When I am editing text in the transcript window, everything is fine for a few minutes. I can edit text and make changes as normal. Then after a few minutes, it suddenly stops working. I can edit the text, but when I press ‘Return’, the text doesn’t change - it just reverts back. I have tried going back to the source file and editing the transcript there, but I have the same issue. I have to quit and restart Premiere, and then it allows me to make edits again, until a few minutes later when the issue repeats itself. I have tried cleaning the media database, but it doesn’t make any difference.I am using Premiere Pro 26.0.1 on a 2023 Mac Mini.Thanks

Issue – Some of my vídeo clips present the “saw pattern” on the image lines across Program/Preview and export Adobe Premiere Pro version – 26.0.1 Operating system – Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2 GPU driver version (Windows only) – Nvidia Studio Driver 591.74 Video format – 1920x1080, 59.94i fps, SpeedHQ Codec + ProRes Proxy Coded Comparative information helps us understand more about when the issue occurs:  First project that it’s happening. Worked fine so far, same worklflow for each one. It’s only showing specifically on the SpeedHQ Codec - files from a Vzrt Tricaster TC2. The ProRes Proxy Previews just fine. VLC and other players play the video files just fine. When they are imported to Premiere or Media encoder they start having this issues. Link for the vídeo after transcoding in Encoder - Same wobbly effect and “saw pattern” I get when on Program/preview or exporting in/from Premiere.  

Premiere’s search feature produces no results. It hides all the files and makes me believe I don’t have the file I imported earlier but it’s there. Doesn’t matter if I’m using the exact file name either. Doesn’t matter what type of project or why type of media. Even when I try using Premiere’s new search panel, it finds me a bunch of other things except the same file with the keyword I’m looking for.M1 Max Macbook ProSonoma 14.8.3

Premiere 2026 is freezing each time I make changes: an effect, the size, add text - everything! The Play button is freezing too. The changes are not visible after rendering. And not I'm not able to use an earlier version to finish the project.

In Premiere 26.0.1, when I create guides in the program monitor, they work fine. But when I switch to full screen, the guides are present but they are not correct.  See attached.  Running Premiere 26.0.1 on a 2025 Mac Studio running Sequoia 15.7.4

Issue – When importing an FCPXML, if you have ASCII codes in the string, they are incorrectly parsed in Premiere. (specifically here, " is returned as #34; instead of “) Steps to reproduce –  * Import the attached sequence Expected result – The metadata “comment” for the sequence should be {“Test”} Actual result – The metadata comment is {#34;Test#34} Adobe Premiere Pro version – 26.0.1 (build 3) Operating system – Windows and Mac OS Comparative information this began occurring with Premiere Pro 25.4

Seeing it multiple times this week in in premiere 25.3 25.4 and 26.0.1.  Importing a .2+ hour gopro video at 1080 resolution.  The audio is there, but it processes the audio and only shows me the first half of the waveform. I have deleted the peak files dozens of times, and it craps out after the long reopen/generate process, only to crap out with less than half the waveform available. The recent changes absolutely SUCK!!! I have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for the waveform to generate to become visible (unlike the old version where it would start showing you the parts of the waveform that had processed as as soon it is available Also “Generate Audio Waveform” function has never done anything.. absolutely nothing hapens. “Render selection” or Render Audio sometimes kicks it into working but not lately This program is SO fucking maddening--without this visual ability to see where the songs of the band stop and start, it is insanely time consuming to chop up and edit video.

The only way to fix this is to turn off Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration, which is no longer available. I occasionally run into a glitch where the image in my program window gets scrambled. Not only does this make editing a nightmare, the glitch often persists even when I render, making my final product unusable.In the past, I had been able to turn off Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration, which fixed the issue. However, Adobe has recently made the ill-advised decision to remove that option. Say i have 2 timeline tabs open, and i click form Edit to Selects - Often, but not always, premiere will act as if i have the mouse button pressed down and draw a huge marquee rectangle as i move my mouse, and it will keep acting like this until i click the mouse a couple of times to sort of unstick it.  This has happened on and off for at least the past 3 years. Im not sure if it happens to anyone else, but i have  experience it on numerous different machines/premiere versions  so its not a specific version of issues with my specific mac.  

LUTs applied in Lumetri work, but after saving and reopening the project, the LUTs don’t reload. Color correction is lost and must be reapplied each time.

