Tentei instalar o indesign pela creative cloud, ele está instalando em 99%, não sai disso há mais de 24h, porém não permite instalar mais nada. Tentei até desinstalar o creative cloud, não consegui, está travado nesse instalando 99% e não consigo fazer mais nada no creative cloud.
I will pay an additional premium to permanently remove all AI features from Adobe. Please offer users a way to completely remove all AI from all Adobe Products.
My Adobe Cloud shows no objects in the cloud but says 72 GB data are used.
Though this might be an edge case I want to draw attention to this.Because of an incident in my organization (Hochschule Karlsruhe) their authentication service is not reachable. Therefor I can't log into my account either way. This becomes a problem on the Desktop App (Windows 11). It leads to a kind of deadlock in Creative Cloud trying to reach the authentication service and failing with {"error":"invalid_credentials"} With this I am unable to instead log into my private account to continue working.Though I was able to remove my organization login credentials via Window Credential Manager as described in the Adobe help page here , this is not straight forward.In my opinion a simple logout would be better.
It would be really helpful if there was an inmade tool to create minimalist faceless potraits Now these have to be drawn in the app by the user in almost all the apps available.
Currently we need bulk deployment using Intune on Mac. But everytime we uploaded the generated package, we receive this error : The selected app package does not appear to have either a ProductCode or ProductVersion.
I would like to be able to delete my many InActive Directory Users. But I don't dare because they have stored files and I don't know if they are shared and are being used by other users. I could save a lot of storage space and clean our a lot of users if I could do that. Hi,Creative Cloud consumes all my internet bandwidth while updates (e.g. Lightroom) are running.That is pretty annoying. I'm feeling that I'm not alone with this problem when reading Adobe in the Adobe Community.Regards,Patrick

Hello everyone,i have 20gb of storage that is totally empty. in the trash files too. and yet i have over 8gb used. i had tried many methods but nothing worked. and when i'm on an app like lightroom, it tells me that i have two files in sync since the very beginning several months ago even though i never used the online storage.
I had PS, AI, ID on a drive that crashed. I have since removed the drive. I changed my install directory to D.Any time I try to download any of the above I get Exit Code 176.I have gone through and tried all kinds of fixes to no avail.I did try to install AE on D and it worked (granted my PC barely can sustain but still installs).But trying to install any of the software I had before just results below. An illustrator file in a creative cloud shared library that I created became corrupted and I can't open it. How can I see file history of a shared library file and revert to an older version? I report it as a bug because there doesn't seem to be a file history button in library assets... any solutions? Thanks! Creative Cloud version 6.2.0.554
I have an SSD parititioned using ReFS in Windows 11 Enterprise.If I change the default app install location to a folder on this SSD, the Adobe Acrobat app fails to download/install. I've attached the error log which shows the reason for the failure. ReFS is not a case-sensitive file system, so this error does not quite make sense. I instead selected an additional SSD partitioned using NTFS. This works no problem.
I started my Macbook Pro as usual this morning but my Creative Cloud Desktop App would not work. I've tried everything, including spending 45 mins with Adobe support and my company's user support person. No one can figure it out. I unistalled the app but it wouldn't re-install it. I ended up reinstalling the apps I need from the web. Sure would like to get the Creative Cloud Desktop back though. I'm wondering if this is just an isolated issue with me or if it is a problem affecting other users as well?
I had to re-install Creative Cloud recently. I have Creative Cloud in my Startup group on my Mac Studio. Before the re-install it would auto login and run in the background with the Creative Cloud icon displayed in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Now, after re-install the Creative Cloud app window stays open on my desktop. How do I make it go away? I've looked in Preferences and couldn't find anything about this.
What to do, stuck on bootup screen "HP" won't go past that. Press escape key, won't show startup menu...
Please help. I somehow have lost the original files for one of my catalogs and only seem to have the previews. I have googled and tried everything I can think of to find but have had no luck. When I was away I ran out of card space and rang my son to check on the PC those photos were there before I formatted the card. UGH!! I think they are gone. How does this happen and is there anything I can do? Thanks

Hi, I don't have Creative Cloud Files on my files explorer in my windows desktop, already reinstalled Creative Cloud but still missing, can you help me pls ?
I have purchased and used the Creative Cloud through a student plan for around 5 months now and suddenly my account shows all my apps as free trials and there is no plan or any billing history available on my account.
It would be helpful if when individual user accounts for a business were closed, if the message@adobe.com e-mail would include the user's full name. We have multiple Mikes using Adobe products.
