Removing Older Creative Cloud ProductsOpen for Voting

Feature Request - for the CLI Uninstaller, it would be nice for the Adobe uninstall tool to "speak"/"understand" the Marketing Versions (2024, 2025, 2026, etc) of apps? This request ("I want to remove <App> 20XX with the CLI uninstaller") comes up frequently but has a significant stumbling block because most Creative Cloud apps' true version numbers do not equal the Marketing Version and typically don't equal each other.For example, the existing CLI uninstall syntax is:sudo ./AdobeUninstaller --products=PHSP#22.0,ILST#25.0 Which is <SAPCode>#<BaseVersion> .Something like this:sudo ./AdobeUninstaller --products=PHSP#2025,ILST#2025 Which is <SAPCode>#<MarketingVersion>Would be fantastic to have going forward.

I can't update Premiere to 26.01, the update fails over and over again. I've tried to log in/out, restart computer etc.

When I try to update Premiere it keeps failing over and over again, I’ve tried to sign in/out, restart computer several times but it doesn’t work. What can I do to make the update happen?Using Macbook pro M1 MaxSonoma 14.1.1 (23B81)

Glitch between InDesign v 21.2 and OneDrive

When I open a previously used InDesign document, make changes and then select to save it, I’m confronted with a dialogue box advising the file is damaged and cannot be saved. I’m given an option to repair and once that’s selected the document closes. I reopen and do a save as and it seems to work for a while in the new version and then the same thing occurs when I try to save my work and close. I have found that working from a local drive works however this is an inconvenient work around. I have also had error messages when I re-open files.I believe it’s only started occurring since the most recent update to v21.2.Below are screenshots of the error messages. I selected save anyway and got the below dialogue box these ones were from a simple save

Premiere Pro 26.0 ignores Creative Cloud language preference

Hello Adobe Community,Sorry for posted this thead twice, but with the Adobe website udpate, my 1st post dissapeared.Here is the issue : I updated to version 26 of many CC Software, and the language package was not installed properly even with the correct language selected into CreativeCloud parameter. I’m have trouble especially with Premiere, Photoshop and AfterEffect. An adobe technicien tried to help me, using their remote screensharing app but we did not solved the probleme. Here is what we did :Log out from creative Cloud / Log In / put the correct language / Reinstall : no change Uninstall everything / put the correct language / reinstall everything : no change Downgrade from 26 to 25 : correct language installed but… stuck on version 25. Adobe technician gave up, saying he’ll report the bug. I’m on macOS 26.2 (25C56)Is anyone here having this issue ? Fist time I have this kind of trouble… I’m Adobe since the begining so I’m not a newcomer. Thank you for your help !

Changing display text for hyperlink is removing / deleting the hyperlink.Manually typed in footnotes. I highlighted the text “10” > right clicked > New Hyperlink > Put in URL (for this example dribbble.com). Went back into the doc realized “10” needed to be “20” highlighted my hyperlink and typed in “20” > Hyperlink is suddenly gone. And it’s happening with every hyperlink I’ve changed the display text on. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve also done full resets of everything and I am running the latest update. Screenshots in order of process. help.

Cannot resize windows in PS,ID,AI - no corner handles appearing.

I am unable to resize adobe application windows - when moving the cursor to the corner of the window, no sizing handle appears (in the corner hitbox and beyond). All adobe applications are only opening in full-screen.All other desktop application windows (non-Adobe) are working.I have tried rebooting, uninstalling, changing screen settings, dock preferences, etc. - basically everything the internet had to offer for a resolution.Setup:Macbook Pro with M4 Max - 36GB RamOS: Tahoe 26.3All Adobe CC apps are most current version (26) and were updated mid last week.

