I cannot change my log on details for the creative cloud desktop app as it still uses for original free account. I now have a new account with a different email, but whenever I open the crrerative cloud app it defaults to my old account!
I have a 2023 MacBook Pro M2, OS 13.3.1. I don't leave Creative Cloud open all the time to save resources. When I launch it, it either takes forever or completely fails to load. It eventually comes to a Repair screen that reinstalls it. I've done this twice, but the problem persists.
Hello, I signed out of the Adobe Creative Cloud app, and now I can't sign back in?
Hello everyone. I just bought a Mac Studio M2 Max. And also have a 2019 Intel Macbook Pro. Both computers run on the latest version of Sonoma. To set up the Mac Studio I used Apple Migration Assistant to copy my MacBook Pro to my Mac Studio. But now, I can't use my Adobe Creative Cloud and all the apps anymore (because they are the intel-versions from my Macbook Pro). So I wanted to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall all the Adobe CC + apps and reinstall the Apple Silicon versions. But when I download the Adobe Cleaner Tool installer and double click it, I get a system prefs message that says 'if I want to open WhatsApp I need to install Rosetta'. Which doesn't make any sense because I obviously do not want to open WhatsApp… It feels somewhat 'buggy' but is very enoying because I would like to uninstall and reinstall my Adobe Creative Cloud. Anyone also has had this (or a comparable) issue? Or a suggestion on what I could do/try? In any case, thank you very much!!
I really feel like this is false advertising because I was told that if the new version of photoshop did not work on my device I could roll back. Now I get this relentless nag reminder to upgrade. If the latest photoshop did not crash my device constantly I would. I mean, my device was good enough when I initiated my subscriptipn. Now basically you are telling me it is not. I have the latest version on a different desktop PC but that is not the point. It is simply unusable on my laptop but I want to use it there for basic less complicated things. And the same thing goes for Bridge. I hate this new bridge. Is this really the way it wil go down. That we have to buy a device that would be appropriate for NASA if we want to keep using your products?
Why such a big an experienced in making software company can't make a simple thing. To change language in Photoshop interface, you need to uninstal the app from PC. What? are you serious? Have you heared something about language libraries that can be instaled once you install the app or may be added after? I just want to open "preferences" go to language dropout box an to select language I need. Even In Lightroom I can do this. Thats ALL FOLKS, and Think about it...
In the Creative Cloud desktop app, why is the "manage updates" screen now hidden behind a contextual button that only appears when an installed app has detected an available update? Bad user experience.
Hi folks, just got a message that my apps have been upgraded to the latest version. Problem is, I did not ask for it. Especially LrC shall stay on 13.5.1, as it does not create to many issues on my installation. So automatic update was not activated for moths by purpose. Otherwise Creative Cloud would have done an automatic update to 14.0 first, when it became available, and it never got installed, as intended. I did double check now and to my surprise auto update was activated (Version 6.4.0.361) - and I am pretty sure that I did not touch the settings lately.Maybe there is a glitch in the latest install of creative cloud.
I just got back from holiday, loaded up my work machine only to find I now had two versions of every single Adobe program installed, the old 2024 and new 2025 versions. I've never used Auto-Update so this has never been an issue, but had enabled this some time before going on leave. I had a look through settings to find the 'Remove previous version' button only to find that I had to do it separately for each program.Having that option separated for each program is obviously a necessary function for people who need an older version of a select number of programs, however I think it would also be good to have a button somewhere that enables 'Remove previous version' for all programs for when that isn't required. Just a thought.
Creative Cloud Desktop recieved an update this morning. Trying to install Premiere Pro (Beta) and it's nowhere to be found within the app. Can't find it via weblink either. Seems this new version didn't seem to pass any kind of QC at all:
Hi! I was previously using a work account to access Creative Cloud and apps. The account has since been deactivated and i'm having issues loggin in to Creative Cloud on my Ipad. When i open the app, i click to sign in....and nothing happens. When i try to access Photoshop, i get a Sign in Failed message. Originally was having the same issue with my laptop but managed to find a solution for that but no idea how to resolve on the Ipad. I no longer have access to the email/password for my work account and it's been deactivated. How do i go about changing my login credentials on Ipad to no longer use this account? Thanks!
supuestamente esta version viene con un rediseño de toda la app pero a mi a veces me muestra el rediseño y otras veces me la muestra normal como siempre no entiendo bien que esta pasando...
