Hi! I was trying to attend a music lesson via Adobe Connect. I was able to connect to audio, but when I connected to video, my screen was just yellow. It was yellow on both my and the teacher's ends. I tried both the browser and the laptop app to the same result. I run Catalina 10.15.5 on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015). I Zoom several times a day, so I know my camera works well. Hi,I am hoping someone can help me with this as I have searched widely to no avail??I have a new webcam, and one that works on Skype, Teams etc....it works!!I am a teachers & have to use Adobe connect to deliver sessions. My audio & everything else is fine, but I cannot get the webcam to work. It turns on, lights come on - but no pictures. Just a grey screen, when it is on. I assume it has to do with the resolution or setting somewhere?? But i cannot find how to adjust them ot do troubleshooting. Any ideas or solutions will be greatly appreciated......help please !!!!!Scott

Hi.We have made a Power Point presentation to export in HTML5 with SCORM content, to upload it to Moodle. The problem is that the last slide does not close the browser window and I think that is why it does not give us complete student monitoring.Thank you

This is to inform you that, I have been trying login to adobe connect since 2-3 hours to connect to my class link but time, and again, whenever I am clicking on that link, my screen is freezing on full progress. It is not taking me to the class group. I have also attached the snapshot of the screen to the attachments. kindly check.Even from last few days, I am unable to hear properly due to voice breakage. Talking about connectivity, I am able to work smoothly on other apps but not adobe.Kindly, look into this matter ASAP.Thank you. 

I am aware that later this year when Flash is no longer supported, that embedded SWFs into Captivate will no longer play properly on Adobe Connect? But what FLVs. Will these still work? Or is this format being discontinued and no longer supoorted as well? We have a few older FLV files that we still use. Thanks.

I want to do what I see happening in the Adobe Connect videos: have a pod showing a document, and then have the webcam appear, with the document appearing to fold back to make room for the webcam.  I understand that I can do this with two different layouts, one with just the document and the second with the document and the webcam.  But I want to make it appear that the document is folding back to make room for the webcam, just like on the Adobe videos, or even have the document spin around.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Hi. Currently our participants only have the option to call into our meetings via phone. But we would like to give them the option to also listen via their PCs. I've seen Universal Voice and Integrated Voice as possible solutions for this. What is the difference? Thanks.

I  had windows 7 on my computer, I downloaded adobe connect for work and it was fine. But I needed windows 10 for work also. I downloaded it and now my adobe connect has the screen mirrored diagonally. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it keeps coming back like this. How can I resolve

When will Connect run the advanced features of PowerPoint such as zoom and morph?

My last company, and current company, use the Adobe Connect Managed Servers from Adobe, not an internal server.   The last time I knew, Adobe had the servers in the US only.  This is tough when we have other countries trying to access the account and facilitate it.  I know India has a really tough time facilitating AC from there.  Has this changed?  Does AC still have servers in U.S. only?  Thanks.

Using Presenter 11.1.0 Build 189, Flash 32.0.0.403 when I try to preview the presentation or a slide, the viewer height does not fit into the window. I can change the window width to display the TOC, but changing the height scales the preview making it impossible to view/use the controls.

Hello all! I am setting up an Event in a Meeting room that will have a specific participant cap (let's say 50), but there will also be several hosts/organizers who will either be listening in or helping facilitate the presentation (let's say 10). My questions are as follows: I understand that Hosts and Presenters count toward the overall room total, so if we are expecting 50 audience participants and 10 hosts, should I set the event Registration Limit as 60? This is an open-registration event, so rather than entering individuals into the Participant Management area and sending the invites via Adobe Connect, we will simply generate the registration link and publish it outside of Adobe Connect. Will the Hosts/Organizers need to register for this course if they are not added to the Participant Management list? Or would they need to register regardless?If I do add the 10 hosts to the Participant Management list as hosts, should I then lower the registration limit to 50,

Using Presenter 11.1.0 Build 189, Flash 32.0.0.403. I've installed the Microsoft patch to allow flash to play in Office. But when I preview the Presenter Theme (not the PowerPoint theme) the preview is blank. I presume this is a flash issue but I don't know whether I need to permit a certain folder or something.

Hi,does someone know if it is possible to stream a Adobe Connect meeting and if so, how do i stream it via Youtube?NB of course i can have people attend a meeting, but i would prefer to have, a host, some presenters, some attendents and people that follow the meeting outside Adobe Connect on a stream. love to hear from you

Hi all, I'm setting up Adobe Connect rooms for some upcoming workshops which will rely heavily on Breakout Sessions. The workshops are set up in such a way that participants will answer custom registration questions in advance so that organizers can place similar participants into their future Breakout Groups, based on their registration responses. The workshop will also use the Breakout Group sessions repeatedly, such that participants will complete an exercise in their groups, regroup in the main meeting room and watch more of the presentation, and then later return to their groups for the second exercise, and so on. Participants will complete exercises in their Breakoup Groups around 5 times total. My questions about this function are: - Can you assign registrants to specific Breakout Rooms in advance of the meeting actually starting? Or would we have to wait until the day of for the meeting to go live, and then assign people to their groups as they enter the room? The wor

We have discovered that turning on multiple microphones causes crackle and distortion in the Web browser version of connect.  We reported it and they closed our case:The closed case details are as follows:Case ID: E-000173353Case Title: Audio issues in HTML ClientClose Case Reason: Resolution ConfirmedClose Case Comments: Informed the customer that we have a bug logged - CONN-4118675 for the audio issues in the HTML Client and it will be fixed in our future release. Does anyone know when the future release is?  This is a pretty big deal and is making the platform unuseable.

Does Adobe Connect have any kind of Client side component similar to Cisco's Jabber VXME which pulls the audio and video out of the ICA path and goes direct on the endpoint? Webcams inside of a Citrix VDI session uses quite a bit of CPU and it would be nice to avoid the hairpinning.
