premiere proの編集作業中に発生頻度の高い不具合についての報告先を教えてください。ちょっとした不具合のため一度プロジェクトを閉じて再度開くと直るのですが発生頻度が高い上に毎回編集作業→不具合発生→保存→閉じる→再度開くの工程が非常に無駄です。（不具合の内容は、ストロークが追加できない、音声が聞こえなくなる など） 解決策は「一度プロジェクトを閉じて再度開く」と対処できているので不具合の報告先を教えてください。

Hello,since the release of Premiere Pro 25.5, we have been experiencing several critical issues that severely impact our workflow:Permission Error when opening projects, even though the projects have not been opened or moved in the meantime. Even after clearing the cache and deleting the .prin file to avoid this error, it still occurs when opening a project from the Start window. The project only opens successfully when accessed directly from the project folder.Error Retrieving Frame suddenly occurs on media that previously worked without any problems. This forces a complete restart of the application and makes continued work impossible.Export failures with an incorrect message stating that the drive is full, although there is sufficient space available.Missing audio on export: Audio works during editing but disappears during export. Additionally, audio playback within Premiere stops working. For large exports, this is extremely frustrating because it’s unclear whether audio is include

For some time now this feature has stopped working, before I was able to hover over the green audio source and use Alt+ Mouse scroll to zoom in and out making it much easier and quiicker for me.  I think also shift+ scroll was able to make it bigger so I had a nice workflow of using both of these to quickly navigate the audio and enlarge it to see where the beat cuts. For some time It has not been working now, I'm not sure if this is because of a new software update, I did also change my mouse but I went from 8 year old Razer Deathadder  to MX Master 3s so I doubt that's the issue.  Now I've changed from windows to mac and I still have the problem    

Every project I've worked on for years has a folder called _old which sat at the top of every bin. In the latest version underscores are ignores and they are now in the list with other 'o' files. Is this a bug?   (also, seriously, make the work area bar lighter grey again. )

I support a large team of creatives who are editing various projects and am running into an issue within the last few weeks of projects taking up to an hour to re-link media every time the projects are opened in Premiere Pro. We have done extensive testing to rule out our network, the machines, the OS, the media, plugins, order of operation, and app version.This is becoming a major problem and we are hoping to get more insight as to what the cause is. Hello! I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue: I've been trying to create a simple mask and edit it's path but premiere is not allowing me to drag points with the selection tool–even though it appears as if it is selected in the tool bar. Instead, it turns into the "add vertex" tool which makes it almost impossible and tedious to make a clean, easy mask path. I don't know if this is related to the newest update, but when I first started experiencing this issue this morning, I cleaned my cache, restarted the app, updated my computer's software, and then when I tried to click back into my project file I was told that the software was corrupted and needed to be deleted. I uninstalled it–which of course fixed nothing. Then, I ran the adobe cleaner tool which finally allowed me to run Premiere again. I was hopeful that would solve this masking issue, but nope!I'm wondering what else I can do at this point. Premiere's bugs have been slowing down my workflow tremendously, so

 audio is good, heard, just the visual waveform is missing. waited for half an hour. still no waveform. progress bar in progress panel shows analysis job done.gotta re open the project each time. and thats in my opinion is a homework for dev. not a workaround. please fix

Every time I opens Adobe Premiere Pro, it shows me this warning:" Update file from CCLibraries failed. Reason: Element not found in CCLibraries Plus 5 warnings..." When I click on , it opens a window (Events) with 6 items "Element not found...". It would be useful if this warnings could shows what elements I need to find and where can I find them.  Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 - 25.6.3Chip Mac Mini M4 ProMemory 48 GBSequoia 15.7.3

Before this, on my previous laptop, I didn’t have this problem. I recently bought a new laptop: i7-14650HX, 64 GB RAM, RTX 5060, Windows 11, Premiere version 25.6.3.Now, no matter which project I open, the program starts Relink Media - whether it’s an old project, an old project where I already did the relink, saved it, and reopened it, or a new project - I create it, load files, close the project, do nothing, and then open it again after 10 seconds (the files are in their original locations) - and Premiere starts Relink Media again!Why does the program do this if the files are exactly where they were? This is extremely frustrating for projects with several terabytes of files, as I have to wait a long time every single time.

After updating Premiere, I'm getting the error attached below:  I've tried:re installing premierere installing and updating graphics cardsre installing c++ micrsoft redistributable  Any tips?

Having so many problems with fonts being unresolvable, not exporting properly, randomly changing. I can't export anything with text using Media Encoder because the font is always incorrect. This is with locally installed fonts through various sources and through Adobe fonts too - especially Adobe fonts.   It's not ALL fonts, but it's common enough to happen most days. 