This problem only just started. Photoshop Generative Fill is now greyout as well but Neural Filters work. My version on my Macbook laptop work fine so I assume its something to do with Windows 11. I have disabled all virus checkers including Defender but that made no difference and I have re-installed creative cloud twice. Any help is welcome outwise Iwill need to cancel my subscription because I cannot load any updates to my apps.
creative cloud app looks so blurry and getting slow while opening. it lags on the intial stage and afterwards its working properly for a while, then again looks blurry in sometimes. also attached screenshot with this thread.
Does anyone out there actually like the new Workfront interface? Every time I go to WorkFront, all the projects are twirled open, and I have to click the > to close them. And because it is now in a window, you have to expand the window since all the tasks are open. It is a total waste of time.Dear Adobe,Please, please, please go back to the way it was.
Many of us have machines at our office, our own machine at home, and a laptop for when we are in the field. Please consider allowing three machines for installs rather than two. This would alleviate the stress of heading out to the field for a few days and having to remember to deactivate one of my other machines to update my files and apps on the laptop before I go. The hotel wifi where I often find myself are not sufficient to download the large media files I need when updating folders. It can take hours. I'm sure there are other creative ways to verify that I am not sharing my license besides the two machine limit. Thanks!
Surely I can't be the only one who shakes their head a bit anytime they open up the CC Desktop app? There was a time when it was fairly useful, and looked as if it were made for the professional customers Adobe depends on. Not today:It'd be one thing to have the Home and Apps screens set up as they are now if we still had the option to customize it. But there's no way around it, leaving us stuck with a cluttered interface crammed with the equivalent of in-game advertising, despite paying for the privelage via our monthly/year subscriptions.
Allow administrators to see the names of devices where a user has activated Adobe products.
Sync Settings was such a great feature, I really don't understand why it has gone, it makes sense to have it considering Creative Cloud is a subscription based software which allows you to use your license on any computer. I've recently had issue with my MacBook at work so I have been given a temporary one to use, if we had Sync Settings available I would easily be able to continue working without much disruption to my day but now it has gone I'm having to setup each Adobe progam with my user settings. I did use the export user settings via Illustrator and Indesign but the when I try to import the settings I get an error message, 'Settings in the file do not match the current locale. Settings were not imported.' This isn't helpful so I now I have to set them up manually, which is such a waste of time!
We have lately purchased Adobe for our company. So far I had all my files on my desktop in seperate folders according to the manufacturer we are working with. Lately I uploaded all my files to Creative Cloud so my colleague is able to access to it when he needs to check some data so I shared ONE big folder with him and put all the manufacturers' name in seperate folders. These separate folders have subfolders and even those sometimes have subfolders. My problem is that when I open the Creative Cloud app all these folders and subfolders are opened on the left bar, creating a looong list. If I want to look for a manufacturer I either need to scroll down or close every single folder one by one. It is really hard to stay organized! I am working on Windows platform for many years, we can call that "I'm not used to it" but let's admit this is not ordinary. People who upload a folder and name it usually know by name what the folder includes. We do not need to see every detail of all the folde
It shows 'No internet connection' in Plugins section of Creative Cloud Desktop even I am connected to internet. I can update CC apps but whenever I open Plugins section it shows No Internet Connection. I have restarted my PC twice and restarted CC desktop app more than 3 times and signed in and out also but still shows me the same error. I have also did the Hosts fix and disabling firewall and still gives me the same error.
Hello, I have an Adobe Photo Cloud subscription and now get the message that the cloud storage is no longer sufficient. I can't find a central point anywhere where I can view the cloud storage and delete data and files if necessary. I mainly want website journals, where the data should not be so large. I ask for support how I can manage my cloud storage.

mit dem beim Start gezeigtem Popup: Nicht wieder Anzeigen wird absolut ignoriert. Will ich nicht und brauche ich auch nicht.
