Creative Cloud desktop

depuis la MAJ, et la nouvelle façon d’utiliser les masques, j’ai un gros problème de tracé de masque, avec “masque de plume” cela ne s’anime pas.c’est UNIQUEMENT quand je modifie les chiffres dans l'onglet effet que le masque s’anime (change de position / echelle) mais lorsque je touche le masque dans "programme", et que je change de position / forme, les images-clés ne se modifient pas ! ça me rend dingue. NOTE: This is my second post regarding this issue. The first post I made got resolved and I don’t think there’s a a way to re-open the post. I replied to it “issue resolved itself” and that got marked as the Answer. But it actually did not resolve itself and presented itself again. My Creative Cloud is not syncing to my files. It says "The Cloud isn't syncing. Make sure Creative desktop is updated or try restarting the app". I have done both of these things and more, I mainly want to access Adobe Illustrator files. I have a Windows 11. I can't seem to find an answer online, could anyone help with this? 

Updated to latest software but still wont open.

Die Creative Cloud App. schein heute automatisch aktualisiert worden zu sein (Erstellungsdatum und Änderungsdatum von heute). Auf Grund des Intel Prozessors ist kein Update auf ein neueres Betriebssystem möglich. 

3 problems to report:1) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, now the dropbox desktop icons (for dropbox desktop app) have disappeared. And I went over it with dropbox and they instructed me to go to System settings on mac → general → Login Items & Extensions, and scroll all the way down to the “extensions” section and find where its says “creative cloud” and hit the circle i icon, and toggle on and off “file provider” then my dropbox desktop app sync icons come back. Dropback says creative cloud is notorious for hyjacking desktop icons. I must note this fix is temporary and resurfaces later. I’ve provided a screenshot below of what the dropbox desktop app sync icons look like. 2) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, my external hard drives on the left hand panel are defaulting to the creative cloud app. 3)the authenticator app on firefox. when im on firefox it asks me to type in a number but doesnt give me a box to type it in. but when I go to safari

LRC, LR and Camera raw problem when reveal photos, it shows inconsistency with landscape filter. This happens since 6 versions or so.I had to delete this mask with the option Delete all masks, In addition when I try to add a landscape fileter it does not select anything. I was hoping that you correct it, but it seems nobody is reporting it.The same problem apperas en LR and Camera Raw. 

i really hate the fact that creative cloud always runs on my pc, even when i turn everything off

Creative Cloud 6.8.1.861 under macOS 26.3.1: empty folders named ngl keep being created in /Users/Shared, typically within a day after I delete their predecessor.  Is there a way to keep this from happening?I asked this question in an Apple macOS forum, and was told that it was related to Adobe Creative Cloud Next Generation Licensing.  Can anyone here (or Adobe) help?  Again, is there a way to keep this from happening?

 How do I delete the automatic generated “AI generated content” comments in Adobe Acrobat that pop up when make “print” PDFs. The content comments AI makes is horrible! 

2026 and this error is still happening. nothing wrong with my internet, nothing in preflight, links are all fine in links panel. Can anyone shed light on this please? help so i dont have to re-link 100+ images

With real estate agents wanting options to virtually add furniture  / clean up clutter with AI, change sky colors, etc, etc, what is everyone using ? A stand alone program / app or is there any that works with  / in Photoshop? 

This is something that is really annoying me. Photoshop is now sending me update prompts on my desktop. Even when I close the lightbox window it reappears every day or two. I've tried quitting Photoshop and Creative Cloud and updating my notification preferences on Creative Cloud, yet it continues to appear at the bottom right-hand side of my desktop. It's not even set up in my System Settings notifications so how and why are you doing this? How do I switch it off and, if I can't, please can Adobe switch it off? I don't need further prompts from you suggesting I update my apps - I can see them in Creative Cloud and will decide when I update when I'm good and ready. I'm unhappy that you even have the ability to do this on my desktop. I didn't choose to receive these notifications so please advise on how I remove them or remove completely - you're populating my work screen with unecessary information. Uso Photoshop 27.4.0 y en los últimos días se queda bloqueado y sin respuesta. La única forma de salir es forzando la salida, con lo que todo el traBajo se pierde.Trabajo con MacBook Pro M1.Exporto las imágenes desde Lightroom para edición en Photoshop y sin ningún patrón determinado, es decir no puedo decir que es lo que hace que se quede colgado. Me ha pasado usando la herramienta Quitar o después de duplicar la capa fondo, como ejemplos. Lo peor es que en alguna ocasión llevaba varios minutos editando la imagen y no hay forma de guardarla ni recuperarla, con lo que el trabajo se pierde.

Bonjour, un grand mystère que je ne peux pas expliquer, j’espère que ce problème est arrivé à qqn pour qu’il puisse m’aider! J’ai créer un libretto de 52 pages avec des annonces, des tableaux, etc. J’ai enregistrer mon travail, envoyer le bàt à mon client, et quand je l’ouvre ce soir pour faire les corrections, TOUTE la mise en page a dsiparu et celle de l’an dernier est réapparue! Alors que j’ai bien enregistrer le fichier sous un autre nom, dans un autre dossier. J’ai fait un PDF qui est correct. J’ai déjà passé plus de 10h de travail sur ce fichier et je ne comprends pas où il a passé! J’ai sauvegardé le fichier sur un serveur exterme, il a également disparu! Même si j’ai peu d’espoir… comment puis-je le récupérer et pourquoi est-ce arrivé? Merci pour votre aide je suis désepérée, je dois imprimer les 1000 brochures pour mercredi!  

I was really confused about my CPU fans working all the time even when the system is ideling, with no apps running (Win 11) I checked the taskmanager and there is a task running with the name of “node.exe”. if I close that task, the peaks of my CPU immediately come down and the system gets quiet… until some seconds later the task is started again and leads to performance peaks in the first 4 Cores of the CPU.The node.exe is located in this folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libsI just moved it to somewhere else, so it couldn’t restart and voilá, when I kill the task once again, the system stays quiet. the red line marks the time I shut down the node.exe taskGuys, I have this with my home machine, and the PC at work. Hello,I am having an issue launching several Adobe applications on my Dell laptop. When I attempt to open InDesign, Illustrator, or Lightroom, the application briefly appears in Task Manager, but the status shows “Suspended.” The CPU stays at 0%, memory briefly goes to about 0.1 MB, and then the process disappears. The application never opens.This issue started after a recent February Adobe update. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarted my computer Ended Adobe background processes in Task Manager Signed out and back into Creative Cloud Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign Attempted to reset preferences on launch None of these steps resolved the issue.Could you please advise on what may be causing these applications to fail at launch and how to fix it?Thank you.

Seriously?  Adobe has to install and execute multiple node.js processes (a server side software product for building crummy bloated javascript websites) on my client machine to run the Adobe Creative Cloud (what I consider a background app)?  Between these and related apps, they are consuming exorbitant amounts of memory and CPU.  Do I have to run creative cloud 100% of the time?  C'mon man!  I just don't get it.  If I can't disable creative cloud, I'll have to get rid of my photoshop plan.  I would expect an app like this to take about 400KiB of ram and .0001 CPU, OR to not be required to run at all.  Terrible decision to deploy this crap to the client machine.  Adobe, can you help?  I'm seriously considering bailing on this product.

We’re using version 6.8.1.865 (January 2026), which is the latest release as of this writing.  Our vulnerability management solutions are flagging this due to NVD - CVE-2025-55130 with a critical score of 9.1 for Node.js.  How can I remediate this in our environment?
