Hi.I'm having trouble logging into the cloud file. Two days ago I logged in for work. Yesterday and today I can't.Windows 10/ XD 51.0.12 / Adobe Creative Cloud - updated.Tell me how we are going to solve the problem.

I have a problem with Adobe repeatedly asking to log inSince members of the company using ADOBE use private network (through firewall settings and ADOBE authentication)Most users can log in to Creative cloud and access Adobe APP normallyHowever, some users will be asked to re-login in an infinite loop, even if they enter the account to log in, the screen immediately jumps back to the login screen....Does anyone have a similar experience....  

Can I ask what is it about the Createive Cloud Helper app on my Mac that causes it to be at the top of my Screen Time report showing as 24 hours per day. Not only does this seem unneccesary but it also distorts the benefit of Scrren Time reporting. Thank you for your help    

I constantly get the error message 507 when updating the Creative Cloud app on my Windows PC. Nevertheless all my installed Adobe programs are updated each time. My version of Creative Cloud app is 5.7.1.1, and the program tells me it will always be updated.Any explanations? Am I missing something? Is 5.7.1.1 the latest version? Øivind Øvrebotten

I have Adobe Cloud installed on 2 computers. I am trying to open PS on my laptop but I am interrupted by a screen trying to make me purchase or the app. It gives me 2 options "Buy Now" or "Start Free Trial." I already have a subscription, I don't need to purchase it again. Why can't I open the program on my second computer? I am the only user. Thank you.

What if it's a different app but in the same subscription? Can I use Photoshop on device A and Illustrator on device B concurrently? Thanks in advance.

Frustrations mounting in regards to Library-sharing with my co-worker, as she is updating a library with logo files, color swatches. I am not able to see any updates she has made to this library. Any way you can help me resolve this? I am running on the Big Sur OS. I did not always have this issue. Thanks,Marv

Hi there,I'm using Illustrator CC on my school's network which does not use Adobe CC.Even though I have been able to install the CC Desktop app and Illustrator, when attempting to open my cloud documents it says..."Can\t open file. The account you signed in with doesn\t have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info"- I am the owner of the document.- Cloud Sync is working correctly (I can navigate and see my files).- Illustrator is correctly displaying my account as logged in.- I have tried signing out of all login instances and back in with no effect.Any advice would be gratefully received. If you need any further information, please let me know.

Our design team has been using CC libraries to share assets for a while now with no troubles.  Today, however, some new logo files were added that are not syncing between users. The uploading user has shared screenshots of their library -- showing two additional logos -- that are not appearing for anyone else on the library. I have verified that syncing is enabled in the CC app for all users and we've done some usual troubleshooting like CTRL+ALT+R refreshes to try to get things synced.  Any reason why this would be happening out of the blue? Our updates have always synced normally up until today and I'm not sure what to check. Your help is much appreciated!

I'm trying to watch a tv show on my samsung galaxy ultra 22 and when I log in to the tv service I'm subscribed to, I get a blank white screen except for adobe-pass-2.61.0.6-01f5a82 on it. The URL of the page with that on it is entitlement.auth.adobe.comHow do I rectify this so the show will play? TYIA

I need help. Our business account was supposed to renew. It did not and we had to start over with a new account. All of my Creative Cloud files are not accessible from the new account. I use the same email and login information. How can I get the files back? Can I put in a ticket for help? My supervisor purchased the new suite and says there is no access to my files. There is vital information there I need.  If I can log in with the same login, why can I not get to the files?  Please help! 

I know this is probably not the right place to post this - as this platform is more for peer-to-peer support and my post is more of a rant... But in case Adobe IS peeking... Creative Cloud is STILL using up to 100% CPU for extended periods of time. 3 years after the first posts appeared about this issue. Yes, I have the most recent version installed (I update religiously - and that is probably one of my mistakes, as I found out that all updated of CC apps need to be started at least once, which I don't do). Killing all offending Adobe processes returns my iMac to normal operation. Fans only turn on when I do heavy lifting, and no longer run at full speed 24/7. But this is not why I'm posting: in trying to discover the root cause of my iMac turning on the fan all of the time, I found out that going offline stops the fans. Suspecting malware, I installed Little Snitch. I was absolutely shocked at the number of processes that Adobe keeps active even when not a single app sh

I've created several button modules on my Adobe Portfolio site, but they dont appear to save the text color. I have an orange button and would like to apply some white text, but whenever I change them and save they revert back to black. I clicked button > edit button > normal > text > white. This changes the button temporarily, and the change even sometimes shows up after I've saved, but as soon as I close the page and return to the portfolio it turns back to black.

Really annoying how the updates reference version numbers but the programs identitfy as release years. I keep several versions of the apps and always have to launch and check the About for the version number to make sure I have the right one selected. Would be nice if CC said the version name as well and not just the version number.

Is Adobe crteative cloud actually free with the photography plan??

Hello!So I was just about to login into my Adobe Account on my pc to use Photoshop since I didn't use it for a while. Most of the time I work with Adobe programs at my college (over the same account) or over my Microsoft Surface. But when I try to login on my pc with google it says "Error: An error has occured. Please try again later" followed by an error code. I only have this issue with my pc since today, not on my surface or the Mac's at my college. Does anyone know why that is?

I have been dealing with this issue for over two years.  This is my second complaint on BBB to get this issue resolved. Below is the last complaint on BBB.  I will update this thread with as much documentation that I can find and recal. 06/09/2022 "This is my second complaint for the same issue.  I am sooooooo tiredof having to explain myself over and over again for the last two andhalf years.  The issue is still NOT RESOLVED! I received an email on theremaining steps that I HAD TO COMPLETE.  This still did not resolvethe issue.I have uninstalled and reinstalled CS multiple times. I have deletedold files and renamed files as .old. I have been dealing with the sameissue for over two years now.  It's still not resolved. Please contactme asap. Having this issue all morning, the desktop app is trying to update and sync at the same time but just doesn't to be moving fast at all. Tried pause, signing out, restart. Can't find anything on the adobe site to speak to a person either!

I have been working on graphical assets in my CC library that we share across teams, and this morning, my library has reverted back to a previous state. I lost a lot of work. When I now open files with links to newly created Library assets, those links are missing.Why does CC Library revert backward, obliterating recent work???

Hi, for some reason, my 100Gb cloud storage is saying it is full and that i need to ugrade, but thre is nothing in it - I have actually emptied it in an attempt ot see whats going on but it is still staying its full. anyone know whats going on here?

Use case: I have a personal account and a work account. Because Adobe CC disables features when I switch accounts I've had to go back and forth to use some features in from my personal account that aren't available in my work account. Pre req: Have two different accounts with Adobe. Each account has different or slightly different apps/plugins/fonts/etc available to the user in account 1 vs account 2 Repro:Sign into first Adobe CC account Launch and use differrent or same tools as account 2. Sign out of account 1Sign into account 2Launch or use different or same tools as account 1Sign out of account 2Adobe CC now hangs showing screen below.Short term resolution: Quit adobe CC and re-start adobe CC. Waste 2 minutes while adobe CC figures itself out. -- 

I have a library set to custom sort. When I drag a group of images in to the library why doesn't it just add them to the end of the library group - instead it shuffles them. Is there preference somewhere I can change?

It appears all .pdf files downloaded to my laptop also go to the cloud.  How do I prevent that?  I want them downloaded to my laptop only.
