Hello everyone. I would really appreciate your help with fonts in Adobe Creative Cloud. I usually always work on a MAC using Adobe Illustrator. I have been working on several projects where I had to purchase and install fonts on my MAC. Here are my concerns: Can I upload these projects to Adobe Creative Cloud and then download them to my PC to work on them in Adobe Illustrator on my PC?Will the fonts purchased for the MAC automatically transfer to Adobe Illustrator on my PC through Adobe Creative Cloud or will they be shown as missing fonts from the projects?In other words, if the fonts don't transfer to the PC, will I have to purchase the same fonts for my PC to be able to continue working in Adobe Illustrator on the PC? I hope my questions are not too confusing. I would really appreciate your feedback. Thank you.Norm Attarmigiroglu
I have just sent my Adobe Portfolio link to a prospective client and Norton is treating my link as a suspicious link. Rollover my (embarrassingly) red link and the pop-up says “Norton now warns you of suspicious links in your email to protect you from malicious activity” Great - thanks.Does anyone have any ideas why is this happening?
Up until about a week ago I had about 10 or so files in my "shared with you" cloud files folder. These files were work I had shared from my partner's old illustrator account and that I thought would always stay there. This folder is now completely empty for some reason. My partner is no longer using the account from which I shared these files and it has now expired so I can't reach them from there either. Would anyone happen to know what might have happened to these files? Do they only stay shared with you for a limited amount of days? Are they automatically deleted if the person sharing them deletes them from their account? Would appreciate any kind help!
So I followed The steps here (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html), I deleted all the folders and files in CC Folder, I deleted all libraries in Cloud, I deleted all the presets.And still I keep getteing this red alert Can someone help me with this?
Unable to view file previews for .psd that are stored in CreativeCloud storage with the same behavior in the latest version of Photoshop 2022 (23.5) and CC Desktop App. OS: macOS 12.5.1 Steps taken: 1) Signed out CC 2) Ran CC cleaner 3) Reinstalled CC 4) Navigated to App Support > Adobe and created Creative Cloud Library folder, which was missing5) Verified that all cloud document previews are visible when viewing on the web (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) 6) I can click on a psd cloud document in Photoshop to generate the preview. This issue is reproducible with two physically different Macs.
In my classroom, I am using Mac Computers (Catalina is the highest they can go), and file sharing on a Mac Server for sign in and storage purposes. Each student has their own user on the computer and uses the Creative Cloud apps installed there. They also have their own Adobe ID through our school. When I sign into the computer as the Admin, Creative Cloud app is in the toolbar -- and in the Creative Cloud Application folder. If THEY sign in, they are ALL missing. This was all working just last week. When I go the the CC Application folder there is a blank icon. When I try to open it I get:The operation can't be completed because the orginal item for "Adobe Creative Cloud" can't be found.I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud under their user login and it wouldn't work.