Links panel and desktop files

Hello. I am working on a file that I haven't opened in a few months and it has broken links. When going to relink all instances of the missing files, the links panel closes and the libraries panel opens. I don’t have my file assets saved in a library, they are saved to a corporate cloud that I access on my desktop. I can’t seem to find my local files when relinking files. Has this system changed recently? Are we being forced to use Adobe libraries? Dumping 4 tb into Abobe Cloud is not an option. Thanks in advance. Icon Hijacking on MacOs Tahoe, Macbook pro m4 max

Recently my sidebar SSDs Icons have been highjacked by the adobe cloud desktop Icon. It's kind of annoying. same happened with stempel, I can live without stempel, not without Ps or Lrdisabling file provider extensions for adobe resolves the icon problem but limits my integration for adobe's softwares. I really need help with this one it's gearing my obsessive brain to overdrive thanks guys. I append screenshots.

Adobe creative cloud causing high ping in games and other network issues

So i installed ACC for the first time about a week ago and i game alot on my pc,i noticed that my ping got higher than usual not in just one game (fortnite, apex, rainbow six), then i noticed that the default servers in my games have changed automatically, after trying some solutions nothing worked even going to the old servers, then i reinstalled my windows and everything is normal, my ping is fine the default servers in my games are back to normal, then i said let's download the ACC again to and lo and behold i have the freaking same problem again. Anyone had the same issue, and is there any fix for it.

How can you tell if Creative Cloud is installed but was never used looking at the machine it is installed on for a windows box only. Log file , Registry entry etc..

The Creative Cloud desktop icon replaces icons for external drives in Mac OS Finder

In the Mac OS Finder (Tahoe 26.2), the system icons for external drives are replaced by the Creative Cloud app icon. If I go to System Preferences > Login Items & Extensions and turn off the Core Sync and Creative Cloud extensions, the correct icons for external drives are shown again in Finder.Please see screenshot of Finder window showing incorrect icon for my external drives.

Beim öffnen eines Dokuments in MS Office (keine MS 365 Version) auf Mac OS 15 erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung.Zugriffberechtigung auf Adobe Ordner und Library/Application Support/ wurde erteilt.Keine Änderung.Die angegebene Datei ist im Ordner Library/Application Support/Adobe nicht vorhanden, wurde jedoch auch nicht wissentlich in der Vergangenheit entfernt.Was ist zu tun?

Creative cloud strange behavior on mac

Hi y’all,I noticed that my cloud app is constantly sending and receiving data even with no Adobe app running.Does it means there is some data sending/receiving?Also the Adobe apps are very slow and it even affect third parties app.I did all uninstalling, cleaning and reinstalling with no better situation.Also I cut of auto notifications and updates with no results.here is my configOld but still working…Will I be required to install Tahoe??Thanks for advicesBestDidier

Adobe Cloud UI Helper is not running optimally

Adobe UI Helper is using up a third of a gigabite to run on my PC. which is as much as the cloud itself. I feel like this is not very optimal and UI should be taking up more space than entire programs and the like. I feel like this is something adobe should look into.

It’s very frustrating that you cannot save the Create Merged Document Dialog settings in Indesign. I frequently use Indesign to create tags or labels for school teams where I use the same design, but the names, year and some other information change each year. Having to set the column or row spacing each time as well as setting for single or multiple is a huge drag. If I forget it or forget the measurements, then I can waste labels. This also doesn’t allow me to share the template with anyone else on the fly that might have the design such as the printer. It makes it a very manual or not intuitive process. We should be able to save it like a Paragraphs Style, etc. so we can save various settings for different layout designs and / or templates that we use very, very often.Thank you!

There are swathes of posts back to 2018 in the community forum about people getting caught out in Adobe applications where Hindi digits are sprang upon them in new documents; where their application language is set to e.g. English; as well as the ‘English with Arabic Support’ language.Simply search the community for the phrase ‘hindi digits’ or ‘numbers showing as symbols’ and observe the amount of users caught out.In most cases, it would make sense to disable Hindi digits by default when the application language used does not these digits at all.
