Buenos días, Hace poco tuve que resetear mi Mac y ahora me he dado cuenta que las bibliotecas no se muestran bien. Antes se mostrabar ordenadas y los iconos blancos se veían perfectos. Ahora solo veo una mancha blanca en iconos raros y en lo demás se ve como desordenado y pequeño. Nada que ver a como se veía antes. He buscado soluciones pero no encuentro nada. Probé a descargarme un instalador de las bibliotecas en la página de soporte pero no fucniona... Me pasa en todos los programas de Adobe. ¿Alguien sabe qué puede ser? ¡Gracias!

I'm a photographer and connect my Lightroom albums right to my portfolio, it works really well for me but recently I have been getting an error message saying that something went wrong and it was probably their fault so try again in a little bit. I tried restarting and updating my laptop and web browser, but neither worked. I also tried publishing and republishing the site but now it won't republish, it's like it's almost fully loaded but can't fully get there.

Over the last 6 months, maybe more, My cursor freezes at times on my computer.  Windows 10 Pro, up to date version.  Adobe Creative Cloud.  When I go into Windows Task Manager, if I delete the Creative Cloud UI Helper than I get my cursor back.  Please FIX YOUR SOFTWARE.

Recently, when I open Creative Cloud, it says that I have a free account (XD on 7 day trial/Photoshop & Illustrator locked) which is not true. I have a paid account, Creatve Cloud simply doesn't register it. When I try to open my account in account.adobe.com, it simply says 'There was a problem loading your public profile' (see screenshot). Restarting my machine doesn't help, neither does logging out and logging in. Can I get access to my paid account please?

Hi everyone,I recently receive the below message and Im not quite sure what it means!I've been using Portfolio Adobe since 2015 without to pay and it fells that now I have too.Is that the new policy from adobe or I'm not understanding the message correctly?Thanks for your help.

I couldn't find the section for Adobe Portfolio, so forgive me if this is posted in the wrong section. I am frustrated with the settings on Adobe Portfolio. The only theme that I like out of all the themes they have is Ludwig. However, the page titles only show when you hover the mouse on them. When you view the portfolio on a mobile device, it just looks like a random image gallery and page titles on hover will not show, so it's not likely a visitor will even know what they're clicking on. They may not know that each image is a clickable link to a different page. I want the portfolio to be easy to understand for all kinds of visitors that might be looking at it. So far, someone from support suggested that I either switch to a different theme (which I don't want to do) or put the title in the image itself in Photoshop. Hey, I'm trying to add some text to pages in adobe portfolio and this text is visible only in the version for desktop browsers because in the mobile version there is no text anymore, only the name of the page, how to make the description visible on the phone

When you add page keywords to a Portfolio site, it seems like you have to manually "tab" after each one. But what if you have a long list of keywords? You can't simply paste a list, and have each space, line break or comma serve to separate keywords. This is very inconvenient, if you're adding more than a couple of keywords! Can anything be done? 

Hello, I am a graphic design student.So, I came back to school after easter holiday, and I had these two mails in my inbox from adobe about my Adobe Portfolio. After this my Adobe Portfolio is gone under my profile, and I cannot edit it and from what I'm reading it's gonna be done by April 20 and well I really dont want that. And also, all my Adobe fonts are gone too 😕😕I asked my fellow classmates and they said they had the same problem. I then asked the schools IT consultant, and it doesn't seem like he knows what's wrong either.  Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix this?

I have on my iPhone free license Adobe Reader en Adobe Scan. Have to reinstall iPhone so I will lose pdf's with the date of creation. To save them first before reinstall I buyed Adobe pro to put them in an open cloud, I have also Creative cloud installed. The problem is that when I kopy or upload a file to Adobe pro or to Crative Cloud the current date is set to the pdf. Howe can I copy one file in or several files in an iCloud folder to Adobe ?

Adobe Cloud storage is the most confusing mix I have ever seen.  I can't seem to find anything explaining how the cloud storage works.  It seems almost like they dont want us to know what we are entitled to. I have a subscription to the Creative CLoud ALL Apps plan and pay almost $600.00 a year for this plan.  According to this plan I am supposed to have 100 GB of storage for Creative Cloud Network.  I only have about 15 files that I have saved from Photoshop to the cloud and according to the storage indicator I have eaten up 1/4 of my storage.  There must be something I am missing because these 15 files do not eat kup 25 GB of space.I recently subscribed to the Adobe Stock and have only purchased 7 items.  I am confused on how I am supposed to purchase Adobe Stock items if they do not provide enough storage to save these items on the Adobe Creative Cloud.   I have also looked into purchasing more storage in their cloud, but the only option

I was trying to do the opposite, importing my updated behance project that I spent hours re-writing! Why did they make it so dumb? Why did they design to allow big mistakes to happen so easily? 

Maybe i am just new to creaative cloud and not doing it right. i moved all my photos into my creative cloud folder on my laptop. now trying to sync in creative cloud desk top is taking forever. Any suggestions??

I am working to hasten the startup time on my desktop.  As I went through the list of startup apps, I noticed that there appear to be two instances of Adobe CCX Process (each has slightly different icon - as per the attachment).  Is this appropriate or do I need to address something?ThanksAaron

Hello,the last few days , whenever inexport a video from premier pro to my creative cloud folder is not syncing. while i can find the video on my laptop whenever inopen the exact same folder from my iphone or ipad the video is not there. i used to do it with both photos and videos and it was always working normally. How can I solve this problem?

 I am trying to save my pdf downloads from safari and chrome directly into my creative cloud, but it will not let me save them because it's not authenticated, but when I click the link it just opens the app. How do I make it possible to save a pdf using the print option in chrome? Can I use creative cloud options in chrome using the print feature? Do I have to save a pdf of invoices a different way? thank you all so much.

Just several minutes ago, Adobe just laid a hand on me telling me I have unassigned licenses! What does this all mean? Because I never got this notification before! I'm not an administrator, I'm using the Individual All Apps Plan on Creative Cloud! What should I do?

Hi, i am trying to cancel my subscription which shows as an annual plan, paid monthly. I have been subscribed since 2021 and it is now 2023 and it is saying I need to pay $100+ to cancel for the remainder of my plan. how do I find the end date of my annual subscription as to cancel it there and then?

When I try to enable syncing, it says "Could not enable sync." I've tried basically every forum about this issue but none seem to fix mine. My Adobe plan should have 80GB of storage but when I go to the Creative Cloud website it shows 0 bytes available. Would very much appreciate any help!

Hello, Yesterday I just bought the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps (20+ apps) from an online store that has a third party seller because it was on sale.  Yet most of the apps (especially Photoshop and Illustrator that I really need) are asking me for a trial use or to buy them (and I already bought them!).  What is going on here???  So I didn't directly buy from the Adobe website.  However, my account mentions that I am on a Free Plan membership and my serial number I got says that it is already in use but somewhere else it says it's an invalid format.  So NOTHING really mentions that I already purchased this product and I can't get ALL of the apps installed that I should be able to have.  I've looked around and somewhere people have said if I try to cancel a subscription (that I can't prove), I will be charged again.  I just want to use my product and ALL of the apps!!  Help!!
