Creative Cloud Services

Hi! My pics are divided into 2 folders in my memory card, folder #1 is completly empty and all the content has gone to Creative Cloud, from my memory card. Folder # 2 is fine and I can access all the files/pics. I know that since in order to view content of folder # 1,  I need to sign into my Adobe account. My question is, how do I get them back and save them into my computer? Thank you in advance

Using the share menu, I can either invite individuals to edit my cloud documents or create public view-only links to them.  What I want to do is invite individuals (not the public) to view (not edit) my cloud documents.  Is there a way to do this?

I would like to experiment with different themes and settings Adobe has to offer. Experimenting on a live site is not good busness. It would be much better if I could duplicate the site, experiment on that offline, then publish when I think it's ready. I believe (and I am not alone) this is the best way to update an existing site. Please make this possible.

My system multiple times a day will ramp up the fans and I open activity monitor to find CCLibrary sitting at the top using 100% CPU and have to force quit it. I saw in other threads people talking about AdGuard, but I do not run that. Everthing is up to date that I can see, I did run the log collector and the file was "AdobeLogs_20211012_083214_359-mac.zip" if anyone can help. Thank you. (My best guess is something our corporate IT put on the machine is causing it, and would like to tell them what the exact cause is.)

I keep getting these notifications in the Creative Cloud application that people I do not know nor care about "is live streaming". They are very annoying and distracting. How do I disable these particular notifications?

Running windows 11:All of a sudden creative cloud libraries are not working in any app or on CC desktop. I can only access CC libraries from a browser. I've tried all the steps from these two sources already:what to do when the Libraries panel doesn't load in Creative Cloud apps Creative Cloud Libraries panel stopped working  I also went through all the steps with a chat agent. I've tried a complete re-install twice. How else can we fix this isse?

Tengo la imagen del tamaño que pide, la subí de diferentes tamaños también, modifiqué el peso del archivo y nada. Me dice que pruebe nuevamente y llevo días intentandolo. ¿Alguien que pueda decirme como solucionarlo? Es para crear un portafolio en behance.

Having an ongoing issue opening Adobe files, Indesign .indd, Photoshop.psd / .tiff / Illustrator .ai .eps etc.  When a file is more than a few weeks old and I try to reopen I get a 'The file can't be found" error.  The icon for the file in Finder also doesn't display correctly / is missing (see screenshot) There is nothing wrong with these files, not corrupt etc.  I've found a workaround of copying and pasting the file into the finder window, this then "fixes" the original file and makes it openable. It's a bit annoying to have to do this everytime especially with a large file though, and today that fix didn't work.  Any advice? It's very annoying.

What ever happens to Adobe? I used to to be able to get some service. But not any more. This is the least service friendly company in the world ! Just ask the community is the standard answer.  wat kind of service is that?  [Profanity and abuse removed by moderator]

Hi dear people at Adobe 🙂 I just re-installed my MacPro (don't ask, a work thing), and me being an Adobe user for 20+ years, and especially following the amazing things you've done in those 20 years, I can't for the life of me understand why it's sooo *insert expletive* hard to transfer workspaces. Now, I'm fortunate as I have another active computer where I can – painstakingly – find them in the Library (and the Documents folder, because why place them consistently?), and transfer them manually, app by app. But still I wonder – it's 2021. Would it really be THAT hard to let us sync workspaces? Save them with our account, so when I log into CC at a random computer, I at least get the option of transfering/importing existing workspaces? In spite of the (I hope obvious) sarcasm here, please... please. Consider this a feature request. A prioritized, high value, would-make-many-of-us-really-happy feature request, and somewhat of a low hanging fruit, based on my coding exp

I can't sign in All worked fine before but now I get this message An Adobe ID with this Email is already part of the program.   

We are trying to use several of the fonts offered through your Font Sync toolkit via our membership but we were only allowed to use two fonts.Why is this and are we doing something wrong in this process?We really require using around 10 fonts on our website to finish up so need some answers soon.Thank you,Gabrielle ZaleErin Richardson

I get this error message quite often – at least once every other day or so. I have no clue what it is, and it doesn't seem to have any effect on performance or creative cloud app usage. Any ideas as to why this could be happening?Click here to see my crash log.

We're in the process of moving a ton of creative libraries from a Personal account to our new Business Teams account. To say we've been having issues with getting these Personal libraries over to Teams would be an understatement. I won't go into detail, but during the hours I spent on the phone with Adobe Support, at some point, two of our libraries were "duplicated" into our Teams Library (only accessed by clicking "Browse All" - which is a silly way to designte being able to view the "Teams Library", btw. None of the Help Desk people told me I had to click that button to see the libraries I was moving to Teams. I stumbled into it). Now, when I access "Browse All" from the Teams Account to view see all the libraries we've moved to Teams, the two duplicates don't have an option to delete. Just "Add" or "Preview". And when I go back to the Personal Account "Files / Your Libraries" – from where I used "Move to Teams" to add our libraries to Teams – those duplicated librari

Hello,I work for a company in Quebec City and for the last 2 weeks we are 2 graphic designers working on different projects. I was wondering what was the most efficient way to share our files and make backups? Does the Adobe Cloud allow us to share files easily? We work mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effect. The files are quite large. Thanks

(Whatever happened to the old CC App forum?) I stupidly ran the CC Cleaner App which, unbeknowst to me, deleted everything. Plugins included. I'm on MacOS 10.13 and need to, yet again, install Photoshop etc, etc. Which is listed as Not Compatible. Show Older Apps is enabled in my CC App Preferences, but the three-dots-dopdown lists only Learn More. ? UPDATE 9 November: the Creative Cloud lists older versions today?

HI,  Why do I get this alert sign when everything is synced and up to date?        

Every time I open my creative cloud app on my phone it works just fine until I tap on "Your Work" then, the app crashes and just closes. My cloud space has only a couple GB out of 1 TB. My app and my phone are updated. I have a brand-new Samsung S21 that I got about 6 months ago. Before, I had a Samsung s9, and it works until the last month before I change my phone. I say this become I ask adobe support to help me, and they got stuck in the idea that I needed to try opening the app in another phone. It wasn't working in my last phone. Thank you!

J'ai déposé des dossier dans le dossier Creativer Cloud à partir de mon Mac de bureau. La synchronisation à pris environ une vingtaine d'heures (presque vingt giga).J'ai ensuite demandé la synchronisation à partir de mon portable (MacBook Pro) cela fait plus de 5 jours que ça dure.Pourquoi ? Est-ce normal ? Merci de votre aide
