Hello! I have a problem opening my cloud illustrator documents. I tried opening from the Creative Cloud > Your work > Cloud documents > Download, to export it locally, to restart and update the software and my computer. But nothing works. Is there another way to get my files? It is urgent files I need. Thank you very much!
in an attempt to transfer some files over i logged out of my enterprise id and into this account. upon trying to log back in, creative cloud just reverts back to the login screen after i click to choose enterprise id (over personal account). when i tried to login on browser the screen that would normally allow me to log into student portal (the enterprise connected to my account is nsw education) doesn't redirect and just gives me an error, leading me to believe this is some sort of network issue? it's incredibly frustrating as it means i can't use any of the applications since this account is not under any plan. below is the server it says cannot be found upon attempting to redirect:federatedid-na1.services.adobe.com
Creative Cloud continues to need "repair" no matter how many times I've been on tech support to fix it.
In my CC Desktop I have a permanent notification that I have used 126.1GB of 120GB. My acvcount says I have 20GB of cloud storage! And I have never used cloud storage. It is not causing any problems, but it is irritating!
Document Cloud and Creative Cloud online storage is in the following locations. Creative Cloud https://assets.adobe.com Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com Can these two be linked, so that one can see files in the other?
In the creative cloud application. It will not save my new updated files to my phone. Example:I created a graphic in photoshop. I then save it to the creative cloud. Now it's on the creative cloud application. That works. Now the issue is when i make edits to that file. It will save to the creative cloud. However when i use the quick export then save image i will get the same files as before with none of my changes. Even though the file shows everything being updated. It's real frustrating, i have to screenshot then crop the file in order to save it to my phone now. i uninstalled the application and updated and still having the same issue.

A few weeks ago I got an email to verify my education status if I wanted to continue having the Student and Teacher discount: "You’ll automatically switch to a base plan for graduates at US $359.88/yr when your education pricing expires on 01-July-2022 (PT). [...] If you’re still a student or teacher and would like to continue to receive discounted education pricing for your current membership, verify your education status here before 01-July-2022 (PT)." After sending in my document, I got confirmation that they verified my student status. But I was still charged $359.88/yr compared to last year when I was charged $239.88/yr. Why did I get the same pricing for graduates when I verified that I'm still in school? Is this because the previous year had promotional price?
Hello, I have installed " Creative cloud " on my Windows 11/64 bits. It constantly asks for " Sign in" again.I can sign in to my account on the adobe website, but still can't sign in to " creative cloud desktop ".I sign out on the website and tried to sign in, uninstall and reinstall it, restart my computer, and .... Why there is no adobe help contact number? Please advise.

I was cleaning up my library assets and deleted an asset that I still need. Is there a way to recover/undelete/restore that asset? In this case it was a brush.Thank you community.

Has anyone successfully managed to use Cloud Documents in their workflow? Please help me! I have a MacBook pro and iPad air. I have always used Synced Files (or "Creative Cloud Files") on my laptop to manage my files/projects with no issue. I recently started using an iPad in hopes to access and edit these files on the go. When I open the CC app on the iPad I can view all of my Synced files (Your Work > Files tab) as I usually would on my desktop. However, it seems that to actually edit any of these files (for example an Illustrator file), I have to open up illustrator and import that file as a Creative Cloud Document but then any changes will not be applied to the original file and I have to re-export back to the Synced Files Location which creates a separate copy of that original file. (Which is obviously tedious, time-consuming and frustrating.) On the other hand, if I move everything to the in-app Creative Cloud Documents system and store all of my files there, I
I am trying to check my notifications settings under Preferences in my account, but the tab does not display, it just spins for as long as I have it open. How do I fix this? Possible correlation: I want to check my notifications because the @metions feature for InDesign's Share for Review does not work for our team. I've attached a screenshot.
hello all, All my projects became private and when I try to adjust the privacy settings, I can't find the drop-down menu that allows me to change my privacy, it's simply not there as I will show in the screenshots below. I usually use safari but I tried in google chrome too. Another problem is that due to this privacy, my account isn't visible to anyone anymore, it's like my account got deleted. When I search my username's link on another browser, it says that the page is not found as I will also show in the screenshots. I contacted Behance, the only way is to submit a request and I have sent many with no answer in return. I really do hope someone helps with this as this is nerve-wracking.
Platform: MacBook Pro 15" 2019, everything up to date (OS, Adobe apps, etc) + Radeon RX580 in Sonnet Breakaway 650 eGPU housing. At the end of the day, I choose the disconnect eGPU option, and it tells me that Creative Cloud is using it and must be quit first (no other Adobe apps open). [Why is Creative Cloud using the eGPU?] Then I quit Creative Cloud, as suggested, but the eGPU disconnection procedure stalls/hangs, and the keyboard stops working, and the logo starts spinning and I have to shut down the computer. I could of course quit Creative Cloud each time before disconnecting the eGPU, but in general it's designed to run in the background so I don't need to think about it... [Also: I have to choose at least one "topic" in order to post this. None are remotely relevant so I'm choosing all four 🙄 -- sorry]
I created a house plan and then had scanned and opened as a pdf. I then added dimensions to the drawing. I had it scanned and sent to my email. I then made changes and corrections and then saved. When I opened again the fonts had changed and I have trouble adding text. I have continued and tried to copy some existing text and paste, sometimes it works sometimes not. I have pushed through but having trouble modifying now.
Cloud not syncing on PC desktop, syncs fine on Samsung s20 & iPad but nothing shows up on my desktop, help?
I don't know if this has been resolved for anyone else, but I'm running into the exact same problem. After updating Adobe CC to v5.7.01307, as well as all other apps I use (Illustrator v26.2.1, Photoshop, InDesign), my entire library collection has disappeared, leaving me with just the message "To use Creative Cloud libraries, please sign in to Creative Cloud", even though I am signed in to my CC account. All my apps work fine, except for my missing Library. Any suggestions? I tried signing out and back in again through the Help menu, as well as through the CC app., and I restarted my Mac several times. I'm currently running MacOS v12.2.1 (Monterey) on a Mac Mini M1, 1TB HDD, 16GB RAM.Let me know if you need any more information to make the right assessment.
I've often had issues with my libraries, but now I can't delete libraries or content in libraries. Whenever I upload assets, they disappear after a while. I also can't create new libraries anymore. I really need help, as this makes it difficult for me to properly use the site right now (I'm using Firefox).
