Creative Cloud desktop

Hello,  Everyday when I turn my iMac on, the Adobe Creative Cloud icon appears ( it kind of looks like the # 8 on its side) on the right hand side of the top menu bar along with bluetooth, wifi, search, date and time... I never use the link, although I do use Indesign. I would like to remove it from the menu bar .  I am wondering how to remove it permanently from the menu bar so it doesnt show evertime I start my iMac up.  Has anyone done this successfully ?.  Is this possible or do I have to end my subscription entirely ?   [threads merged]

Bonjour J ai une adresse mail pour adobe.Sur cette meme adresse mail j'ai 2 compte differents sur 2 ordinateur differents.Je suis abonner a creative cloud apparement sur un seul des 2 et j ai tout le cloud dispo sur ce compte mais l autre n est meme pas bonné .Comment cahnger de compte sans changer de mail svp ?  

Most of us have paid thousands of dollars to use your software, and some of us have and continue to pay tens of thousands of dollars. Is it too much to ask that we not constantly wait for verification bars to load or jump through verification steps? Can't you check this once a month or something, you know, at the same time you process payment?

Every time that an app is updated, CC adds that app to my shortcuts on the home screen.  Then I have to go back and manually remove them.  I don't use many of the CC programs and don't want them as shortcuts.  Please consider fixing this "feature." CC v 5.11.0.522.1Windows 11 Home 

I'm on macOS 13.5 with an iMac M1.Until a week or so ago when I quit CC Desktop it offered the option to Hide or Quit.This is no longer the case and it immediately Quits.Will the Hide option be restored?And by Hide, I mean it no longer shows in the App Switcher, etc.CC 5.11.0.522.1

As the title says, whenever I turn my PC on, Adobe Creative Cloud wont automatically open.There are four thing to bare in mind:I'm running the latest Windows 11 updateEvery Adobe process is enabled in my start-up appsMy instalation path isn't in "C:". It's in "A:" another internal SSD that I have that has more capacity, but it's slowerThe Adobe CC icon is missingAny other program like Pr, Ps and so on, works like a charmIs there any tip you could give me to solve this? Is there anyway to remove this AI rubbish in the recent download!  I really won't spend a single second asking my computer to create "art" for me.  This piracy really has to end!

Creative cloud don't open. How can I fix it? help please

I have an update pending for both, I am connected to the internet but I cannot get the update to start. I click the butoon and nothing happens I am logged in and have even tried my mobile as a hotspot.... Any thoughts? Mark

Hi, I have am having trouble with changing the language of my psd app on desktop. Normally it is in english but after the holidays it has changed to Danish (see attached file). When I check the Creative Cloud app --> account --> settings --> apps --> language - it is set to English (see attached file). How do I change the language of Photoshop to be English? I really hope someone can help me as the support articles only shows the solution I mentioned above - changing the language via Creative Cloud app - however this one is set to English already. Best, Mie 

I am repeatedly required to reinstall creative cloud because it stops woking. This almost on a daily basis.I am using a late 2013 iMac OS Catalina 10.15.7Any fixes gratefully received - it's driving me nuts!

For the last 2 years I have the recurring error of my CC desktop not working, and I have to then try to install it again using the last solution I found, that took me hours to find. I keep getting error 702.  I'm done now - nothing is working and I can't open the Adobe pps I need (InDesign and Illustrator). This should not take me hours to work and nearly every solution DOES NOT WORK !!!! Does anyone actually know what the problem is here? Please dont just tell me what the error means, I need a permanent fix. I'm wasting my subscription becaue I can't use it and am close to cancelling my subscription and looking for alternatives. Just a little frustrated! 

Hello, I don't want to cancel my subscribtion, but who knows, someday my life will chance and I have to say Adobe goodbye. I'm subscribted via the Yearly Monthly plan. Now, it says that if you don't cancel you need to pay 50% of the costs.But which costs? 50% of the montly costs (for me montly cost 62,99euro) or 50% of the yearly costs of 755euro?Hope someone can tell me how to understand it correctly.  Adobe saysAnnual plan paid monthly: After 14 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your contract obligation may apply. Your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. So is it 50% of your montly costs or 50%or the yearly costs? Anyone an idea

I have a 2019 Mac Pro tower. All my Adobe CC apps are in the default location (Applications folder on my 1TB Apple installed SSD). My question is, can I move all my Adobe apps (only) to a faster internal Sonnet PCIe array that has much faster (4) 1TB Samsung 990 Pro SSDs configured in RAID 0. If so what is the procedure? Am I asking for trouble? Thanks

Newer versions contain bugs with my current window version

I have Adobe for Enterprise on my school adobe account. I downloaded Creative Cloud for desktop, and it says I can only download 5 apps out of the 20 on creative cloud. The one I want, After Effects isnt one of them. it says I have to buy it or do a trial, but on the Adobe website it is included with Enterprise. (https://www.adobe.com/au/creativecloud/business/enterprise/features.html)  As you can see, AE is included apperantly. if anyone could explain or help it would be appriciated!

I think I know the answer to this, but CC 2020 is no longer allowing program updates to install. No matter how many times I click "Retry" I get the same message. Re-install is not an option at this point. Maybe a "Preferences" file delete? CC202 is no longer supported, and my machine will not support a newer OSX to load later versions of Adobe CC and apps.
