When using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool it does not seem possible to run it silently without any user interaction. At present the user MUST choose whether or not they wish to keep their preferences.Can you please modify the tool so you have the option of deploying it to multiple devices silently.thanks.
Allow Admins to reclaim assets without having to make the accounts inactive or have admins inherently have access to all user's assets in the cloud storage.

Hello, how are you doing today? I have my old laptop with my creative cloud desktop app with all of preferences, workspaces, brushes, plugins etc. and I am trying to figure out what would I need to do to get download my creative cloud desktop and my programs on my new laptop? Also, is there a way to get all of preferences, workspaces, brushes, plugins from my older versions of my apps to the newer versions of the programs to transfer over or would I have to do it manually to transfer the files over? This is the first time I am installing Adobe programs on a new laptop, and I thought someone might have answers and feedback for me to understand on what I would need to do if they did this before. Any info would be greatly appriciated to help me out for this and I don't know alot about this subject.Thank you,Chris

I'm using a 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro with a 10-core CPU and 32-core GPU from 2021, and ever since I got this machine back in 2022, Creative Cloud has this really irritating bug that when it launches as soon as you start up the computer, entering the Creative Cloud application is incredibly laggy and choppy. As soon as I quit the application and open it again, it works as smooth as butter. Why could this be and could this issue be fixed?
Adobe Creative Cloud's most limiting feature is it's inability to accept more file types. Working as a remote marketing professional, this feature would be invaluable!!!Instead of having to go back and forth between Dropbox, Google Drive and Adobe, we could literally do EVERYTHING we need within the creative cloud. Especially with sync going away, Adobe really needs to think about how they're leaving their clients to the wolves by not offering file storage solutions - not just for our working files, but for the artwork we create with those working files!!

I would like to use Adobe Aero in my class, but the license restrictions around Adobe Aero specifically won't permit us to install it in the university computer labs. Can you please change the license type so we can use this software on the University issued devices rather than only on individual student laptops?
So with the impending doom of Desktop Sync (Feb 2024) - I am looking for Adobe's alternative proposal to allow me to upload Video Files greater than 1GB to the Assets Adobe Web address.Today the FAQ still says this is a 1GB file limit otherwise 'strange results will occur'Now not sure if this means you will be sucked into a 4th dimension - but on a commercial basis it seems Adobe have (maybe) decided to drop Desktop Sync as it causes them too many headaches ....just my guess, but who knows?.So as a simple hobbyist for editing and uploading 4K video to Creative Cloud 'My Files' I would appreciate a method to have a solid way to upload 4K videos (or files) greater than the 1GB limit onto the Creative Cloud web platform.I don't want to pay more monthly fees for another Cloud Solution as I am already struggling to pay my energy and food bills each month, as well as an increased monthly Adobe subscription and I do not sell my content. I've reported a bug on the Photoshop community as I thought it was with PS CC, where in cases that the user directory on a Mac computer is located on a different physical drive than the system (common when newer Macs have smaller NVME drives and users' directories add up to more space required than the physical drive can store) the Plugins menu is grayed out and no plugins can be used (such as from the Marketplace, etc.,.).An employee, BrettN, reported in this thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-ps-cc-24-1-and-later-plugins-menu-goes-dark-in-a-certain-configuration/idc-p/13726878#M81563) that it's a known problem that has to be fixed by the Creative Cloud app team and since it's been almost 10 months since this issue became a problem, I'm losing patience and wonder why it can't be fixed, since we're using a multi-user OS where for decades we could depend on user accounts being somewhat mobile relative to the System folder. I manage a mid size organiztion with thousands of licenses to adobe creative cloud. Right now I can't see who have actually used the product in the last year. I am requesting that the Adobe Admin console have a view of those usage stats, or at least a last date of a program being opened that I can sort. For example I may have a user that requested the program that hasn't opened it in 5 years and I can't re-assign the license to someone that needs it since I can't tell.

I want to suggest a feature improvement for your Creative Cloud Desktop app. When I attempt to open a *.psdc file from the Creative Cloud Desktop, it seems to require the full version of Photoshop, even though I have the Photoshop Beta installed. The message "Photoshop required" is displayed, even though I created the file using Photoshop Beta.It would be a significant usability enhancement if the Creative Cloud Desktop app could recognize and open files with the installed Photoshop Beta version. This would make it much more convenient for users like me who are testing the beta version and primarily use it for creating and editing our files. Thanks!
It drives me absolutely INSANE when CC pops up merely because my mouse pointer happened to be over the menubar icon. This [removed] needs to stop. I've marked this as a bug because that's how bad the software's behavior is. Activation MUST require a click. Leave hover to non-disruptive things.

Inicio sesión en Creative Cloud, y después que abro 2 programas, el tercero me pide ingresar mi usuario y contraseña, una vez que lo hago me pide desconectar otro equipo, pero en realidad uso 1 solo, lo desconecto y comienza a arrojar problemas, ya probé borrar todo con el clean de Creative Cloud pero me vuelve a pasar... y necesito utilizar mas de 3 aplicaciones para poder trabajar. Hey everyone, I had two Adobe accounts, one that is active and one that I deleted. The one that is active is linked to my student email, however; I am no longer a student. I wanted to change the email of my active student email account to the email I used for my deleted account (my personal email). Whenever I try to change the email it says that it has already been used, even though that account is deleted.Does anyone know a way around this?Thank you in advance!
HelloRecently I was hired for a new job in a small agency. Althought I have my personal Creative Cloud plan, all softwares are cracked versions here on agency. After installing the Creative Cloud app I received a limited acess error alert, and when I try to open any official software I receive this two messages: I've tried to uninstall the cracked softwares and to follow all solutions that I have found here on community support, like the Limited Access Repair tool and others, but still have no sucess.Can anybody help me with this?
Prezados,Desinstalei o Creative Cloud e também o Adobe Genuine do meu PC Win 10/ 64bit. Utilizei também o Adobe Cleaner para fazer uma limpeza e reinstalar novamente os produtos da Adobe. Minha surpresa o Premiere Pro e o After Effects não eram permitido instalar, o botão que apareceu foi comprar. Achei muito estranho. Fiz o processo todo novamente. O Premiere Pro e o After Effects voltaram ter permissão para instalar. Mas agora o XD que não é permitido instalar e sim comprar. Muito estranho pois a minha licença permite instalar todos os aplicativos. O que houve?Segue o print da tela.
I've been paying for my Creative Cloud All Apps subscription on a student discount since 2019. I need to install After Effects for a motion graphics class I'm taking this fall, but when I attempted to install it I was greeted with a screen that just says "Try" or "Buy" buttons for After Effects, unlike my other apps which have links to install them. Is this an issue or does Adobe not offer After Effects with their "All Apps" subscriptions anymore?