Premiere - 25.3.0AfterEffects - 25.3.2Apple M2 Pro, OS Sequoia 15.5 (24F74)The [T] missing fonts icon appears even when the only font is installed and renders correctly and 'Sync Missing Fonts...' does nothing. I have Adobe Fonts turned off to ensure fonts I include with my mogrt all work and attach correctly. To narrow down this issue and find the offending font, I created a sample mogrt with two layers(a text layer and a solid) and an empty dropdown control. After installing the mogrt in Premiere, the [T] icon appears, indicating a missing font. The 'Sync Missing Fonts...' menu is not greyed out, but nothing happens when selecting it.  The only font used in the mogrt displays correctly in the Program Monitor when on the timeline.I have tried this with a number of fonts and variable fonts seem to trigger it more often than static fonts, but I cannot find reliable pattern.My intent is to sell my mogrts and I reallly want to avoid the perception of errors i

In Premiere Pro 26.0.1, I have a multicam clip in the source monitor and I am doing transcript-based editing. If I go to the wrench on the source monitor and switch to composite video (to see only one camera), then I click in the text panel to jump to a point in the transcript, the video no longer moves to that point in the transcript. Scrolling and highlighting also stop working when in composite video view from a multicam clip.  If I then close the clip in the source monitor and reopen it, or reopen another multicam clip, and leave it in multicamera view, the text window still does not re-align with the video, and won;t let me navigate by clicking in the text.  The only way to get text-based editing to work again is to close Premiere, restart it, and stay in multicam mode.  This is very frustating because when doing my assembly, I just want to see the main camera in the source monitor not the other angles - I want to see their facial expression up close, not all the camera options. As the title states, when Live Streaming my edit with the Mercury Playback going to the Black Magic Streaming Encoder 4k, the image tears on the the live stream. Locally evrything is fine, but there is a weird handshake issue with the BMD Streaming Encoder and Premiere Pro.I tested the same setup with Davinci Resolve and everything worked flawlessly. I then tested the BMD Streaming Encoder 4k with my laptop and Premiere and the image tearing issue still persisted. The only quasi resolution was to force VSync in the nvidia control panel for premiere pro, but that caused other issues like screen blips on the live stream during scene changes.My timeline was at 23.98 for one project and 24 for another. I had issues with both. The BMD Streaming Encoder did match the timeline timebase of 23.98 or 24. When changing the BMD Streaming Encoder to 60hz, the horizontal image tering went away, but then playback juddered on the live stream because of the mismatch of timebase. I do not have this issu

Importiere Video Material, klicke im Projektmaterial Fenster mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Material, es öffnet sich eine Auswahlleiste. Klicke auf Rohmaterial-Einstellungen. Es sollte sich nun ein Fenster “Media Settings” öffnen. Und das passiert leider nicht. 

Issue - playback freezes for about 3-6 frames immediately before a simple cut in the sequence. I think it’s happening before the cut, not after.Reproduce - place simple clips in sequence, trim the clips down, place more than one clip. I’m working in 4096x2160, 23.976 progressive. The footage is XAVC S codec from a Sony FX6. When I open premier pro at initial launch or while switching workspaces, when I go back to the audio workspace and select audio mixer, the tab is blank, no faders, to track effects, nothing.I have to go to workspaces on the top drop down menu, select Audio Mixer to turn it off, and then click it again to turn it back on and that bring the mixer back into view with all faders and effects tabs showing.This bug is intermittent, but it happens once or twice a project. This also happens on both my M4 Macbook Pro and my Custom Built PC (4090, Intel)  

Premiere automatically replaces a deleted video file with another file with the same name found in other folders on the drive. More details. I was given two flash drives containing video from different cameras, even from different shooting days. But the file names in the folders are the same. Both are Sony cameras. The files in the first folder start with C001, and the files on the second flash drive also start with C001. I import these files into Premiere. All the files are in different folders. Each camera has its own Composition (Sequence). I start editing. I find the defective shots and immediately delete these files from the computer drive so they don't take up space. Previously, Premiere would immediately display an error that the file is now unavailable (it can't find the file), and Premiere would open a window asking me to find the file manually. I see which files it can't find and then simply delete them from the project. But now Premiere simply replaces the deleted file from

프리미어 프로 사용시 이전에는 자막 템플릿 각각 사용시 각 저장된 폰트와 컬러로 글귀 수정이 가능했으나 이제는 이전 사용 폰트와 컬러로 자동 변경됨. 새 시퀸스로 하든 자막을 새로 만들든 똑같음.  

IN version 25.6.4 and version 26 if we put an audio in timeline it repeat itself . full song not playable and that song works fine in older version same time . tried to clean cache and etc files bt none of worked , tired of this bug . please help me asap. thank you 

Using Izotope Nectar 2 plugin (AU version).  When opening the plugin, it only opens a grey window.This is new for PP2026 and PP2026.0.1.  PP2025 works fine.I am on OSX 26.2 (25C56)  

I considered sending this as a feature request, but the inability to link mono and stereo audio tracks feels more like a bug than anything else. There seems to be no reason why I can’t link different types of audio tracks, but if I have a video track, a stereo track and a mono track, PPro refuses to let me link them, for no apparent reason.

Title just about sums up the issue I'm having.
