an image from Bridge into ACR the object slection in the mask panel doesnt work. It now selects a ramdom part of the image and not the part selected. Running windows 11 

Hi, I have the following problem, I work doing designs in Photoshop, related to vehicle wraps, then when sending to print, some panels or parts come out different color as seen in this photo:On the left is the correct color, but on the right it looks greenish.and when reviewing the pdf it comes out with the same color bothSo I do not know if it is a problem of photoshop, the color format or if it has to do the plotter too, because out of 10 pdf, one or two always come out with this problem, and the others come out correct.I leave the model of the plotter: Mimaki CJV150-130 and the version of Photoshop v25.12

Can somebody explain to me how this is possible? So I uninstalled Creative Cloud and every program, but in the installed apps tab in the windows settings says that photoshop is still installed. I couldn't uninstall it from there, so I tried to delete it with geek uninstaller, but it said that there are no traces left.  How is does that even work?

Greetings!  I've been trying to fix this following an older post talking about "forcing" a config reset at the start or by properties menu.  Photoshop is Updated to the 2025 for the sake of testing but it does not matter, I can't see the crop guide no matter what. Any idea about this ?  (Screenshot at the end)Also, sorry if there are major spell issues, not my main language. Thanks in Advance!  

Hallo zusammen, ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen. Ich kann seit dem letzten Update Photoshop nicht mehr nutzen, da in Photoshop über den gesamten Bildschirm die Farben nicht mehr stimmen.gleiches in der Photoshop Beta seit dem Update.Man sieht im angehängten Screenshot dass die ganze Programmoberfläche nicht stimmt.

Prior to Photoshop 2025 selecting a custom color (white) in the Preferences / Interface window was to simply click on select a Custon Color and a color selector would pop up. With Photoshop 2025 / Mac nothing pops up. Has the process changed?

HI, I have a paid subscription, Gen Ai worked till yesterday and i did an update today, it stopped working both in offline and online mode. It says "something went wrong, please try again". Why is it happening suddenly?
