Creative Cloud Services

I have created a folder in Adobe Cloud and shared it with an external user with edit rights. I uploaded a file to the folder, and it can be seen by all users. The external user has uploaded two files and both do not appear when I open the folder.The external user has sent me two direct links to access the files - so access works fine.Does anyone have any idea why the shared folder is not showing the files?

Hi everyone,  Hoping someone might have a cheap trick on this one.. I have been building my portfolio through my account which is assigned to my work organisation. I have spent quite some time on it, and may or may not be using it to apply for other jobs. Whilst doing this I thought, ah no, when I leave my portfolio will be stuck on my work adobe account and I will have to re-build it again in the future.  Is there any way I could transfer my portfolio to a new account?Thinking that a way might be to change my email associated with my account to be my personal one, and then remove myself from the business ID? That way I'd have the account data assigned to my personal email. Is there another method for this or would the above work? Thanks a lot!

Hi. I’ve been having problems syncing files on my CC Windows app.I use Photoshop on a PC running Windows 10. When I’ve finished working, I transfer the files to my MacBook laptop and upload them to Creative Cloud when I’m away from home (my home connection can be slow for uploading).The problem I have is CC seems to be stuck syncing on my PC and I have conflicted files there, which is possibly causing the problem. My question is how do I delete all files from my PC, without deleting them from Creative Cloud on my Laptop? Basically, I want to re-download all the files to my PC via the cloud to hopefully clear the conflicted files and syncing issues.

Hello everyone, I would like to free up space on my computer deleting some files I have on my Criative Cloud Files folder without deleting them from the cloud. I could not figure out how is that possible. Any tips are more than appreciated.

Hi, Over the previous year I have used my school account to access Adobe services on my computer. I switched schools this year, and because of that my email was deactivated. My new school issued me another email that has an Adobe subsciption. I am trying to log into my new account with the creative cloud app so that I can use photoshop, but it just endlessly loads and doesn't let me sign in at all (gives me an error saying to sign in, when I press sign in the same error pops up). I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but it won't let me because I have photoshop installed. When I tried uninstalling photoshop, it opened up creative cloud and did the endless loading.  Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Community,I am trying to figure out where all my space has gone, because my folders are just 45 GB worth of space. I've discovered the "Deleted" Folder and according to this: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/dynamic-media-classic/using/managing-assets/trash-folder.html?lang=en#:~:text=To%20permanently%20delete%20assets%20from,Go%20to%20File%20%3E%20Empty%20trash. that the trash is emptied after 7 days. Its not. I have files from the last 6 months in there and because I work with my clients over InCopy I have a ton of XML Files. I would really love to know if theres and easier way to get rid of all these files rather than having to click my way though some 30GB worth of XML Files.... (it also appears when I delete a folder, I have to delete all the files in that folder seperately?)Anyone know a hack other than clicking each file? Because I'm running out of patience that my cloud keeps telling me its out of space but not letting me clean the Deleted folder properly.

Hello there, I currently have the creative cloud programm with 20gb (well ... I cancelled the plan already).I wanted to upgrade to 1tb but it wasn't possible so I though I should cancel the plan and start a new one. However this doesnt work as planned so I am asking for some advice.Whenever I want to start the new plan it tells me, that the purchase is not supported and I cant do anything about it ...

Hey People, I've got a question about the Adobe for Enterprise Plan. I am part of a team and have access to all Adobe Apps via the Enterprise Plan and also 1TB Cloud Storage. Now my question is how I can prevent any Adobe App to automatically save to the Cloud. No matter of it's the mobile Ipad Version or the Desktop Version... Because from time to time I want to edit personal Images and don't want them to end on the Enterprise Storage where my employer could possibly see them... help is appreciated 🙂

This is a shot in the dark, but  is there a way for Adobe to recover a folder I deleted from the cloud. If it helps I'm okay with recovering everything I deleted today.

Hi, I work on a Mac and received a message from the OS that says "Creative Cloud helper wants to use the local items keychain". It turns out that the local items keychain contains many passwords, that can be synced with iCloud. In my understanding, granting access would allow Adobe to read a lot of passwords that have nothing to do with Adobe products. So, my question is: why Adobe wants access to all my passwords?

