Hi Everyone,Now, whenever I use any Creative Cloud program (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.) my libraries panel keeps flashing on and off, meaning the window stays there the whole time but the actual assets in my library keep disappearing and reappearing.Deleting all my files and resetting creative cloud libraries leaves it in a continuous cycle of of blank window, sign in to creative cloud to access files, and upload your files page.   I've done literally everything- uninstalling all programs through the Adobe CC Uninstaller, pausing sync on creative cloud files, removing all my assets from libraries, and deleting the Creative Cloud Libraries folder. I have also checked my hosts file and nothing corresponding to Adobe is inside, and using the CC cleaner it finds nothing inside as well.I don't know why this is happening- started about 2-3 weeks ago and can't find a solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,I can not access the CC Libraries across my adobe applications because the error message keeps saying it cannot connect to the server. Please see attached screensot:I have followed the advice and signed-out and signed-in back in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App yet the same issue is not being resolved. Help please! 🙂 

I got the plan for students and teachers , which gave me 100 gigabytes of From cloud storage, my question is what happens to my files if I cancel my subscription to the paid plan or are late in payment ? , thanks for your time 

Hi -- I have a quick small question. I started a website using Adobe Portfolio last week, and I'm very happy with it. I have a unique name which appears in the URL, website description, etc., but when you google my name the site doesn't show up in the results. Is it the case that it takes more than a week for google to find and take note of the site? Or is it the case that there's something I need to do with the site itself? I've ticked the box 'Allow search engines to index my site,' but none seem to have. You can request that google take notice of the site, but it seems to involve various things that Portfolio doesn't permit -- eg uploading HTML to the site. I'm not looking to appear on the front page of a google search for 'photo,' but I think my site should show up if you google my name -- does anyone have any suggestions? Nach tagelangen vergeblichen Versuchen die Muse-App zu aktivieren habe ich folgende Beobachtung gemacht: Ich hatte außer auf meinem iMac die Creative Cloud auch auf unserem großen MacBook installiert, allerdings mit nur wenigen Apps. Als ich die Muse-App dort neu installierte, funktionierte die Muse-App. Da aber etwa drei Updates anstanden habe ich diese aktiviert. Nach der Installation der Updates war es mit der Funktion der Muse-App. vorbei; sie funktionierte nun auch hier nicht mehr. Vermutung: Der Konflikt entstand durch die Updates. D. h. die Muse-App. ist nach den Updates nicht mehr in der Creative Cloud kompatibel. - Was ich nicht verstehe: Muse wird zwar nicht mehr weiterentwickelt, stand aber bisher in der Creative Cloud zur Verfügung. In the past, I used LiveCycle, and then in 2018, I switched to AEM Form Designer, the standalone version.  I now need to make changes to those forms that were built.  I spoke to an Adobe representative who told me that I should still have access since I paid the $299.  I have proof of purchase, and my account also reflects that I paid. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help, or even post this question to the appropriate community? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Ce qui me surprend puisque je supprime tout dès que je termine un projet. J'ai suivis plusieurs tuto, mais rien ne fonctione, je n'ai rien qui s'affiche dans mes "fichiers", "partagé", "projets", "bibliothèques, etc.. J'ai essayé sur l'application, sur le web aussi..Si quelqu'un a une solution miracle autre que d'acheter plus d'espace, je suis toute ouïe.Merci

Does anyone know if I switch from my active Creative Cloud All Apps (New Pro) account to a Creative Cloud Standard account will my active Portfolio websites be affected?  Will they be deleted or content harmed during the switch or does everything transfer over?  Thank you! Hello, The company I work (based in Australia) with has bought a full creative suite adobe license for a new graphic designer based in the Philippines. When they log into their Creative Cloud desktop application there is several things missing (adobe fonts, files, benefits, Create, Discover & stock) but when I log into the same account here in Australia all the features are there in my desktop application. The license was bought in Australia but we also have staff in South Africa who have adobe licenses and they have no issues. I assume there is some reginal restrictions or something but cant find any detailed information.I have talked adobe support and all they have said is to do the following which we have done and same issue is still there. Open task manager and close all background activities for Creative Cloud and then turn off Windows Firewall and repair Creative Cloud. I received an email from adobe about a case number. Not a community support conversation but a case number with adobe. Adobe employee at chat confirmed the email is from adobe. That chat took over 30 minutes. The email states “To review your case history, log-in to your adobe account. I cannot find any case anywhere on my adobe account. So, I contact chat again. Another 30 minutes and the chat agent finally agrees to provide what I am hoping to be a step-by-step instruction on how to find my adobe account case history. I changed my theme from dark to light and then back to dark, and things have changed. Now they black background is grey, which I easily managed to change back to black on the color editor; but the hover on the images is now white with dark text instead of dark grey with white text (as seen on the master template). I can't manage to fix that. Can someone help me? Thanks

For every Creative Cloud app I open, there is a tiny window that opens saying "Verifying Name.app" with the app's name filled in and a little progress bar underneath. Sometimes, it gets stuck and never completes verification. Other times, it might take 5 minutes or longer. It appears there are some macOS problems with Catalina versions and app verification, but really, why does it take so long and why does the app appear to have to be re-verified every time it's opened? I'm using macOS 15.15.7. Thanks.

When embedding videos from Vimeo into a portfolio page, I get different sizes that display. All the videos are the same size on Vimeo. One page dosplays correctly, another displays one correctly with the other tiny, and another page displays them all tiny. How do I get the embedded videos to display larger?

Hi, I am hoping to see MyPortfolio add support for IG Reels embeds. All videos on Instagram now are reels and I feel like portfolio sites like gondola are taking over because they are supporting creators in more cutting-edge ways. Looking for Firewall company that works with Adobe Creative Cloud. Have Windows 11 Pro. Windows Defender comes with Win 11 but its low level protection. Currently using Norton 360 and Creative Cloud is on the list of Apps to let through the Norton firewall. However, Norton firewall has to be turned off for total functioning of Creative Cloud. Norton just does not play well in the sandbox. TIA for suggestions of a decent firewall company that respects Adobe. BTW - I'm forced to select one of four Adobe topics to post this.
