we are running a conference, we check the aduio in the green room and then when they go into the main room it gets distorted on some. goes up and down. can anyone help?
If I create an offline recording, this breaks off frequently. Especially when there are longer breaks from the speaker. The breaks vary between 2 and 10 minutes.My settings are:MP4Expanded optionsResolution: 180pBandwidth: 800kpsQuality: 100F / s: 20Profile: primaryI've tried both a MacBook and a Windows computer. In normal view, participants cannot view PDF documents that are shared by the host using a Share Pod. This does appear to work in Classic view but not normal view. I attach a screenshot of the message participants see. Any help is appreciated, I have tried re-uploading the PDFs as a host but this does not work.

I have to join a meeting and it is not recognising my microphone via my laptop, mobile phone nor desktop. All my equipment is new within the last year. My system won't let me have IE it automatically updates to Edge. Tech is not helpful. My interview is in an hour and half. Been at this all week. I've downloaded whatever has been suggested. The app doesn't even work on my mobile. Any suggestions?
I am unable to start audio conference for my Adobe Connect classrooms this morning. We use PGi for our telephony, and usually have no problem connecting the audio bridge. I get an error stating that it is unable to connect to audio conference, and offers the option to cancel and retry. Help pages have nothing to address this. I tried disassociating the number on the backend, waiting for more than 15 minutes and reassociating the audio. Did not work.
Hello. I a few meetings that are still trying to open in Flash. The content shows HTML5 compatible in admin view and I have checked the Force HTML5 boxes in Compliance and Control yet it still trys to open in Flash. I've tried Chrome, Edge, and Internet Explorer on multiple computers to the same avail. Is there anything else I need to look into to force the content to HTML5? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
How do I clear out the caption pod? I was hoping for a "clear captions" button like we have for the Chat pod. I cannot find anything to clear this.
We are running Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363, PowerPoint 365 and Presenter 11.1.We have built our online courses by:Uploading the ContentCreating a courseCreating the CurriculumPlacing the course in the curriculumRepeat the above for many individual courses.We have been using Presenter and Connect since around 2010, and most everything works as its supposed to.The problem we have been having for the last year or so is, now some of the Courses inside of a curriculum when completed they will leave the status as (In Progress) and will not mark it as (Complete or Passed). When this happens, we have to go into the Training Module and manually change it before the student can continue.
I see that 11.2 offers Enhanced Audio. The side-effect is that participant's can't use mobile. I'm terrified to turn it on for fear of excluding participants who might need to join in mobile. Is the quality improvement worth it? Noticiable? Is this something that will eventually be enabled on mobile? It certainly is nice to have that option? Will the problems with VPN still exist despite enhanced audio? Just some thoughts. Appreciate the discussion.
The latest update in Adobe (11.2) is supposed to have included closed captioning capability. However, it is not showing up in my menu.
After updating Connect to 2021.2.18 version, my virtual microphone (krisp) no longer works.I can preselect the device, but when I activate it, Connect restarts.
Hi,Few days back i had attended Adobe Connect meeting using iPad App successfully. But now when I am trying to access recording, I am not able to. I have the URL which opens in safari but it's flash content and hence it doesnt work.By any way, we can use that URL in Adobe Connect iPad app and view recording?Cheers
I'm trying to publish to HTML5 with presenter, but I can't publish because the update is displayed. As a workaround,I found this URL , but can it work and be resolved even if the flash player is uninstalled from PC? https://helpx.adobe.com/jp/presenter/kb/unable-publish-flash.html
Hi, when I want to screen share in the latest version, it asks me to make the necessary permissions in the privacy settings. Even though I have done all of them completely, when I screen share, only a blank screen is shared. thanks in advance.
Is it a bug, or by design, that I can no longer use HTML links in the Notes Pod? I know it's been buggy (that links have been disappearing), but I had hoped that the fix was to make hyperlinks work... and not delete that feature. Even in classic view, when I couldn't add a link, I could still copy-and-paste a link from chat to a notes pod, and it would work. Now it seems that even this feature isn't working. Yes, I know I can use a web links pod. But I don't want to. I'd rather have the hyperlink in the notes pod.

When will we be able to share computer sound on Adboe Connect?This is a major fault in the program. Besides sharing MP3 files I need to be able to share sound from specific programs that do not allow the download of any files, thus preventing its upload to Adobe Connect. Can we expect this at some point?
I am led to believe that the Layout Panel SHOULD be available when Breakouts are active. In this video by Alistair Lee on the Adobe Connect YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/9QDlpmEgVOE At 4:25 he states: "we don't have to wait until the breakouts have finished to bring in all of this content into our review layout so I can create this review layout either ahead of time or *while the groups are breaking out*. . .and see them get updated in real time".I don't understand HOW to do this *while the groups are breaking out* because when I "Start Breakout" the "Layouts" panel disappears - so I am stuck in "Main Room" (the layout I was in when I launched the Breakout) and cannot navigate to any other layout. HiAs a teacher of English I use adobe connect to host 20 students. I use an imac (big sur) and laptop with windows 10 using ADOBE CONNECT APP. I connet my machines (computers) through an Ethernet cable. I should explain that my internet connection is a home connection. My home connection is like this: There is a radio antena on the balcony which leads the internet to my home through a cable and the cable end is attached to a radio adaptor. A cable connects this radio to my TP-Link Archer C60 router. When ever I onnect my computer via a LAN from the back of the modem LAN port, internet connection (signal strength) turns yellow and red in a way that adobe connect becomes slow and I have difficuly hearing students' voice. The interesting thing is that when I connect my computer directly to the radio adaptor and not from the modem, there is a consistent connection and the signal strength is ful. Our meeting room has worked well in the past. BUT, the last 2 weeks, we've had participants being booted out or losing their connections. Today, we documented one participant losing his connection 6 times in the first 15 minutes. He has downloaded the update--matter of fact, we had everyone update their app. The connection testing went well. We had everyone turn off their webcams--and everything else they may have opened--to reduce bandwidth and we continue to have issues. We even had some presenters that contiuously lost the video button and had to reboot. This was a horrible day. Anything else?
My camera works perfectly on Classic View but it does not work on Standard View. Any idea on how to fix it?Thank you
This may be a unique situation, but as a "Named Host" I often prmote other users to "Host" in order to provide training. Ever since this morning, most of the people I've promoted, have not been able to see the Layouts Bar. Each time I've had the particpant call Adobe's help line to fix the problem, but it occurred three times with three people in three differnt rooms. This is identified as an "intermittent bug." If anybody has any solutions or work-arounds, I'd appreciate it.
I'm converting an Adobe Presenter module so it will play in HTML5 using Adobe Presenter 11.1 on a Windows 10 machine. There are a few slides in the course where I want the learner to be able to look at the contents for however long they want before proceeding. On those slides, I have a homemade "Next" button on the slide, which the user can click on to advance to the next slide when they're ready. (I have the slide with the button on it set to advance by user to prevent it from just going to the next slide automatically.) The button does take them to the next slide; however, that slide doesn't autoplay...it just sits there and does nothing, unless the learner uses the playbar to manually make it start playing. How do I fix it so that so that that next slide plays automatically? (I believe this worked fine when I was publishing it to SWF....just doesn't seem to work in HTML5 publish, based on the preview I did in HTML5.)
