I am trying to uninstall an old version of InDesign (2023) on a Macbook Pro. I am using the uninstall link within the applicatations folder, I get the notificaiton from the Creative Cloud app about preferences (to keep or remove) and I can see it says it is uninstalling but the application is still on my hardrive.Within the CC app it says I have no versions of InDesign installed... but I do!How can I remove this old version? Has anyone else had this issue?
I solved this but i thought the devs should know. From my macbook: I saved a file on photoshop (beta) to creative cloudswitched to my Desktop: Creative Cloud Desktop App>Files>Click to open saved projectError Message: "Must install photoshop" And prompts you to install it, and starts the download quickly.Because Creative Cloud Thinks of the files as "Photoshop 2024" Native files, and it doesn't clock that "Photoshop (Beta) 2024" is capable of opening the files too. A small bug that can be worked around by opening Photoshop Beta and clicking the file directly, but could cause a headache for some users-Gar
Hola, tengo un error que me ha pasado luego de formatear mi computadora. Cada vez que vuelvo a prender la computadora mi sesión de adobe no se mantiene abierta y tengo que volver a ingresar cada vez. Me parece ya cansador porque tengo doble paso de verificación. ¿Alguna forma de que se mantenga abierta la sesión en mi computadora?
I sometimes need to switch devices so I will kick my previous device out of the two seats we have and take that spot. Now, when I return to my previous device all my opened Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) will prompt me to save my work and they will all close down, as I am no longer occupying a seat in my adobe account. My question is; Can I reclaim my seat on my previous device so that all my Adobe Apps will NOT ask me to save my work and NOT close down? Hope my question is clear.
Hello,I recently got a new computer because my laptop broke down. I'm in the process of installing all my apps, including Adobe. However, after logging into my Adobe account, I noticed that my library syncing and photos are not appearing. When I checked the cloud, it says "Library Syncing" but it's been like that for over an hour now.I have almost 6GB of data in my library. How much longer should I expect this syncing process to take? Also, is there anything else I need to do to ensure everything transfers properly?I tried reaching out to customer service, but as is often the case with Adobe, they haven't been very helpful. They promised to call me back within an hour, which was an hour ago.
Has anyone else ever gotten this message? I'm getting it on one of my registered systems and I can't figure out what the issue is. It's an ancient account (going all the way back to 2014) so I'm pretty sure it's not because of whatever modern-day limitations Adobe as imposed, but short of that I'm stumped.Things I've tried:Uninstalling and re-installing Creative CloudPausing and un-pausing sync through Creative CloudClearing every cache on my system including the Adobe onesRestarting my system Anybody know what I need to do to fix this?

I have Creative Cloud for Team, all apps.I want to create a Team Project and invite a collaborator.So I create a new Team Project, choose a collaborator (email address is correct and the app recognizes it) and click "invite". Everything seems ok, but he receives no invite (not by email, no notification in Creative Cloud) and we are now stuck and cannot start working.We are on the same team (I am the administrator and assigned him the license), I receive no error/warning, It simply does not work.Any reasonable explanation for that?
See subject - I ran into this issue when I decided to organize my creative cloud files online at assets.adobe.com but this also applies to the desktop app.Right now, you are only able to download files one at a time (unless they are in Lightroom Photos, in which case there is a downloader you can use to get this function). Furthermore, you are not able to download folders. It doesn't make sense - sure, you can make a folder, but you can't download it...?It's a double-edged sword of irritation, because (1), you can't download a single folder and get all your assets at once that way; and (2), you still can't select all the files for downloading once you're in the folder either.I'm sure many others would agree that fixing this would be a great QOL update!
Lightroom Classic is crashing my imac (3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7 with 32 gigs RAM) frequently. This is a fairly new phenomenon. I've looked online and tried what I've was seen to optimize. I know in the Activity Monitor that the %CPU often goes to 600% for LRC when in use. I've turned off all other intensive memory processes, photo syncing, etc. Still green screen of death several times per day. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Today i have installed Windows 10 and Adobe Creative Cloud new on my Computer.In the Installation wizard, Adobe creative cloud asked me if i wann install a license manager tool which makes all the time an internet connection to check if i have a legal license. I have not selected this box because i wanna have no internet connection all the time with the license server but now if i install Adobe products like Fireworks etc. i cannot start it because it cannot check if i have a legal license but i have an abo subscriprion.If i make deinstallation of Adobe cretaive cloud, and install it new, it doesnt ask me again about the option concerning license checker.How can I solve this problem?btw: I swear to god Adobe is the worst company since they moved everything to the cloud! I hate it and it makes me angry! They should kick out the CEO of Adobe!
