Is there any way to only block the ads pushed thru Creative Cloud Desktop notifications? For example, the latest notification was about an upsell webinar, "Elevate your Ps + Ai work with 3D." I would prefer not to block the notifications I need to know about. I'm starting to feel as if Microsoft and Adobe merged.
I am trying to download creative cloud on my new computer and I have downloaded the installer but when I get to the log in page I put all my details in and it proceeds to a loading screen but after 5 seconds it takes be back to the login screen with no error messages or anything. One reason I was thinking this is happening is because my organisation has a login page it redirects me to when I log in on the website so im not sure if creative cloud fails to display that webpage and just sends me back to the log in page.
Bonjour,J'ai depuis quelques jours un message d'erreur m'avertissant que j'ai dépassé le limite de stockage autorisée avec ma formule Creative Cloud entreprise (voir image 1).Mais quand je regarde le poids total du dossier Creative Cloud sur mon ordinateur, le dossier occupe à peine la moitié de l'espace disponible (voir Image 2).J'ai regardé sur le Creative Cloud Web, j'ai effacé tous les fichiers supprimés... Rien à faire, l'alerte ne disparaît pas. Est-ce-que c'est déjà arrivé à quelqu'un ? Existe-t-il une solution ? Merci par avance pour vos réponses !

Hi! I can not log into my account on my mobile phone after an update. It says "An error occured while authenticating. Please try again later". It has been like this for a few days, and I do not get access to log into any of adobes apps. I can not go through internet neither. It looks like adobe is blocked on my phone. I can log in if i use my computer and go through internet. What can i do?
I apologize upfront as this is a long issue/post. I had some issue with my computer several months ago and have had issues with Adobe desktop Creative Cloud app syncing ever since. I can't describe the issues except to say I had 2 Microsoft accounts on the computer, they crossed wires, and a computer guy had to bypass the Microsoft login to get me into the computer. I have since totally deleted the second Microsoft account (it was a work account). Now I have one Microsoft login which is used for Word, Excel, etc. The computer login lock screen is a local login that does not have the option to change it. I am on a 64-bit Windows 10 home computer. This all leads to the Adobe issue. On the desktop app, the only files I see are Your Libraries. All the others (Your files, Shared with you, and Deleted) say I'm not connected - please see attached screenshot. I've had Adobe remote in twice. Takeout photos, so many if the photos I downloaded from the cloud (coz they say we gonna have to start paying or they delete), are in json format and they just won't open. (jog.json). Some did open, but the others will not
Hello! There isn't a specific place I found for Adobe Portfolio-specific questions, so my apologies if this is in the wrong place. I was going through my portfolio after it was finally published to make sure everything worked smoothly. Everything was fine until I pressed a button to bring me to another page but it did not bring me to that page.On my portfolio's overview page, I have three sections: Art, Short Films, and Photography (and all three of these pages are a part of the "work" collection). Simply put, within the Art page, I have another button to bring the viewer to another page called Sketchbook, kind of acting like a subpage. However, I have turned the toggle off for this site as I don't want it to show up with the three sections on the overview page. I still have it showing in navigation in Sketchbook's options menu.When the user clicks on the button to view Sketchbook, it doesn't bring them to the sketchbook page but rather brings them back to the art page (not moving
This happened all of a sudden and I have no idea how to fix it
The photography page on my Adobe Portfolio website has suddenly started to say "Page not found" when clicking on the page on my live website. This error has showed up on all devices, so it is not just my laptop. However, when editing the site, I can see the photography page just fine when I click on it. I have tried hitting the update live site button, but that has not worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hallo, liebe Community! Ich hoffe, hier kann mir jemand helfen mit dem obigen Problem. Ich habe mich bisher davor gesträubt, die Dateien in der Cloud abzulegen, weil ich darin keine Ordnerstruktur festlegen konnte oder zumindest nicht begriffen habe, wie das funktioniert. Hier daher meine zwei Probleme: a.) wie kann ich Dateien und Ordner in die Cloud transferieren?b.) wie legt man dort eine vernünftige Struktur an? Oder erübrigt sich b) ohnehin, wenn ich ganze Ordner übertragen kann? Über hilfreiche Tipps würde ich mich riesig freuen - danke im Voraus! Lieben Gruß,Markus
I'm having trouble with Windows File Explorer taking a long time to load, and sometimes even freezing, when I have Creative Cloud actively syncing on my PC. It does not seem to freeze or load slowly when I have Creative Cloud syncing paused. Is there a way to alleviate this problem without having to constantly retart the computer?
Every time I go to the Adobe site I get this pop-up and have to reload the page. Please give us a 'don't see this again' option. I don't care how relevant the pricing, promotions, and events are. I am almost exclusively trying to find tutorials.
Saludos en mi cuenta mi almacenamiento fue eliminado pero al borrar todo lo que tenia en la nube sigue apareciendo que tengo 25,3 GB utilizado. Que se procede alli ya que no veo ningun archivo en la nube y no tengo nada en mi papelera que se tiene que hacer ya que deseo hacer una nueva carga de documentos pero no quiero hacerlo hasta que este limpio completamente
really tiring clicking a quit button to quit after closing and not having an option to bypass this.. i have no clue why i would need to be double checked and why there isn't an option to bypass it? was super awesome being able to press command q and it just shut down without that box, but that isn't a thing anymore.. why are you guys so fkn annoying? Does anyone else have the problem where you create a design on your iPad Illustrator and when you switch to your desktop Illustrator to do more, it will not let you open it? It says the account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info. I have checked multiple times that I am signed into my account on both ipad and desktop. This is very frustrating.

