Hello, Our organization is having issues starting around 7:30am EDT. Most meeting rooms will not load. They are gettign stuck 'Connecting'. It effecting some meeting rooms and not others. Mutiple users experiecing the same issues.

HiI would like to customise the background on the Web Cam in Adobe Connect. I use Zoom and this can be changed instantly, is this feature available in Adobe Connect?

Hello,I am giving a lesson at the university with Adobe Connect program. I have two important problems. First of all, I can't open the course link with the desktop application. When I select the desktop application, only a white screen opens. For this reason, I do join with the classic view. This reduces the quality of the connection. Sounds are going and coming.Another issue is the screen share. When I want to share a screen, the program doesn't allow this and it kicks me out of the classroom. But I can do it in other programs.I have reviewed the previous forums for these two problems. I am using the latest version of Adobe Connect. On my computer, windows 7 loaded and 32 bit.What could be the problem?Thanks in advance for your valuable ideas and supports.Regards, 

 I have a bunch of on-demand videos in Adobe Connect that we distrubute to clients to view.  Clients are unable to view these recordings in Chrome.  Some recordings were created in Camtasia and some recording were created in our old training platform Go To Training.  But they are all mp4 file formats. Do anyone know of a work around for these recordings to be viewed in chrome?

Up until yesterday when we set up our meetings the email invite would be sent out to the participants. Now nothing is being received.I checked to see if the other emails were being sent by sending out some password reset emails but they have stopped as well.Anyone have any idea what may have happened/what we could do to fix? 

On 4/29, I did a screen share, and from my end, it looked like I was successfully sharing my screen, but the participants could only see a purple box. I have never had this issue in the past. Has anyone else recently experienced this?

Just signed up for the 90 day free trial, received login credentials and received the following error. Any thoughts? 

Is there a specific reason for a Meeting that can't open and gets stuck on Connecting... but never lets you go past that step?There is no error message, just an infinite loop of connecting. It happens whether I try to open it via browser or desktop app.

While it used to be much worse than it is now (before Connect would even accept an HD signal), I have noticed that Connect often crops 720p widescreen webcam images.  My preferences are set at the highest level, widescreen "HD" (fader bar all the way to the right).  I've noticed this with a 720 output from my tricaster (through a blackmagic webpresenter box) and most recently, through wirecast.  However, my laptop webcam seems to be unaffected - not cropped as far as I can tell.  In wirecast, reduced the canvas size to 1180x720 instead of 1280x720 before outputing to virtual cam and it seemed to eliminate most of the cropping. But I'm stumped as to why this is necessary. Any input would be appreciated.

Can pods be copied for placement in every layout of do you have to create the same pod over and over until you have the number you need for each layout?

hello , i am attending adobe connect metting but the interface in the meeting is in another language and my profile settings is english but still the meeting interface is in onther language , please how can i change it to english ? can i do it ?or it is from the host adobe connect settings ? or from the orgnaization adobe connect settings ?  

I am planning a course using Adobe Connect.  The sponsor of the training says that I cannot use embedded video or connect to web links in my Powerpoint.  He says that I must seperate all media before playing video through my Powerpoint.  That does not seem to be true.  Also does Adobe connect need a trainer and an operator?

OK, I've been able to create some training classes without much trouble.  (Many hours spent watching Alistair Lee).  I've run into a snag with the setup in my class.  I"m having my students log intoremote computers that host some machine training software.  They're using LogMeIn software to do this.  In Connect, I set the permisions to use presenter screen share and everything works fine.  I can watch what they are doing in the remote computer.  The strange thing is that, after I stop the screen share, my students computer screen goes black.  It takes a CTR-ALT-DEL and logout-in to fix the issue.   Anyone ever use a setup like this?  I susptect the issue is with LogMeIn.  Any recomendations on other remote login software that might work?

Hello, I would like to use Adobe Connect for giving webinars. I have created a meeting, but am not getting the PowerPoint presentation linked to this meeting. It has been uploaded via content. How can I upload or link this presentation to my meeting?

I can't view a webinar recorded with adobe connect on my iphone or ipadiPad versión OS 13.2.3iPhone version OS 13.3  

Hi,  since yesterday our participants aren't able to visit our Webinars the way they were used to. Our Webinars are set for guest users. We checked the settings and we didn't make any changes but now the participants get prompted to enter their Mail and a Password after registering and clicking on the link provided in the registration E-Mail. Did Adobe change anything the way participants are handled? If not, what can we do to get back to the status we and the participants are used to? 

I need instructions on setting up a virtual meeting with 5 people for 1 hour.

When I try to record on (Both) I get a message stating Internal application error and it closes down-FreezesIts presenter V 11 Trial Any help appreciated regards

Dear sir/madam,I’m in the process of choosing an online web based video conference software which has basic authentication system. As an admin, I should be able to create a conference room (a classroom) with an instructor and a number of students. The instructor should be able to see each and every student’s webcam while the students can only see the instructor’s cam and their very own cam (not the rest of students) I was wondering if adobe connect has these features built into it?