I spent four hours editing on this software the clip was less than 5 minutes long, I saved and left my computer till the next day, then when I opened it to continue editing it, everything was gone. All of my hardwork earsed. The prodject was still there but with none of my music, files or anything but the title of the clip at the top. I have the most updated version of the software, and im upset that everythings gone.

Hi, so I've been dealing with this weird playback issue on Premiere Pro all day today. The issue starts happening after an hour or so of editing. I've cleared my media cache, and checked if my software is up to date alongside my PC drivers.  The only way to temporarily stop this issue is by restarting my PC. Hello, I have a M4 MAX macbook and running the latest premiere (25.6) when I export certian timelines, some clips within the timeline are black and white, extremely saturated. I've reinstalled Mac OS, Premiere Pro, and removed text overlays/LUTS, new premiere project file, new sequence etc.Tried 1 pass vs 2 pass, forced software encoding in export pannel, nothing is working. I also have software encoding blacked out, and only am able to export CUDA metal currently. Any ideas?

I am correcting text for spelling and adjusting line breaks on the subtitle track. After I use the trim handles to shorten or lengthen a caption/subtitle the timeline stops playing. I have to restart the computer and program.I am using 25.0.0.0 Build 61 after a roll back from current software.I am using a MacBook Pro M4 Max 64GB of RAM.Sometime I only have to relaunch Premiere to get it to start playing again.

I open my project and, after some seconds or minutes into absolutely normal edition, with no third party plugins, the program gets frozen. Sometimes after a while –usually some minutes–, it unfreezes again; sometimes I must force quit Premiere.Adobe Premiere Pro Version: 26.6.3MacOs: Sequoia 15.5The problem seems to happen in any project since O installed this version of Premiere.

When importing one MXF from a network drive with the "include captions on import" setting on, Premiere imports the file, scans the CC and then generates the .PEK audio reference. During the CC scanning, PPRO is transferring around 500+ Mb/s from the drive to the computer. It is slightly higher when it does the audio scan. However, when I select more that one file to import (with the same settings), PPRO shows the import to the bin, and begins the "Scanning Closed Captions for xxxxfilenamexxx" progress bar. This time though, it is extremely slow. Progress almost grinds to a standstill. Data transfer rates slow to only about 130Mb/s and there are no other increased system resources being utilized. For the same length program, it takes approximately 8x to 10x longer to import one show. Yes, you are correct. I could do just one at a time as a workaround. But why?Fortunately, I do not have to use this multiple file function often (single files, yes), but in this case, what was supposed

I know this one comes up a lot, but none of the previously-given solutions are working for me. PROBLEM: when I use the 'inset' or 'overwrite' keyboard shortcuts, the focus shifts from the Source Monitor pane to a random bin or project panel (focus does not switch to the the Timeline, as most people have problems with). This behaviour began about three days ago, seemingly aprops of nothing, and it's driving me crazy. ATTEMPTED SOLUTIONS:- reset my preferences. It didn't make a scrap of difference. - Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout. It works for the first insert/overwrite, but after that focus keeps switching away from the Source Monitor. - Preferences > Timeline > Set focus on the Timeline when performing Insert/Overwrite edits. I have this off by default, but I turned it on, did a few inserts, the focus switched to the Timeline, as expected. Then I disabled the function and for the first three inserts, focus stayed on the Source Monitor. Then

I launched premier pro on a mac computer. Once on the login screen, premier pro's sound plugin opened a window that read "Apple: AUSoundisolation" with a loading bar at 100%. The screen froze and the pinwheel icon appeard whenever I hovered over the open window. Having forced quit the sound plugin, Premier Pro became really slow and whenever I'd type a letter of my email to login, it would freeze momentarily then display the letters many seconds after I'd typed them. The applcication is not openning whatsoever, please help!

Hey all,  While logging footage for a large multicamera series project I'm trying to assign a camera label to each camera inside the metadata windown in order to create a timecode synced multicam stringout. (Screen shot below) I'm currently on premiere version 25.3.0 (Build 84) running on windows 11. When I try to asign a camera labe in batches (usually more than 10 clips at a time, sometimes even 3-5 clips) it causes premiere to crash. This is something I have done in the past in bulk of up to 100 clips with out crashing. The project I work on can have anywhere between 2-5 cameras per episode and give or take 60-100 clips per camera so it is a lot of footage and would love to be able to assign labels in bulk to move quicker.  Has anyone else had this issue?
