Creative Cloud Services

Hi everyone, Every image or asset i open in adobe libraries has this file from anohter project (this image is not in my library) Its seems to infest in every thing I open. very annoying. Does anyone recognize this?

All of a sudden I am getting an error message that I have no icloud files (have been using for years).  I am also getting a message that says my icloud sotrage is full and cannot sync.

I'm new to Creative Cloud (CC) and only stumbled across it by chance. So please be patient with my lack of knowledge on the system/app. I have historically used other cloud-based services to share my photos with family and friends. I do this as a hobby and not a business, so paying for additional services is not something I'm interested in.  In the other services that I've used, I was able to send a link to a user and they could click on, say, a "Download" button in the corner. This would package all photos in that album and neatly zip them to a compressed folder that they could download, extract, and view. This allowed them to retrieve all full res pictures to their PC and sort as they so desired.  Fast forward to CC. I'm pleasently surprised by how intuitive it is and easy for users to view and download pictures. However, I've run into some issues so I'm curious what can be done (if anything). 1) There is no convenient "Download" option to download all at onc

My portfolio site-wide background is set to white. Suddenly the mobile version when viewed on mobile is black, meaning none of the site text is legible. I can't seem to work out why this is happening now.EG, www.featherwax.comIs this a browser issue, or a glitch with Adobe?Thanks

i've been contacting behance support team many times , but until now no soulution , it ssems to me they don't wants to slove my problem idk why ! i try to explain my case well but still ask me the same question every single email all prof still exist , My issue is i lost all my access to my old behance since 2016 , i've created account by my domain email , only ... domain now taken by someone else ,i have no idea who is this guy ! I am trying to sync files for backup to Creative Cloud. Files are not that large, but it is taking hours. I can only pause syncing, how do I stop it? I don't need the files backed up that badly.

Hello, My team member shared a folder with me on Creative Cloud. I would like to be able to access the folder on my desktop instead of opening the Creative Cloud app to access the folder. Is there a way to create a shortcut to that folder? I am on Mac.  Thanks!

Hello, all my image were find in Edit and Preview mode a couple weeks ago.  Suddenly, when I go to work on my portfolio, the images appear as blank gray boxes in preview mode, while still fine in edit mode.  Any help is appreciated!

C'est très genant car je n'ai plus la possibilité de pouvoir reconnaitre en un clin d'oeil l'élément... si j'ai oublié de le nommer alors là c'est la cata... Est-ce arrivé à quelqu'un d'autre ? je suis désespérée... Merci de votre aide !

I cannot login to creativ cloud. These messages comes up: "You Are logged of" "Sign in again to continue using Adobe" (they come up in Norwegian). It's immposible to sign in. When I press the button "sign in", the app loads and refresh itselfe.

Hello, I've been running into an issue where my creative cloud apps are moved to Backup folders (Adobe Creative Cloud_bkp) and making my apps unsyncable.These apps that are moved to a bkp folder, appear without an icon and can't communicate with other apps. For example, I can't render a composition from after effects in media encoder, or even link composition from premiere to after effects.Is there an option to disable this automatic backups?

I have inadvertantly mispelled the name of my major hard drive which holds all my imported images. I would like to correct the spelling with out having to reimport all those images.Can it be done? How? Jerry

I'm trying to create two duplicate external drives to use as my sync folder, one for home aand the other for work. I'm using a single laptop (Mac OS) and two Sandisk removable USB drives. I'm hoping to make them identical so that after work (or home) I can plug my Macbook into either hub and the changes made throughout the day will sync to either disk. Thank you in advance. 

I am trying to cancel my plan, unable to do so and there is no way to contact any support! The link that says "Contact Us: real help from real people" just leads me to this site: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=CCSN with some generated tutorials that do not work for me.Every contact page leads me either to that, or to this community forum. WTF Adobe!"Adobe Help Center" is utterly useless, as there are also just tutorials, user guides, or if I still need another help it suggests to "download and install solutions"! I very rarely post on community forums, and very rarely I'm angry at something, but the customer support is abysmal. Hi,If I created a logo in Photoshop with Adobe fonts and then cancel my subscription at some point in the future, will I be able to use that logo? Can I download a font license for the logo or anything like this?

Hi there, we've noticed since the cutover last month that many of our users in our organization are unable to access their libraries, font packs, etc. as they are only associated with the users' Personal accounts now. All of these were created on the Organization account.  We need help from the team at Adobe to get all of these moved over to their correct locations so our links will work again. If someone can reach out as soon as possible, I can help provide the account emails of the users in question.

We have a fairly large set of users (about 60) and have shared a folder with them. All the users have received an email invitation to view the folder and add to their files. However several of them are not able to actually view the folder or add it to their files. It just doesn't show up when they click the email invitation. We have unshared the folder with them and attempted to reshare - now we're getting an error that reads "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again." with no other information that might help us troubleshoot.  Does anyone have any ideas for how we can fix this issue?

Say we have 1 Mac with 1 CC account but 2 local users ... both of which sync the "Creative Cloud Files" folder using the same CC account. So we now have 2 copies of this folder using double the space. (One is at `/Users/account1/Creative Cloud Files` and the other at `/Users/account2/Creative Cloud Files`) Is there any way to point both local users to the same sync folder? I tried "moving" it to `/Users/Shared` from CC app while in account1, but that didn't work – When I tried doing the same in account2, CC app complained and stopped syncing. I Tried changing permissions to read/write for both local users. Didn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

Could you please tell what the allowed maximum path length (Characters) is, for my Adobe Creative Cloud Storage? I've got files or directories that have a file path that are too long for Creative Cloud Services synchronization. Creative Cloud Desktop reports them as unsychronized. At the moment, i cannot change these names. For future prevention, i'd like to know character length restrictions of paths.