HI,I WAS USING ADOBE CC WITH A SCHOOL EMAIL, WHICH GOT DISABLED A FEW DAYS AGO.I HAVE GOTTEN A NEW LICENCE, THIS TIME FROM UNIVERSITY (ANOTHER ORGANISATION).I CANNOT USE ADOBE CC, BECAUSE IT ENDLESSLY ASKS ME TO SIGN-IN AGAIN, AND IT IS AN ENDLESS LOOP WHERE I CLICK "SIGN-IN AGAIN" AND IT LEADS ME TO THE SAME PAGE. I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED ADOBE CC.I HAVE RUN THE ADOBE CLEANER APP AND CLEARED MY ADOBE APPS.I HAVE RE-INSTALLED CC AND STILL NOTHING, WHILST MY NEW LICENCE DOES WORK ON THE WEB PAGE. I would be very grateful if someone could give me some assistance on this matter as I do not know what to do. I really thougt the cleaner app (as dramatic as it is, with having to stop background processes and everything) would solve it. Thank you
Hello All, Apologies if this is in the wrong spot; I couldn’t find the support page for Adobe Portfolio. Currently my site is not loading. I’ve checked with my domain company (GoDaddy) and they have confirmed all details to my account are accurate and everything on their end is running. When I check the back end of Adobe Portfolio, it says my site is running and my domain is approved. Like many people during this COVID-19 Crisis, I was let go. In my quest for new work, this site is highly important. How do I get it back up and running?
I cant seem to log into my behance account...it says access denied.Im getting notifications of behance on my creative cloud...but i cannot login.and my name has somehow changed into defaultt9o4vjv5ij23. which is not my adobe name.Someone please help because it looks like my account is hacked.Ill share my original account details in images below.
After the Monterey 12.51.1 update to MacOS, the Creative Cloud app will not let my iMac run the screen saver nor let the computer sleep. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Good day. I have had a problem with uploaded files for some time. Immediately after uploading, the image looks like the first photo. After one day, it looks just like in the second photo and is rejected. I do projects the same way as before. I also ship the same. Why is this happening? Elizabeth
Trying to sign in to Adobe apps, but every time I sign in I get a message saying You're signed out - Sign in again to continue using Adobe appsI can't log in, code and 2 factor work fine. MacOS Monterey 12.6
Hello all,I applied an new behance account several days ago, and changed my adobe ID into the old one.At first I got all my pofile and comments. But after I login by mobile, my profile dissapeared. Although I can still visit the behance page as a visitor, nothing remain in my profile page. Does anyone know how to solve this bug?I contacted Behance's support, but got no response.The only way is to submit a request. I really hope someone will help me solve this problem. Recientemente publique un aviso de que tengo problemas con la fuete (Font) Noto Sans y Minion... Estas fuentes (Font) la uso todos los días en mi trabajo y adobe no la reconoce través de Creative Cloud... (Para Windows no tenemos ningún problema).... Este problema viene desde las dos ultimas actualizaciones de Adobe... Lo que hago cada ves que tengo problemas es cerrar la aplicación y volver a ejecutarla, inclusive en ocaciones le reinicio la computadora... Recientemente estuve en conversación con uno de los de Adobe, su nombre es (kevin stohlmeyer) El me hizo muchas preguntas sobre si mis programas (software) si estaban actualizados, y mi respuesta es si, inclusive le envié varios screen capture como evidencia de que todas las actualizaciones estaban hechas... Porvafor, ayuda celestial...Alguien sabe o tiene solución a este problema?
This may be relevant to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2022 002.20212 which I have been using for about 2 years. But I suspect it may have more to do with Creative Cloud, which I signed up for a free trial, and then cancelled, and uninstalled - I'm never going to need it. I would be very grateful for any advice, how to remove these errors. Or remove the profiles, if I don't need them.
For whatever reason in the last month I have seen my Macbook battery severly drained. When looking into the Activity Monitor the CCLibrary is taking 90+% of my battery and I can't stop it. I've looked online and read to uninstall and then reinstall CC so I tried that but it wouldnt work citing error issues. I've also tried to turn off the auto sync and auto update. Even when I close the CCLibrary in the Activity Monitor it will close but then reappear a few seconds later like nothign happened! Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

Hello everyone!I have a problem with my account as I did change my subscription from monthy to yearly (prepaid) - everything went well, besided that Adobe tries to get the money also for my monthy subscription.I wanted to contact support via chat, but it doesnt start the converstation and carry me to the Help center. Could anyone can give me an advice what to do? Maybe someone has an e-mail, phone (but for EU, not US)? or know how to resolved chat issue? Thank you in advance!

Hey good people, I'm using Portfolio to set up my website, and using the Thomas Template. When I try to set the cover text for the rollovers to align it vertically, it's supposed to be set in the centre when choosing centre, right? No matter what I do, I can't get it to align to the centre. Top and Bottom Alignment is also out of whack globally. Anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated, I feel like I've tried everything. See attached image. That's not what it's supposed to look like when choosing centre in my mind. Eivind
Fiz o período de teste de 7 dias, fui cancelar antes dele encerrar e recebi a oferta de um plano novo, fiz a nova assinatura mas fui cobrado duas vezes, 124 reais pela assinatura nova e 4horas depois 224 reais pelo período de teste. 3 days ago, the company moved the users accounts to a new server, which led to the loss of some customer data. I contacted Adobe Help, but they did not respond, until this moment the accounts were still there and I could see them, but now these accounts have disappeared and this message appears to me “Oops We can't find that page." Please help me in this matter or tell me that these accounts still exist and will be returned. Please, this matter is a matter of life or death.please need help !!!!
Our wedding photos are on a shared album of a user who has sandly passed away. When we try to access them we get an error message exaplaining the album is unavailable. Is there anyway we can still access our wedding photos?
At work we are trying to keep all of our logos in creative cloud so that everyone who is invited can use them. Lately, when I've loaded items into our library on my work computer, they do not show up when i am logged in on my home computer, and vice versa. I'm logged in to the same account and everything. This eventually results in duplicate icons when someone else ends up loading something that isn't showing up for them but has been loaded previously. This is leading to wasted time, messy libraries, and completely voiding the usefulness of these libraries when working remotely. Any idea what to do?
