Creative Cloud desktop

Bonjour, un grand mystère que je ne peux pas expliquer, j’espère que ce problème est arrivé à qqn pour qu’il puisse m’aider! J’ai créer un libretto de 52 pages avec des annonces, des tableaux, etc. J’ai enregistrer mon travail, envoyer le bàt à mon client, et quand je l’ouvre ce soir pour faire les corrections, TOUTE la mise en page a dsiparu et celle de l’an dernier est réapparue! Alors que j’ai bien enregistrer le fichier sous un autre nom, dans un autre dossier. J’ai fait un PDF qui est correct. J’ai déjà passé plus de 10h de travail sur ce fichier et je ne comprends pas où il a passé! J’ai sauvegardé le fichier sur un serveur exterme, il a également disparu! Même si j’ai peu d’espoir… comment puis-je le récupérer et pourquoi est-ce arrivé? Merci pour votre aide je suis désepérée, je dois imprimer les 1000 brochures pour mercredi!  

In Substance 3D Painter, when painting on the mask of a fill layer, the brush always displays "No Material". This happens with all brushes, and restarting the software doesn’t fix it. What’s the problem? This didn’t occur in older versions; it only started happening after I updated to the latest version 11.1.2.

Two issues here with the Share for Review lately in Indesign (and partially in Illustrator)It seems to be constantly “erroring” when I do a content update OR try to change the preview name (this is also happening in AI). Though when I click the link to view both seem to actually be updated and yet it’s constantly giving me the red error dialogue box so I’m never quite sure if this is actually a working feature or not... !!!! SECOND and more importantly,****** the comment pins from Share for Review are irregularly not displaying– I’ll have one document show them fine and another not display at all.As in the comment pins are viewable through a browser window, but from within Indesign the comment pins do not show on the spread (I’m not in preview mode and all pins are set to be visible). This is not client/user error either as they display perfectly fine in the browser, but you can imagine it’s a bit finicky and frustrating to constantly be swapping back to the browser to check for consis

I need to downgrade an image from 32bit color to 16bit color, but when I do this, the action calls up the HDR toning popup and completely changes color balance in the image. This happens in the last update of Photoshop 2026 for Mac. Image/Mode/16Bits This action should maintain the existing color balance in the image.

Recently I bought a Mac Mini to be able to work on Adobe applications. I have an external SSD that I used on my old MacBook M1. I uninstalled the Adobe applications on the SSD. Then, I downloaded Creative Cloud on my Mini, but when selecting the installation path of my SSD in Creative Cloud, for some reason Creative Cloud continues to install its apps on my Mac's internal storage. Yes, my SSD is in APFS format

Al trabajar con las curvas despues de 2 o mas correcciones en CMYK se cierra y expone un mensaje de error (f376f9.749) de error, Que dice “No se ha podido completar el comando CURVAS porque ha habido n error de programa (f376f9.749)”, aparece una opcion como solucionarlo y redirije a Adobe el cual pide que le demos permisos de acceso completo al disco, el cual lo agrego pero solo toma la version Beta. Adding a phone number to my account brings up the message, "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."When contacting support they say to wait 24 hours. I have Adobe Cloud installed on my PC (Windows 10) and notebook (Asus Rog with Windows 11) and since Adobe launched last version od Premiere id soes not update, even running for hours. Today, I tried update all apps updates on PC, and none (Premiere, Photoshop...) updated. I have more than 500 GB free in HDs.

I cannot use CC to update Premiere despite all other apps updating with no problem. It keeps shooting me an error code that I have no disk space, but I have over 100gb. Every other app will update except for PP. I chose to migrate settings but keep PP25 if that matters. M1 Max 64GB Sequoia 15.6

Switching to CPU preview mode is the only way to see accurate colors in Illustrator for Mac. The colors look dull when GPU Performance is enabled. I know it’s not a hardware issue, because the colors on my Mac screen look fine, even when I drag the window over to the external monitor. It’s when I release the window to the external monitor that the colors in GPU Performance become incorrect. The attached images are screenshots taken from the external monitor with CPU mode and GPU mode. I have updated my Mac to the latest software, so I also know that’s not the issue. The monitor has been color calibrated to match the Mac. My color settings in Illustrator are also attached.  

Na een update enige tijd terug kan ik de applicatie-taal niet meer instellen op Nederlands. Kan alleen nog maar Engels als taal kiezen.

Desktop app takes ages to open. Spinning wheel for at least 1 minute on Loading Home tab. W11

When I try to update Premiere it keeps failing over and over again, I’ve tried to sign in/out, restart computer several times but it doesn’t work. What can I do to make the update happen?Using Macbook pro M1 MaxSonoma 14.1.1 (23B81)

When I open a previously used InDesign document, make changes and then select to save it, I’m confronted with a dialogue box advising the file is damaged and cannot be saved. I’m given an option to repair and once that’s selected the document closes. I reopen and do a save as and it seems to work for a while in the new version and then the same thing occurs when I try to save my work and close. I have found that working from a local drive works however this is an inconvenient work around. I have also had error messages when I re-open files.I believe it’s only started occurring since the most recent update to v21.2.Below are screenshots of the error messages. I selected save anyway and got the below dialogue box these ones were from a simple save

Hello Adobe Community,Sorry for posted this thead twice, but with the Adobe website udpate, my 1st post dissapeared.Here is the issue : I updated to version 26 of many CC Software, and the language package was not installed properly even with the correct language selected into CreativeCloud parameter. I’m have trouble especially with Premiere, Photoshop and AfterEffect. An adobe technicien tried to help me, using their remote screensharing app but we did not solved the probleme. Here is what we did :Log out from creative Cloud / Log In / put the correct language / Reinstall : no change Uninstall everything / put the correct language / reinstall everything : no change Downgrade from 26 to 25 : correct language installed but… stuck on version 25.  Adobe technician gave up, saying he’ll report the bug.  I’m on macOS 26.2 (25C56)Is anyone here having this issue ? Fist time I have this kind of trouble… I’m Adobe since the begining so I’m not a newcomer. Thank you for your help !

Changing display text for hyperlink is removing / deleting the hyperlink.Manually typed in footnotes. I highlighted the text “10” > right clicked > New Hyperlink > Put in URL (for this example dribbble.com). Went back into the doc realized “10” needed to be “20” highlighted my hyperlink and typed in “20” > Hyperlink is suddenly gone. And it’s happening with every hyperlink I’ve changed the display text on. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve also done full resets of everything and I am running the latest update. Screenshots in order of process. help.  

I am unable to resize adobe application windows - when moving the cursor to the corner of the window, no sizing handle appears (in the corner hitbox and beyond). All adobe applications are only opening in full-screen.All other desktop application windows (non-Adobe) are working.I have tried rebooting, uninstalling, changing screen settings, dock preferences, etc. - basically everything the internet had to offer for a resolution.Setup:Macbook Pro with M4 Max - 36GB RamOS: Tahoe 26.3All Adobe CC apps are most current version (26) and were updated mid last week.

Recently my sidebar SSDs Icons have been highjacked by the adobe cloud desktop Icon. It's kind of annoying. same happened with stempel, I can live without stempel, not without Ps or Lrdisabling file provider extensions for adobe resolves the icon problem but limits my integration for adobe's softwares. I really need help with this one it's gearing my obsessive brain to overdrive thanks guys.