Wth is this?(probably the most common wording regarding the openings on this forum, or at least should be) I don't even have CC running (as you can see from the screenshot menu bar)... I have the "cloud content" turned OFF in the actual CC install (I myself created the install package). I have all the libraries and "learning" and such useless nonsense closed in every workspace in every app.So what "content" are we "synchronizing", with who and for what purpose?!!And how do I disable it from running EVER AGAIN?If anything, please answer the last question. Hallo liebe Community,ich habe heute ein Student Abo abgeschlossen und ärgere mich bereits darüber. Habe CC heruntergeladen und installiert .. danach aber öffnet es sich nicht. Fehlermeldung: Es dauert ungewöhnlich lange.Ich habe alle Vorschläge aus dem Hilfecenter bereits probiert. Neu gestartet, deinstalliert, neu installiert usw. Die App öffnet einfach nicht. Was bedeutet, dass ich keinerlei Programme installieren kann. Ich arbeite mit einem MacBook Pro Anfang 2013 mit neuestem Update von Catalina, 200 GB SSD sind frei und die 16 GB RAM sollten ebenfalls reichen. Zudem hatte ich noch nie Probleme mit der Installation oder Ausführung von Programmen. Wenn es nicht funktioniert müsste ich schauen, das Abo zu annulieren, aber einen echten Support gibt es ja scheinbar nicht.  Wäre schön wenn jemand eine Lösung hätte.Danke schon mal!

Deleting Adobe Creative Cloud. Does it negatively affect my adobe pro. I don't use the cloud

Hello,I wanted to cancel my contract 14 days after payment. The cancellation portal says the 50% fee applies. But in the terms and conditions it says "after 14 days", so technically doesn't that mean on the 15th day? I need help. Sincerely,Nicholas

So my university has reinstated my adobe license for 2023 today, but it seems that all my files saved on adobe cloud has dissapeared. Does anyone know how to fix this? or who to contact about the possibility of helping to fix this problem??

Hi!Ich habe seit kurzer Zeit ein neues Macbook Pro und habe seitdem Probleme mit meiner Adobe Cloud. Einerseits funktioniert die Dateisynchronisation nicht. Die Synchronisation kann laut Creative Cloud Web nicht aktiviert werden. Bei den Systemeinstellungen ist die konstante Synchronisation aktiviert und ich versuchte das Problem bereits laut den Anweisungen der Adobe Help Page zu lösen, jedoch bisher ohne Erfolg. Ebenfalls zeigt es mit meinen Cloud-Speicherplatz nicht an. An- und Abmelden funktioniert nicht. Habt ihr vielleicht Tipps, wie ich die Dateosynchronisation aktivieren kann?  Danke vielmals! 

I just got an email from a potential client, telling me that they can't access my website because the link is broken. I tried it and sure enough, it's not working. I feel like Adobe must have some hosting servers down or something. This has never happened before, but now it may be affecting my ability to get work.  I sent them a report ticket but haven't yet gotten a response. I'm creating a portfolio using Adobe Portfolio. I'm trying to reorder the pages by grabbing the "hamburger" on the left and dragging it down but when I do that, the box turns into a blue line and I can't do anything with it. This happens with boith pages and collections. Also, can you create a collection within a collection? For example, I want to create a collection called "Advertising" inside "Work" but it doesn't appear that I can do that. Is this the case? Thank you for your help,Lloyd

Some time ago I already described the problem that I have to log in with a password almost every time Photoshop is called up. A suggested solution was implemented, after which it was quiet for some time. For a few months now I have had to log in every day with a password, really every day. I could live with that, but for a few weeks now I've had to enter a 6-digit code every day to verify my email address. The code will be sent to my e-mail address, only after I have entered it can I continue to enter the password. As I said, every day, every time Photoshop, Lightroom or Bridge is called up. !!!!I have a prepaid subscription, paid for 1 year in advance and valid until July.What is this nonsense? I've been using the purchased and paid Adobe.Products for years, I didn't expect such rubbish. I almost think this is not a program error but caused by some madman.So once again the daily order:I start Photoshop, am asked to log in, enter my email address, have to wait for a code in my mailbox,

I am a college student whose adobe account has been given to by the college. Recently, i had gotten signed out from my account and i lost access to all of my cloud documents. Upon signing in and getting access to the account back, all of my cloud files have been missing! The IT department of the college couldn't figure out the issue either. I have lost all of my college work now. Please tell me how to get them back.

Hello everyone. I haven't used adobe applications for a while. On Saturday I needed to use Lightroom, but to start the program I needed to log in, I did, but it would not allow me to use Lightroom. The Creative Cloud app was not responding, so I decided to uninstall everything Adobe related.When I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud I got this message "The installer cannot download Lightroom because Adobe's servers cannot be accessed. Check Adobe's status page for an interruption and try the installation again later (Error code: 206)."I already followed the guide provided by Adobe, checked on forums, but still can't fix the error.Can someone please help me?
