Estoy desde la mañana intentando entrar a Ilustrator y Photoshop y se queda cargando sin respuesta alguna. Desintale los programas y pasa lo mismo, intente desintalando el Adobe Creative Cloud pero de igual manera sigue pasando el mismo problema.
This is just one of the errors i get. I have had several issues where when using photoshop, my computer will give me the error in the screen shot, or it just completely freezes and restarts the entire computer. I can not open more than 2 photos at a time or it happens more often. This is the ONLY software this happens with. I have been having this issue for months and i kept hoping updates would resolve but nothing. I originally reached out to support and they had me change my driver to my GPU, which did not resolve the issue either and being that this is not my main source of income I do not have the time to consistently reach out to a software company that I pay for (with zero tax write offs) to ask them to fix this issue. I saw someone with the RTX 3050 is also having a similar issue I have the RTX 3060. please help!
The eMail from message@adobe.com regarding Creative Cloud ("We have received your Creative Cloud Pro payment") contains a link error. The "Print invoice" link in the eMail leads to https://accounts.adobe.com/fi/plans/xxxxxx, which does not work. The correct address is https://account.adobe.com/fi/plans/xxxxxx. I have reported this issue before. Could you please fix this link error? Thank you!
in the update of photoshop 27.6 action not run properly for exemple when i up the colors throw action and i want to use fade for set the color range the fade command not working.. and action panel totly chnge and dificult to oprate this

In Premiere 26, there seems to be a bug with the drop shadow. I made graphic today, I used the new Object Mask tool (which works great by the way) to make a stat box pop out. Moved it to the opacity section so I can have it get larger. It was white on white so I wanted to add a drop shadow. When I do that, no shadow comes up even with opacity all the way up, distance, etc. When you click to show shadow only, it’s there. This is the top layer of 3 on a timeline. I got advice from another editor to try nesting. That worked, but when I exported the entire effect was off in the export.
The bounding box of the transform tool is in the wrong location and not properly scaled when used on warped text. It does snap back to correct scale and location when a corner of it is selected but reverts once the transform is deselected again.Photoshop version is 27.5wrong bounding box on warped text

It bombs out whenever I open the Exposure HUD in today’s (24/4/26) version. It was ok yesterday. The HUD opens, but as soon as I move the mouse to change the settings the app crashes. Is this just me or is it a known problem? When will it get fixed?

I have recently reinstalled InDesign and, upon every launch, if I go to the Id icon to set some global settings or open the first document of the session, InDesign will hang (spinning beachball, marked as “not responding” in Activity Monitor). After about one minute, the hang is over (pun intended) and InDesign resumes perfect functionality (no slowness, no issues). It is as if it wanted to be by itself for a while. If I open a second (or 3rd, 4th, etc.) document no hanging happens. If I close all docs and open a single new one, no hang. It is just the first doc of the session.I have been able to capture a Spindump while it was hanging. Perhaps this can help engineers (or other knowledgeable souls here) find what is going on?Thank you very much!I am on macOS Tahoe 26.4 on an Apple Silicon Mac.PS: I’ve had to select a category here below to post this, but InDesign was not among the available choices. as usual, when using adobe, we need to open, save, save as, which … open windows file manager, which as usual as before, never been an issue, a window pops, i can interact with it. click save/open/import whatever..but when 2025 version came up. this always been a hassle, i gotta wait 3 friggin minutes! to be able to interact with popped win. file manager. why?i am using adobe since photoshop 7 back then.please dont ruin my beloved suite software, will ya?#punintended, always hated CC

I'm having trouble using the Adobe Apps. I originally had the same issues on my older windows 10 computer, but I've just built a new PC and it's running Windows 11 Home N version 24H2, but I'm having the exact same problem. The issues are stated below.Photoshop (v26.3) and Lightroom (v8.1) launch without issue, InDesign (v20.1) briefly pops up the logo but then dissapears after 1-2 seconds and nothing happens. Clicking to launch Audtion (v25.0) does nothing when launched from the creative cloud app, but when I try to launch from start menu it throws the error "The code execution cannot proceed because MFPlat.Dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and launching Illustrator throws the warning Plugin issues detected then unexpected error before loading a greyed out user interface.
After I have upgraded Photoshop to V27.5 I cannot use Camera Raw to edit photos (particularly for using AI Mask Features) as there is an error related to GPU acceleration process. My computer has a GPU of NVIDIA GeFore RTX 3050. The Photoshop version before V27.5 was just ok for me to use AI Mask Features to edit photos but not stable. The new version is not working for these features at all.
Not only is it extremely slow if it finally loads you can't open seen by recent files, that loading page doesn't work it's entirely blank you have to use the file open, scrubbing through even a small scene causes an enormous delay it's basically Frozen it wasn't like this before I use this program every single day. please figure out what is wrong with Adobe Premiere beta should I switch to Adobe Premiere Pro normal. what is going on here
Canvas Size : Every time I reopen it, it measures in millimeters. I have to switch it back to centimeters each time. It used to stay where it was last displayed. And the arrows showing which direction the page should open are gone too. What kind of innovation is this? Although it's worse than before, I understand your desire for visual changes, but you're wasting my time by making me change the unit of measurement every time.
In InDesign, I am unable to modify text box frames and images once I’ve placed them on a sheet and escaped out of a command. When I go back to try to move or resize content, layers become frozen and won’t move or resize. I am able to shift frames when pressing the arrow keys and I’m still able to add text and remove text, but I’m unable to modify or relocate items with mouse.
The time being taken to download any update is very very slow. It is almost like the site is down.
