Creative cloud don't open. How can I fix it? help please

just installed new photoshop with generative ai features in my new mac m2 but its showing CCLibrary is damged and can't be open . photoshop is working fine but this errors keep on poping on my screen. please help me out form this situationthanks and regardsHitesh rastogi
I have an update pending for both, I am connected to the internet but I cannot get the update to start. I click the butoon and nothing happens I am logged in and have even tried my mobile as a hotspot.... Any thoughts? Mark
Here is a suggestion for future updates of InDesign. Make it possible to open and edit PDFs with InDesign. That would sure save a lot of headaches and frustration. I know you can save them as Word docs and edit them there, but Word is Word, if you know what I mean. And editing in Acrobat is anything but a user-friendly experience. I realize there are third-party apps, but it seems logical to have this feature available with InDesign.
Hello, I can't download Substance Painter to my device, Creative Cloud is telling me it "doesn't work on this device". The download button is replaced with a grey warning that reads "Not Compatible". I checked the hardware requirements page and all of my specs should be compatible with Substance Painter. Any ideas? System info:Intel i9-9900K 3.6 GHZNVidia 3060 ti32 GB RamTwo 2TB SSDs, one m.2 and one SATAWindows 10 home build 18362.1256
Why can't I close the creative cloud? If I hit x it's still open, if I quit through the menu it's still running in task manager, if I quit in task manager there are 8 other Adobe things running. I just want to be able to close the creative cloud window and actually quit and stop the processes. I'm currently using Photoshop and I don't have the Creative Cloud app open at all. I shouldn't need to quit, end task, etc. and still have the app running for some reason. I constantly have to turn off the automatic updates as well.
Neues Problem ohne Lösung. Seit neuestem bekomme ich in der Creative Cloud ein rotes Ausrufezeichen, was mich aber leider nicht weiterbringt. In Lightroom Classic zeigt das System bei der Sync an "syncronisiert" und grünes Symbol. Man kann aber keine neuen Bilder vom lokalen System in die Cloud schieben. Alle syncronisierten Ordner vermissen nun das Häkchen der Syncronisation. Dann hilft nut bei der Creative Cloud abmelden. Beim Mac den user ab- und wieder anmelden. Dann wieder neu bei der Creative Cloud anmelden und dann finktioniert das System wieder. Hi, I have am having trouble with changing the language of my psd app on desktop. Normally it is in english but after the holidays it has changed to Danish (see attached file). When I check the Creative Cloud app --> account --> settings --> apps --> language - it is set to English (see attached file). How do I change the language of Photoshop to be English? I really hope someone can help me as the support articles only shows the solution I mentioned above - changing the language via Creative Cloud app - however this one is set to English already. Hello, I just started using Creative Suite and tried to upload some files to the Cloud. After trying to upload anything I am receiving an error message "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. file type not supported." I have tried uploading PDF's, MP4's, JPG's and DOCS files, none of them work. I am able to sync these same files using the Sync feature.Steps that I have already tried:Disable Windows FirewallLog out and into the accountRestart desktopUpload directly from sync folderUpload on browser and desktop appThere isn't any information on the forums that seems to be addressing such an issue. Hello,I use a dual "monitor" setup (I say "monitor" because the second display is a display tablet that I can draw directly on) .... sometimes, depending on the project/app, I will move the active workspace to my main monitor. This then presents the issue of dialogue boxes (like saving, filters, options, etc.) opening on the other screen - this is across all Adobe apps.I'd like to suggest an option for an adjustable preference, perhaps under workspace or interface, whereby the user can perhaps choose between fixed or relative position (relative to the active window) for dialog popup boxes.It would be an immensely useful feature that would add a ton of streamlining and timesaving value, yet would most likely be simple and practical to code and implement in a future suite update.Thank you.

For the last 2 years I have the recurring error of my CC desktop not working, and I have to then try to install it again using the last solution I found, that took me hours to find. I keep getting error 702. I'm done now - nothing is working and I can't open the Adobe pps I need (InDesign and Illustrator). This should not take me hours to work and nearly every solution DOES NOT WORK !!!! Does anyone actually know what the problem is here? Please dont just tell me what the error means, I need a permanent fix. I'm wasting my subscription becaue I can't use it and am close to cancelling my subscription and looking for alternatives. Just a little frustrated!
Hello, I don't want to cancel my subscribtion, but who knows, someday my life will chance and I have to say Adobe goodbye. I'm subscribted via the Yearly Monthly plan. Now, it says that if you don't cancel you need to pay 50% of the costs.But which costs? 50% of the montly costs (for me montly cost 62,99euro) or 50% of the yearly costs of 755euro?Hope someone can tell me how to understand it correctly. Adobe saysAnnual plan paid monthly: After 14 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your contract obligation may apply. I have a 2019 Mac Pro tower. All my Adobe CC apps are in the default location (Applications folder on my 1TB Apple installed SSD). My question is, can I move all my Adobe apps (only) to a faster internal Sonnet PCIe array that has much faster (4) 1TB Samsung 990 Pro SSDs configured in RAID 0. If so what is the procedure? Am I asking for trouble? Thanks
On macOS 14 Sonoma (currently in beta), the Adobe Creative Cloud app causes a serious issue. Bug Description Once the Creatice Cloud app is launched, the following problem starts happening in ALL apps: If you trigger a Save dialog one way or another, the app's icon starts bouncing in the Dock and the app isn't the frontmost process anymore. That is, it doesn't respond to keyboard until you manually bring the app back into focus by either clicking the Save dialog, app window, or the app icon in the Dock.The same issue also happens when calling the Open dialog (in which case the icon doesn't bounce in some apps, but the app is still not responding to keyboard until you bring it back to front manually).The bug prevents users from performing regular operations related to saving/opening documents such as specifying the file name, or cancelling the dialog etc. (until you manually bring the app back to the front). I have Adobe for Enterprise on my school adobe account. I downloaded Creative Cloud for desktop, and it says I can only download 5 apps out of the 20 on creative cloud. The one I want, After Effects isnt one of them. it says I have to buy it or do a trial, but on the Adobe website it is included with Enterprise. (https://www.adobe.com/au/creativecloud/business/enterprise/features.html) As you can see, AE is included apperantly. if anyone could explain or help it would be appriciated!
