We have exactely the same problem and it is 100% reproducable on any hardware running W1123H2.(Windows 10 is not affected) Creative Cloud Desktop App 6.4 is installing PxHlpa64.sys into C.\windows\system32\drivers and this driver ist marked as incompatible with Windows 11 Memory Integrity. The next reboot will be your last one, since you get stuck in a BSOD. There are 2 workarounds: disable Windows Memory Integrity (which should be enabled by default!) or delete PxHlpa64.sys. This needs to be fixed immediatly!
This might be a dumb question (yeah), but do you have to delete the apps once a free trial ends?
Hi everyone,I have MasterCollectionCS6 and CreativeCloud installed on my dear old PC.The PC still works very well even with Win10.The problem I've been having for about a year is that in the "Installed Apps" window of CreativeCloud few software from the entire Collection are visible. I only see AfterEffect, inDesign, Audition and Dreamweaver ... all the others are missing.On the PC, however, the apps from the Collection are all installed and working.Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?Thanks in advancebyeDnL
Hi, I need some help atm: I have the year long all apps plan on creative cloud, but every single app reboots the PC when doing anything GPU related. Even when disabling "use GPU" in the individual app preferences.Motherboard is Gigabyte Technology H610M S2H DDR4. The CPU is a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K, there's 32GB of RAM and the graphics are Intel UHD Graphics 770. Harddrive is an internal Samsung SSD named MKNSSDEV2TB-D8 with 2TB and about 600GB free space. OS is Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.4249 - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?Thank you.

The Font manager widget is no longer available in my Creative Cloud which means I can no longer activate Adobe fonts on my system. I am running CC on a windows 7 machine sometimes as we still need to use older versions of InDesign and Acrobat occasionally.. Is this a bug or Adobe's way of forcing us to move on?
bonjour, depuis plusieurs jours, impossible d'installer CREATIVE CLOUD.......Il a commencé en ne se lancant plus pour cause de fichiers endommagés., jai donc voulu le réinstaller comme il le demandait. seulement, il prend du temps et fini par me dire, que c'est impossible pour les mêmes raisons.. j'ai tout essayé, le creative cleaner, désactiver mon par feu, RIEN............ je ne peux plus travailler donc ca deviend urgent, merci pour votre aide

I urgently want an option like Federated ID / authentication via Microsoft Azure or Entra. There is a corresponding solution for Creative Cloud for Business. However, this is not available for offices with fewer than 50 users.It would be much more convenient for our users if they could simply log in with their credentials from the Microsoft environment to use their Adobe products.
I have been using Adobe since 2000. I had ridiculously sad news given to me by Adobe that had taken all my photos and videos from Creative Cloud and deleted every single one of them without going out of their way to notify me of such a tragic disservice. When I notified Adobe that Creative Cloud was no longer on my computer, they told me that they had deleted everything and had given me notice in February.But I got for an excuse that they were moving into a new format or something and notified everyone of this occurrence. However, I had notified Adobe several times prior to them deleting my photos, and not one alert or notification by anyone I spoke to, not even a notification or alert on any of the responding emails of my interactions with Adobe to alert me of this horrendous Injustice after paying for years, and putting my trust and Creative Cloud to hold under safekeeping of their promises to have my assurance that my files were safe with adobe. We have a rather large tenancy. Currently, if we need to add an admin role for an user, we must do it on a per case basis. If we had a group, with all admin users in this group, then add an admin role to the group, this will cut down admin overhead and automate this procedure. As a sync currently runs from the Azure AD to Adobe, any new admin user will be automatically added into the group and assigned a role.
I'm creating some basic "how to" tutorials for Photoshop Elements and need to do some screen captures. Is there any software in Creative Cloud that can do this more efficiently than me editing my "print screen" images in Photoshop? I'm hoping to eventually do some video tutorials as well so would like to know if there's some similar software to Screenflow in Creative Cloud? Thanks for your advice and help.

Não consigo acessar nada da Creative Cloud. Quando entro no aplicativo, aparece "Ocorreu um erro. Atualize o aplicativo da Creative Cloud para continuar". Ou quando eu vou acessar o Admin Console pelo google, aparece "Ocorreu um erro. Estamos trabalhando para resolver o problema. Tente novamente mais tarde". Já estou tentando acessar desde ontem, não consigo nem utilizar o photoshop.Detalhe, já desinstalei o app diversas vezes, mas pelo visto o problema está até quando acesso pela web.

Hi. I'm trying to sign out of my personal account and in to my school account on my desktop. All of the advice on here says to click on the 'gear icon' in the top right hand corner, go to preferences and change account from there. I can't see a gear icon though. I can find preferences by clicking on my profile icon but 'sign out' isn't an option. Clicking on 'Adobe Account' takes me to the Adobe website and if I sign out and in to the school account through there it doesn't change the profile in Creative Cloud. Any ideas?
Hi, I am running my account on a photography plan for my work. However, my work has the full Adobe suite, and I'd like to use it on my computer. If I log out and enter a different Adobe account, will I lose work and plugins downloaded and attached to my personal account?

In older Versions of CCD I was transferred to external Adobe Stock Webportal where I cautiously feeded my personal bibliotheques. With the new version of CCD the Stock portal is nested into the CCD window. But from there you do not have acces to your personal bibliotheques or do I oversee something.That missing feature really annoys as you will have to start an own browser rpocess to acces Adobe Stock from outside CCD via Browser. As the internal link in CCD 'forget' this desired feature.
I work with languages, and many times a font has several variations for languages, and as of late, I've been forced to writhe the whole font name to get to it, instead of just the last word of the font. For example, when I have to search for the Noto Sans CJK JP (the japanese variable of the chinese/japanese/korean font) I just used to type CJK JP and the font would appear, now it searches for exact match of the font name and it has made my work a lot more tedious because now I have to type the whole thing: Noto Sans CJK JP...Does anyone know how to change it? I would really appreciate any input.Thanks!!!
Hi all, I have a question regarding Adobe creative cloud login/logoffIs there an automation for log of from the app, or you get automatically logged off from you creative cloud after restarting the machine?I am in IT but not familiar with creative cloud, and we have some users they are complaining that they get automatically logged off and have always log in when opening a pdf fileI did not find an information about itThank you,Igor
