Hi, so I was orignally using another Adobe account however now I need to use a new one which is owned by my college. It won't let me sign out of the old own and whenever I try to nothing happens, I've tried to reinstall creative cloud but it doesnt let me do that either can anyone help?
Hello , I'm on Windows 11 professional with a full CC apps subscription, and expericence a lot of troubles to install creative cloud apps.It started with creative cloud desktop, that it was not able to install due to an error 44, triggered at 32% of the installation. I tried to repair, to uninstall, I used the Creative cloud cleaner app, and then I had the error 1.After many manipulations, and removing all the files and folders in link with adobe (common files, user data files, temps files, ...) I was able to install it. Finally !BUT, now I have an error 146 when CC want to update, and when I try to install Photoshop. There was no error when I installed Lightroom. So I tried many things, authorization on the folders, launch CC in admin, removed the "read only" option on the folders, give to system full access on permissions. I created manually the folder which triggered the fatal error in the logbook and it seems working because now the fatal error is tri

I am managing four computers (two separate licenses for myself and my son) with slow internet that need the latest Adobe software installed. Can I copy the application files between computers rather than download them on each computer?

Bonjour, J'ai souscrit à la suite creatic cloud il ya quelques jours pour ma fille qui est étudiante. Je n'arrive pas a accéder à l'ensemble des applications proposées. Le message ' vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications apparait. Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut être requise'J'ai pu constater que cette requette a déjà été formulée à plusieurs reprises par d'autres personnes. J'ai tenté d'appliquer les recommandations sans succès. Il s'agit d'un Imac fonctionnant sut Macos Sequoia 15.01 Merci pour votre aide
On Windows 11, when Iopen desktop creative cloud app, andclick 'Files' folder on left sidebar, andthen right-click on my Adobe Illustrator project file (to save a local copy to my desktop)... andclick 'Download'I select the desktop folder on my computer (a default downloads folder)an error message appears, it says 'project file failed to export.....' I have attached the version of my Adobe Creative cloud.
I have experienced this issue a number of times. Logging out and logging in has worked in the past, but does not seem to be working at the moment. I am trying to share 2 Creative Cloud libraries with a member of my team, and I keep getting this error. What might be going wrong, and are there any suggestions? I have tried sharing both via web and the Adobe CC app, and I get the same error message.

My creative cloud will not work offline. I cannot access files or open any apps. I would like to do work on an airplane during some business trips. Any advice? I've tried reinstalling, the apps are downloaded and updated.
Can somebody please tell me why the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app continuously pops up every single time I switch monitors? It is super annoying, and every time it comes up, it interrupts whatever I'm doing in favor of showing me the app dashboard. I don't want this, and every single time I close it, it reopens itself no matter how many times I close it and end the task in Task Manager. It is getting to the point that I really do not want to have it installed because of this annoyance. I disabled "Open on Login" and "Open on Start-Up"; that sort of thing, I disabled notifications, I have 0 updates pending (none of my apps are even downloaded), and I am at the end of my ropes now. I am so sick and tired of this, Adobe; please do better. I don't want this, and I want it to end. I love Photoshop and only ever use that for projects (I don't really know why I need Adobe Creative Cloud for this, but okay), but I want it to end. Across the Adobe apps I use I am constantly harrassed with endless notifications similar to the one below to use services and features. Is there any way to perrmanently gag Adobe apps? As far as the tiny fraction that might be useful, I don't even care about missing them if I could have blissful peace using the apps I'm {over}paying for. I tried shutting off notifications under Account | Notifications in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I don't doubt that might have disabled hundreds of notifications, but I 'm still bombarded with distractions whenever I open an app. Thanks

Bonjour, Je suis étudiante et mon école nous a fourni des accès tout en gardant mon compte avec mon adresse mail perso (je crois que c'est bien ça, quand je me connecte on me demande si je veux utiliser mon compte personnel ou celui du lycée, on m'a dit de cliquer sur mon compte personnel). Au lycée tout marche bien.Je souhaiterais installé les logiciels sur mon pc fixe mais surtout sur mon ordinateur portable car nous n'avons pas accès a des ordinateurs dans tous les cours bien que cela soit indispensable pour certains... Cependant je ne trouve pas comment installer les logiciels (illustrator, indesign, photoshop) sans mettre mes codes de CB pour une version d'essai alors que je suis censé avoir déjà un accès pour les deux ans à venir. J'ai trouvé péniblement des liens de téléchargement, et après avoir installer creative cloud, cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, pour exemple le message d'erreur que j'ai eu lorsque j'ai essayé d'installer indesign en pièce jointe. I can't open any files saved in Creative Cloud within Photoshop or Illustrator.The programs are acting as if they are pirated versions, with no internet access. I can only open files saved on my local computer. In Creative Cloud, where it should sync, it's stuck on the message "Fetching Storage Info...".When I try to open files from the cloud within the program, I get the error message: "Couldn't download '.pdsc' due to an error."I’ve already contacted a specialist via online chat but didn’t get any resolution. I just reformatted my PC, all drivers are up to date, including my Windows 24H2. I believe the issue might be related to IP, proxy, DNS, or something similar.Please help!

Can someone help me with syncing or uploading files to Create Cloud? I understand the Creative Cloud File sync has gone away (why would Adobe do such a thing). I recently upgraded to 1TB for the purpose of having access to many files despite what device I am using. Now, I cannot seem to upload those files to the cloud. Is there even a way to do this? I have 1TB of space without a wayto upload files so they can be available to me when I need them? If this is the case, are there any alternatives? I was one of those who thought about canceling my subscription earlier in the year. I didn't because Adobe is so ingrained in my workflow, but i really need to start looking for alternatives, unfortunately. Thanks for your help!
Hi, I purchased a package with apps on Adobe, but when I open my account, the apps don’t appear, and I can’t access the premium features.
Getting an new computer . My Photoshop app has been disabled by adobe so program shuts down. If I have to pay for a subscription, I want to work with an older version of photoshop WITHOUT all the new Ai technologty on the 2024 version. Does anyone know if this is possible?
