Creative Cloud Services

When I upload a file to Creative Cloud Web it shows up as just a symbol and I'm not able to view the entire file, nor make comments on it. It creates a link to share, but the users are not able to view the file either. For example, a PDF file (created in Indesign) shows up as a PDF symbol. Anyone else have this issue?

I am a student enrolled at Tafe in Western Australia, giving me access to the full Adobe suite for my studies and projects, but when I log in to the account at home on my own computer, instead of the on site computers, I am denied access to the software by Adobe, who instead ask to start the free trial or purchase the subscription, how do i avoid this issue?

Hello !We're a team of 6 Concept Artists working remotely on collaborative projects. I'm looking for the optimal shared online storage solution for our creative files (paintings, sketches - mostly PSD, png, jpg, occasionnally a few After Effects and Video Files). Each artist should be able to access the works of others. This shared folder needs to be secured (we work on confidential projects), it should have file versioning (since you're never safe from file corruption or human error), support a complex folder hierarchy and it should be as straightforward to use as possible.Up until now, we've been using Google Drive to do this (like a lot of creative teams, I think). In trying to save a design I received a message that file cannot be saved due to fact that there is no more storage space. When checking via Creative cloud web I am using only 10% of available storage space. What is wrong here? 

Hi, I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator membership on April 20th 2023. However, on SaturdayI noticed a charge on my credit card of aproximately 130 € for an Adobe Illustrator subscription (charged April 22nd, two days AFTER I cancelled my subscription).I did not approve of this purchase and am not interested in continuing to use the platform.Given that I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, and was still charged, I would like to request a refund, but there is no email address or phone number that I can contact (I am from Romania).How or who can I contact to get a refund? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I have created my digital portfolio on my school's account on Adobe Portfolio, and now that I graduated, and won't have access to that account any longer, I created my own Adobe account and would like to bring that website from my previous account to the new one. I have a licensed version of Adobe Premiere Pro through Partners Group. Certain assets (video, audio, images) are available with the license; however, I am unable to download the videos assets. The reason given in the error popup is "Download file from CCLibraries failed. Reason: Invalid user access token." This looks to be a known issue since 2021 at least but none of the forums ever had a resolution and I can't get ahold of anyone from Adobe, but this is insane. Is there a workaround? Why am I paying for this?

I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me.I spent a lot of time putting together a nice online portfolio for myself in Portfolio. The desktop view looks just as I want it. The responsive mobile view however looks terrible! I know this has been mentioned on here by others before and I'm not the first.Adobe Help have told me there's nothing can be done to make my paras of text which sit above each piece of my design work in the mobile view, wider, which is what I need to happen. They appear too long and skinny at the moment and it looks so bad! Adobe say that changing the template will not help either. So what can I do? I just want my text columns to be more than three words wide!It's not going to make a good impression for me as a graphic designer if I send my portfolio out to clients, looking like this!If no solution exists within Portfolio then I'd love to hear about other quick and effective workarounds. Thank you!

Since this morning, my assets.adobe.com (either by clicking on the CCapp or typing directly in the browser bar is showing in Italian   note that the address doesn't contain the language (as in language:it or similar)all of my preferences are in English, all my apps are in english, I deleted all cookies.Fortunately the app is still in Englaish, (phew!) but there are ceratin things I cannot do with the app.I don't speak Italian, I may have been once on the Adobe website in Italian to help someone on the forum, but I have been on the French website since, so....   I would like my English back. Is there anything I can do?

I have old graphics assets in my Library I want to remove, but I cannot locate the original Illustrator files they were pulled from, so I want to save them for archive before removing them from the Library. How can I most easily copy these items from my Library to "Your files" within the Creative Cloud app?Thank you very much.

In the past 2 weeks my small team has encountered this problem multiple times with multiple files- we are 2 people in different locations working together on large reports, and often we will divide and conquer infographics, and drop them in the client's CC library when they are done. The problem seems to ocurr when one user creates the chart (made in Illustrator and dragged into the library from Illustrator), then the other drags it into the InDesign file from the CC library. Everything appears to be fine until you go to package the file. This is when InDesign says it cannot package the file because it cannot copy links over.  I've read through this forum thoroughly and tried checking file names for extraneous glyphs (there are none we have a file naming structure that doesn't allow for that). Then I copied links manually to a folder to see which files were the problem. Every time, it's just the files we created in Illustrator that were added to the CC library that cannot be
