Three things to note before I ask my question:On the CC Desktop App, there is a section for "Cloud Documents."On the web version, there is a tab for "Cloud Documents" (same as above,) but there's an additional tab for "Synced Files."On my local machine, there is a "Creative Cloud Files" folder. Confused already? You should be. I don't know why there are so many different places to save something, but onward with my question. So let's say I started an Illustrator file and saved it locally to my machine. Later on, I save a copy of it to my "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my machine (because I literally don't know how else to get it on the cloud at this juncture. Enlighten me if you can.) It WILL NOT show up through the Desktop App in "Cloud Documents," but it DOES show up via the web version under "Synced Files." What's the point of this (unnecessarily confusing) set-up?Any way I can get that "Creative Cloud Files" folder to show up in the Desktop App? Hello, I want to restart syncing my files with my Adobe Cloud Space freshly, but I have synced 43 GB of files and that recycle bin just won't let me delete all data at once. Why is that? Talking about:https://assets.adobe.com/deleted 

Is there any way to adjust the mobile settings for the Marta theme? The font sizes are inconsistent scaling to the desktop size and even irrregular withing the mobile size. Are any other themes more customizable?

In Portfolios there a way to keep PhotoGrid Captions visible at all times. On my portfolio you have to hover over each specific picture in the grid, or double click on the picture, to get the caption to show. Is there a way to keep the captions visible at all times?

Has anyone else experienced this? We are currently being told by adobe to just restore the files one by one - but how could this happen to every single file?

There is no option to install previous versions in my creative cloud. How do I get the older versions?? 

I bought a Seagate drive, they offered to try a month of Creative Cloud All Apps with 100GB subscription. So I thought why not, it will go back to my normal plan after a month. It hasn't, I'm now charged full whack and to cancel the membership will cost me over £250. I feel shafted, I can't believe this can be something Adobe will allow, it feels like a trap and I warn everyone not to sign up without reading the T&C's first.  The first confirmation email read;    Thank you for your order!  Your redemption code was accepted. Your Creative Cloud All Apps with 100GB subscription will continue until 02-April-2022 (PT). Click below to get started: So its wrong, it will continue past 02 April and keep going indefinitely. Can anyone advise how to get out of this?

When I preview my site, everything works perfectly. But the button links suddenly don't work on the live site. 

In desktop app as well in web app of creative cloud I cannot display nor sync my files, I was using Adobe XD as latest, app is up to date, I tried restarting computer, different browsers, different wifis, nothing helped. Please what can I do?

 I’m working on a project that requires accented characters but suddenly this accent menu: Is not appearing when I hold down any characters. How do I get it back?If it helps, I just switched over to a new Macbook 16-inch (2021) & I’m updated to the latest software Monterey 12.3.1  

Is is possible to duplicate pages from my first porfolio to my second porfolio ?

Hello everyone. I have a question and I hope you guys can give me a hand: I want to use the standard font for my AdobePortfolio ("Adobe Clean" is called as far as I understand). The problem is...I can't find it in the AdobeFonts downloader. Which not only is frustrating, but it absolutely definess all logic.  So please, can anyone let me know how I can use it for my AP website? Thanks!

"Unable to sync. Install sync component and try again. Error Code 304"While importing a very large photo library into Lightroom, LR popped a window which forced me to update CC (which was already up to date). Immediately sync stopped working and CC began complaining about updates available (it was already set to auto-update) and LR crashed. Nothing I could do would bring it back to life, so, per the 304 error code (corrupted install), I uninstalled the entire CC suite, then reinstalled CC to no effect. Uninstalled CC again, ran the cleaner, remove all, manually deleted all the leftover junk in the App and Common Files folders, then did it all again. I've gone through this probably 15 times now, and even stripped all Adobe references from the windows registry after one cleaning. Sync never starts because CoreSync never gets installed for some reason - no CoreSync folder, no exe. Obviously, the 'pause sync' button does nothing.Also, unable to install ANY other ap

Hi! I love Creative Cloud Services! Im trying to get a good workflow with the create movie-tool and I uploaded some images to a library to be able to work faster and share the workflow with others in the team. But, I get some alternativs but not the Library alternativ. Am i doing something wrong or is it a feature out of reach :)? Kind regards Andreas

Hello I have Lightrom mobile and 100 gb. ln Lightroom mobile its correct but in  Creative Clod its only 2 gb. I wonder why and what I can do about it. Sorry my English. Is not så good. / Tord 

Multiple Library folders on iOS - Has anybody seen this before - I think iOS is broken

I just got a new job and they had me set up a new Adobe account with the company email address. Then they shared about 16 libraries to my account. None of these libraries appear in the libraries panel of any of my apps, not even the CC Desktop app. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I edited some photos on Photoshop and saved them to the Creative Cloud.I am now trying to place these images in InDesign but I can't "find" them to import them - I don't know how to do it.Any help appreciated(using a mac)

Hi, I know how to clear the Recent List on the main Adobe screen and how to change the quantity of Recent files in the Preferences, but how do you clear the Recent List from the Icon on the Taskbar?  Right clicking shows all the recent files and was not cleared by the options above.  We sometimes share a computer and some of my work is confidential and I do not want the it to be traced through Adobe.  I have tried doing them manually one by one, but it just continues and continues with no end.  Please help as one should have the option of clearing all history.  

Another day, another synchronisation fail... a member of my team cannot see the files I've shared with them even though they're clearly there in the online version of the creative cloud. Of course we've deleted/recreated the library, etc.  It still doesn't sync.   This is unacceptable. We are paying for this service. I've spent endless hours with the adobe IT of similar issues. I don't understand how that kind of unreliability is considered good enough by anyone. 

Other posts say this is solved, it is not. This happens every single day. Creative Cloud is up to date

I have changed my email address from my educational email to my personal email. My adobe portfolio however, and with it my website, are still showing my old educational email address and not transfering to my new personal account. My educational email is going to be deleted soon, and I am worried I will lose my website that I spent a lot of time on. Please let me know how I change transfer this, thanks.

I am going off-grid for 4-6 months this year in northern BC . Is it a simple thing to temporarily pause my Creative Cloud account over this time?