Hi, I have a domain purchased from Hooble I want to link to my Adobe Portfolio site. I have previously had a custom domain (different name, different provider) linked to my site and it worked fine. I have succesfully removed the previous custom domain, and i'm now trying to add the new domain via the settings in Adobe Portfolio. I am getting the message telling me to chang the "A Records" in my domain provider, and Adobe has provided the IP addresses which need to be changed. However Hooble does not seem to have the facility to change A Records, only nameservers. I have tried copying the IPaddresses Adobe provided to the nameserver input boxes but this didnt work. My limited understanding is that A Records and Nameservers are basically the same thing, so i'm sure it can be done. Grateful for any help or suggestions please. Thank youT.

Hi, I've recently used Adobe's portfolio to make my new website. Initially, my domain name was linked to wordpress.org with OVH hosting plan. I have linked my domain with DNS servers, and from adobe and OVH it seems to work out but the website doesnt show itself correctly. It seemed like my FTP was still linked to WP, thus I decided to delete Wordpress components from my net2ftp settings. Now it only shows this :I guess the problem does come from net2ftp, I remember having to set mannualy my website when I started with Wordpress.org, but I can't find how to make it work with Adobe. As I said, all DNS should be correct, but please tell me if I'm wrong.
At present I have two issues: cannot retrieve any notifications I receive in Creative CloudIn windows I receive only 1 notication repeatedly (See Windows Adobe Cloud Notification)For "1" I have attached two screen shots(i) What See Initially (Adobe Cloud - Initial View)(ii) What I see whwn I click on the notifications icon. Help! When I upload a .CR2 file (Canon RAW file) I can no longer see a preview. I used to see it labeled as a RAW file and my past uploads have a preview but my new uploads show as OCTET and cannot be previewed. There is nothing wrong with the file. The issue happens if I upload from my desktop or from an external drive. It also happens with new and old files of the same type. I am not syncing the file, just manually uploading which is what I have always done without a problem until now. The .CR2 file is there, and if I download it it's fine but on assets.adobe.com you cannot see the preview. How can I fix this??? Tech chat has not helped. Of note, you can see the preview of the same file on Google Drive.
