Ich kann InDesign und Photoshop nicht mehr starten (Programme reagieren nicht mehr). Ich habe beide Applikationen deinstalliert und neu installiert und in der Creative Cloud erscheinen die Programme als korrekt installiert und funktionstüchtig. Kennt jemand dieses Problem? Irgend ein Lösungsvorschlag? InDesign Version 19.5Photoshop Version 25.11
This has been an forever issue and still nothing changed for years ever since language option moved to account settings. You've already setup user account sync what's so hard to include user language preference with the account data? Where's our subscribscription payment the company spent on exactly? Nobody would want to remember to check and set to the right language first EVERY TIME they setup creative cloud on a new machine. And people always only find out after new installation done and had to remove and change language preference and re-install apps again. Is there any actual Product Manager here on the forum or all your service here just letting users cover eachother?
The plan in my adobe account is not visible. adobe photoshop and illustrator are not working, I can't use them right now. And I'm losing money. Please help me. I can't use adobe firefly, I can't access the pages. I get a message that says no internet connection even though I have one.

Evey year, when it is time to renew our Adobe Service for our School, I have to jump through hoops contacting support to find out who our new "Accoutn Manager" is, because it always changes. And apparantly, the only way to get a renewal quote or invoice for the upcoming renewal is for the Account Manager to initiate that themselves. I would be WAAAAAY easier if we could do this through the Admin Console, or at the very least if there was a spot that lived in teh Admin Console that would always show us our current Accoutn Manager name and email address, so we know who to reach out to so we can request the renewal quote/invoice. Please make this happen! It would make everyones life so much easier!
I have Design & Web Premium CS6 installed (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks). I was trying to install a plugin for Photoshop when I realized it is not listed in Creative Cloud. Acrobat, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop Express, Fresco, and Fireworks CS6 are the only apps listed. CC won't let me download the Photoshop or Illustrator plugins because it says I don't have the program. They were all part of the same install. I have signed out of CC, deleted the windows credentials and signed back in. No change. I have enterprise versions of CS6, so I tried logging into CC with work account and with personal account. Both show the same apps. Please help. Thanks!

hello every time I restart my computer I am asked to log in to my account I am using licensed and this process is tiring how can I solve this problem I have had this problem for about 2 months, it was not there before.

Hi,It does not open Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign (it stays blocked and you have to force quit), however, After Effect and Premiere do open. All creative cloud applications are up to date. Macbook Pro M1 MaxSonoma 14.5
Guys, my adobe fonts got out of sync, since yesterday it just shows a loading circle when I go to my fonts page added to creative cloud, I've already tried disabling it in the services tab, disabling the firewall, logging out of creative cloud, freeing up storage, pausing the sync, but nothing happens, I lost all my added fonts and I can't check my fonts panel because it's on an eternal loading screen. ;( Has anyone gone through something similar?
Hello! I'm looking for help to locate my creative cloud files. I stored my files on creative cloud desktop, but my laptop and hardrive have now crashed so I'm looking to retrieve my stored files and save them onto anothere device. Where can I find them? Only 4 PDFs appear dating back to 2109, but I had whole folders of work stored there.Any help would be much appreciated!! Thank you!

Both apps stall on the initial splash banner. I go to Activity Monitor (mac), and i see both apps hogging memory -- this is before it loads. Memory is at 128GB needed, so mac stalls it, then i have to force quit, so none actually launch. Anyone else having this issue? It's been working well for the past year until today. other adobe apps open fine, needed under a GB at startup.Mac OS ventura

Even more concerning: Beta versions installed on one’s system are affecting start-up of completely separate applications. I had Beta After Effects & Media Encoder installed. Apparently, these were preventing Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign from opening. All versions of After Effects, Media Encoder, and Premier Pro themselves, however, were able to open without issue on my system. The current Adobe screw up only seemed to affect Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, which freeze at the splash screen and also cause RAM usage to climb through the roof resulting in screen redraw issues and an unstable computer.The below post is testament to the number of Creative Cloud subscribers suffering from this problem. It also reveals that the temporary fix is to remove ALL Beta applications one might be using. Sure enough, as soon as I uninstalled the Beta versions of After Effects and Media Encoder, my Stable versions of Photoshop and Illustrator
Anyone else having issues downloading files from the Synced Files Folder?
For years the developers don't listen to criticism about the app or worse, they do but choose to leave it. This is the only Windows application that consumes 100% of the the internet bandwidth and 100% of the disk. The computer I am using has an NVMe and becomes useless when this application is downloading and installing Adobe software. Fix it or add a way for us to throttle.
Apropos of what I don't know, but I keep getting these Allow-or-Don't Allow inquiries about CCLibrary.app. What am I supposed to do with this? I'm on a Mac Mini running Sequoia.
Es la primera vez que estoy instalando una suite de Adobe en mi PC, y pues instale Adobe Creative Cloud para acceder a ello. Pero tengo un problema ya que al abrirlo, nunca termina de cargar y me aparecen estos mensajes: Podrían ayudarme? Gracias
tengo un mac 2020 27 pulgadas, con ios sonoma, con 64 de ram 4T ssd y una grafica radeom 580x 8G. Desde que instale el panel de retouch4me, ha dejado de funcionar camera raw 16.4 por no detectar la aceleracion grafica. He desisntalado todas las aplicaciones y reinstalado pero sigue sin detectarlo. en photoshop en preferencias graficas si lo detecta y esta en verde. Pero camera raw nada. es desesperante ya que ayer funcionaba bien.
