Dear Adobe, I'd like to add a "Redbubble" social icon to the navigation section of my Adobe Portfolio (Sawdust Theme), but "Redbubble" is not currently one of the selection options. Is there a way I can create a "Redbubble" social icon and add it to the list of possible selections (like "Twitter," "Facebook," "Instagram," etc.) myself, or must I wait until your developers add it to the list of social icon selections. If it's not possible for me to create and add my own social icon myself, since social icon choices already exist for Etsy and Society6 marketplaces, can I assume you'll get around to adding social icons for Redbubble, TeePublic, Spring, Zazzle, etc. someday soon? Thanks in advance...
After rebooting my desktop computer for another reason, a pop-up appeared Adobe Creative Cloud Error. I had the option to Cancel or Repair. I chose rerpair. After a minute or so, it showed Downloadiing. Now I can't find an icon or a creative cloud file anywhere on my PC. What have I done wrong?Thank you.Sofie712
I am facing the troubleshooting issues with Adobe software, accessing and using different features of Adobe products.
Can someone please help me with this error? I have about a hundred files shared with me that started showing this error. I have not modified them; I would not even sync them if Adobe allowed me to disable sync of certain folders, but I can't just leave the folder because I do need to access the files every now and then. The "Get Help" link just takes me to this page, which then redirects me to this page, which has zero info about this particular error. Hell, if I could just disable sync all together I would do that, but apparently I can only pause??? If anyone has had this issue, could you share some way you have either fixed the error, disabled sync of those files, or disabled sync all together? Thank you!!
I went to: assets.adobe.com to delete my files that I deleted on Creative Cloud but it would not allow as it states someone has restored???
Hi everyone, I've been really struggling to resolve the issue on my mac with creative cloud. It says there's an issue syncing libraries, and a pop up will say the adobe content synchronizer is not working. Afterwards it goes to send adobe a report of the issue and also says that adobe couldn't find any solution. My mac is version 10.12.6 right now I don't know if it's just old or there's an issue on adobe's end. Someone please help I've tried every single troubleshoot method.
Is there a way to manually update the syncing of files to the Cloud? I see examples of duplication of some files which of course takes up space. I normally have to go in and manually delete a file but only after determining which of the duplicates is the latest iteration. This is a painfully slow and laborious process.
Hey Adobe, Thanks for giving me something I neither needed nor asked for when you created a personal profile to work in tandem with my enterprise education account. The result is that my synced files, cloud files, and libraries are now a complete mess.In trying to correct your foulup:1.I've realized that you cannot select multiple folders or files for download which will necessitate individually selecting and downloading many, many files.2. To make matters worse, the individual download fails most of the time.3. Finally, because of the different amounts of storage between the profiles - large numbers of assets were deleted and I have to try and restore them4. since I must download them (if it works) to my desktoop so that I can re upload them to the correct profile (the one with all the storage). This according to the instructions provided on your site. Did it ever occur to any of your designers to allow:1) the ability select multiple files and/or folders for uploading
I used to have two Adobe accounts, one for school and one for personal. I now only use one. Is there a way to combine or move the items still stored in the cloud storage from one account to another and get all of my files in one place?Thank you.
Nothing really more to add to my question, except:This is on macOS Ventura 13.2.1 MacBook Apple M1 Maxall Adobe Apps in their most recent version
Major set back, that gives me ZERO faith in Adobe cloud. I need my file. Adobe, please contact me ASAP.
When I am in Indesign or Illustrator or in Creative Cloud App , my libraries are not loaded.I always get a message that I should log in, even though I am logged in.Operating system Mac OS 13.2.1 on Mac Studioall apps are up to date !I have done all the hints from this document, but did not lead to any success !https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html
Adobe: You can't sync your "Creative Cloud" files with your local Creative Cloud Sync Folder. Also Adobe: I'll just leave this here...
My first post. I've had an Adobe Photography account now for about 3 years now. I'm a satisfied (with the apps) user and I use Photoshop, Lightroom, and most of the other included apps frequently. I also still have and use Photoshop CS6, which is screaming fast compared to Photoshop 2023! How has Adobe managed to make Photoshop 2023 THE slowest editing/creation tool on the planet?!? But I digress... My issue is that when I log into my Creative Cloud account, down in the bottom left corner it reads "11.3 GB used" (see attached file). However ...When I click on "Your files / Cloud documents" in the main window it reads "You have no cloud documents".When I click on "Your files / Published", it reads "You haven’t shared links to your work".When I click on "Your files / Synced files" it reads "You have no synced files".When I click "Your files / Mobile creations" is reads "You have no mobile creations. When I click on "Your libraries / Personal and shared" it reads "There’s nothing here
I have an Imac 21.5" late 2015 but on my Adobe Cloud I can only find a version of Illustrator from 2021, why can't I get an earlier one? Years ago there were also 2017, 18, 19... Can anyone tell me something? Thank you very much!
Hi! I'm running into this issue that I'm not sure how to fix. I've duplicated a Library (A) and renamed and edited all the files within the duplicated Library (B).Steps:User 1, creates PSD using Library B cloud assetsUser 2 ,opens PSD and sees no issues. Does their edits and saves.User 1, opens edited PSD and all Cloud layers look correct and have the correct layer names however there are exclamation points on all Cloud layers.User 1 Updates All Modified Content to make sure they have the latest versions of all Cloud files***RESULT: All cloud layers update but link themselves to Library A assets*** Why?
Anyone has an idea on how I could fix that?
I have files stored on my creative cloud, but they are only visible on the web version or in the creative cloud application. They don't show up in my finder folder for creative cloud. It just shows an extension to the web version.
Here is what I see online: And here is my desktop app File formats: FBX / OBJ / SBSAR / EXR which I think are supported. I tried a fix mentioned by member here, inluded removing and reinstalling. How to fix this> [typo in title edited by moderator]
I have gone through my creative cloud storage and deleted absolutely anything I can find, including permanently deleting from the deleted folder, and deleted my lightroom library, yet adobe says I have used all 2GB still, can't save anything to the cloud and can't see anything saved there.
Good nightI having issues when trying to use the app in 3 different desktops at the same time. I have to close one and sign into another. I basically use it for signature. I issue a lot of different documents that needs to be sign and most of the time the signer is out of my range.
How ridiculous. What's the $99 for so Corporate leadership can make payments on their BMW's? I am sick over this crap.
Adobe Portolio does not allow to add images at the bottom of the image. Otherwise, I have to ditch the current setting to line up all information. I want images on left, texts on left just what I did above. No other way to add images on left side bottom?
What is the purpose of the "photos.sqlite" file, and why does it continually not sync? I am running Ventura 13.2.1 and the Creative Cloud syncing process seems to stop on the "photos.sqlite" file.Anyone have some insight into this situation?
So today I am using a Windows 10 Pro desktop with i9900K processor. This is nearly three years old and I am now about to upgrade and build a new platform using 13900K 24 core processor.I have built several PC's before - that is not the issue. My question is - when I install Creative Cloud on this new machine (ensuring only 2 machines logged to Creative Cloud) - will it allow me to see all APPS I see today. In particular, I have some older Premiere and Media Encoder versions (2018/2019 versions) for example.Today they are on my current desktop and work. I want to keep those to address some specific older projects. For new work I always use latest Adobe versionsSo in a nutshell -will a new Creative Cloud install on my new machine allow me to install those 2018/2019 older app versions as I have on my new machine ?......or not ?. Does Adobe Creative Cloud prevent installation of certain older versions if it is a clean install with no historical baggage on the machine?.Finally I assume there i