HI1, some days ago I updated Photoshop 2023 to 2024 on my Mac Pro 2013, OS 12.7 (I dont want to upgrade). When I use the Remove tool the removed area gets colored. PS 2024 is removed. Where can I find the 2023 version? Sincerely Ingemar
There are only 3 or 4 Adobe CC apps available for my new Surface Pro 11 (Thanks to Best Buy for the free product), I feel like my Adobe annual subscription is no longer giving me the apps that I prepaid for. Are more apps coming, of do I need to seek a partial refund?
So I need to clarify why Adobe asks for your password 2 times just to update any software on CC. Can this not be streamlined with touch ID or similar to streamline the process, honestly it puts me off udating the software and apps.
When we use MCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) App Model and we track the registry key example is for Photoshop. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PHSP_25_9_1When we upgrade to the next version MCM thinks it is no longer there because it changed to PHSP_25_9_2.It would be better to just used the SAP plus major version code without the minor version example: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PHSP_25That way it will know the product is installed and if we need to check the version we can pull that form the version key in that same location. With out the change MCM will think the product is missing and reinstall thus dowongrading the updated version. We support over 1200 CC users; it is easier to use MCM to deploy software. And by using the App Model if a user’s computer is updated or reimaged it will automatically put the product back if missing.
Could you please consider changing the version format for Adobe products to be in line with the product years going forward like: year.minorversion.patch#. Considering you've skipped #'s to bring them more inline with the last two digits of the year for some products but not others. This would make it much easier to figure out what the base version is for an adobe application is for scripting uninstalls of old version from endpoints. It's much easier to know that i have to uninstall InDesign 2024 from endpoints in a few years because of a vulnerability i can just script IDSN#2024.0 instead of IDSN#18.0. Whereas premeire pro's base version is already somewhat inline and Premiere Pro 2024 = PPRO#24.0. Doing the years would give you a chance to bring everything into this format since the base version of illustrator and photoshop can't skip version numbers because they are already ahead (for example photoshop 2024 = PHSP#25.0) Other examples:Adobe Photoshop 2023 vers
I do not have the time and energy to undertake all the sorting of my photos and the editing. I plan to find someone that does this for me remotely. It is not just editing of specific images. It includes sorting and selecting. They must have direct access to all my Lightroom and Photoshop on my computer. What Is the best application / solution to do this ? Basically the person has to have access and control of part of my computer. Possible to give the person access to Lightroom and Photoshop only ? And possible to prevent them from downloading / sending themselves any of the data / pictures ? Many Thanks in advance for your input and time.
Hello, Adobe Creative Cloud is terribly intrusive, we would simply like to have Acrobat and Photoshop with this. Having said that the ABSOLUTLEY WORST THING is the UWP app installation in the Start Menu called "Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud", why: (1) the title is rediculously long should be two words max!(2) clicking it just opens Creative Cloud and there is a shorcut anyhow!(3) if it is uninstalled then Creative Cloud just adds it back ALL OUR USERS want the option to not see this in the start menu. This can be done by either:(1) providing a user preference to not install the "Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud" app.(2) installing the app but within the manifest for this app go to the VisualElements element and add the attribute AppListEntry="none" PLEASE SORT THIS NONSENSE OUT ASAP IT IS SO BAD WE ARE CONSIDERING DITCHING ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD PRODUCTS ALL TOGETHER!
Good afternoon please help me the license was purchased purchased on December 15th everything was updated and worked now all applications have disappeared from the creative and I can't install it again error 113 writes
My bank is getting charged every month for my creative cloud subscription yet my adobe account shows zero billing history or that I have a creative cloud plan. I have zero access to apps I once did and it is asking for me to purchase them or begin a free trial instead. I still recieve emails to my account and get charged and haven't had access to what I am paying for in 2 months now.
I want the same slide show-making tools as Aperture 3. I could sync slides with Stills or VIDEO to music, type in to set a slide duration, set custom timing by playing the slide show media gallery, which then records when the user hits the spacebar to go to the next slide or a combo of all three. Finishing up a slide show by adding custom Ken Burns effects, transitions, and export options for video, Keynote, etc... Please help Light Room is horrible with video and doesn't really do Slide Shows I am currently looking at options to use Old MAC with Aperture just for these features but would prefer adobe to hear me after years and years giving this same feedback/feature requests for lightroom.) I just contacted Adobe to find their best upgrade price for a Creative Cloud subscription. The adobe agent gave me an offer, and told me it was the best price available. Then when I sent him a link to their own page showing a much cheaper price for the subscription, he immediately left the conversation! His price was 30% more expensive that what's on the Adobe website! Are these the type of agents that Adobe employs? People who will try and swindle customers by making them pay more than they actually need to when they ask you for help?
How do I create a desktop short for my apps?
Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to merge creative cloud libraries with multiple groups without using the 'copy to' function on each individual subgroup? Currently I can't see a way to select multiple groups at once.Thanks!
