Creative Cloud Services

I keep accidentally opening an outdated file that was created by an ex-colleague who no longer works here. In the Creative Cloud shared area, I click on the checkbox on the document and there are no associated actions available.  It's weird because I have other outdated files (shared by ex-colleagues) and I'm able to leave those easily. Just not this one specific file.  It's driving me insane.  Please help!

For the last month so, whenever I render an image in Daz Studio 4.16, a message will appear afterward stating that Creative Cloud is in need of repair. I click thru the screens and let it repair, only to have to do it all over again the next time I render an image. I've updated before programs thinking that would solve the issues but it keeps happening. Daz Studio is now been updated to 4.20 and Photoshop and Illustrator are updated to their latest versions. Any idea what might be causing this issue?

I am trying to make a simple mask Ive doen the tutorial and cant seem to get the mask to apply. I have a clip that has 2 candles. I used motion to scale to the size I want, zoomin in on the candles, and used crop to make the clip to size. I put a black and white effect on. I rendered the clip effects. I want to change brightness and contrast of the candle flame. So I put the brightness and contrast on the clip, and select the ellipse mask and nothing happens. I am expecting an ellipse to show up on the video so I can move it around and adjust my sliders. What am I doing wrong or not doing? It seems like it should be simple....thanks. 

Hello, I have Photoshop CC 2019 monthly subscription. My question is do I have to be signed into the Internet to use it or can I use it while OFF line? I tried and seems I CAN be OFF line, but I am not sure if ALL the features are usable while I am OFF line. Would appreciate if you clarify this issue for me. Thanks so much,Marina

I keep receiving a notice to remove videos and photos or they will be deleted because I do not have a subscription. How do I rove them?? 

I understand needing to sign out of a second computer when I want to access Acrobat on a third computer.However, I am now required to sign out of one of two computers that was using Acrobat when I want to use After Effects, which is only installed on two computers. This means that I cannot use Acrobat on two computers and use After Effects on a third, without signing out and signing in. This is unacceptable, and hampers my workflow. I understand limiting the use of one application (e.g. Acrobat) to two devices, but this sign-out process means that I cannot use three different Adobe apps on three computers, preventing me from multi-tasking, as is often required when rendering, for example. Could you please make the sign-in requirement application-specific, and not broadly applied to all Adobe apps? If you have another solution, of course, I'm interested. Thanks.

ACROBAT on iPadI need to transfer hundreds of pdf files from my old iPad to my new iPad. I cannot see a way of selecting all, and then uploading to document cloud. I am a free user. Thank you. BRgds

How do I change the font/font size for captions associated with images in a photo grid.  I've tried the changing the settings for captions under media content styles but that doesn't seem to effect the image captions.

Hi, I noticed that my C drive is suddenly full, and took a look with TreeSize program. Somehow there's over 100000 files being generated in folder C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS until my drive is completely full, and I don't know how to stop it. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,    So I need a bit of help. I designed an awesome website on Squarespace and I was wondering if could connect my website to my adobe portfolio. In other words, I would like for someone to visit my adobe portfolio scroll through my work and then click web design, and then it would open a different page and take them to the website I created on Squarespace.

Hi,I have the Creative cloud 20GB plan. I was getting a message saying I've exceeded my storage. Realised that I had auto upload on from my phone's camera roll which I have now diasabled AND deleted all the pictures from the Adobe cloud - went from over 3,000 images to just 200 but I am being told that my usage is still 59.9GB vs my 20GB. How is that even possible?! Is there a way for me to check what images make up my 59.9GB?Thanks.

So I have been trying to figure this out. When I copy and paste my Adobe portfolio link into a conversation message inside Linked In, I am getting a ghost image that no longer is part of my portfolio. It is using this image as the main photo for my portfolio and I can't find where it is coming from. I have attached the image from the LI chat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 

Not sure what happened, but just opened up the Adobe Creative Cloud App after installing an update earlier this week, and the fonts inside the app are super tiny. The menu dropdowns are still the correct size, but everything inside is ridiculously small. See the attached image. How do I restore the correct font size so I can actually use it? Also, I noticed that clicking on buttons now sometime opens the wrong options, because the clickable area around the buttons seems to be much smaller, too.

My Case number: ADB-23425161-J0T4 was cancelled without resolution. I requested that my Adobe Stock subscription be cancelled but Adobe also cancelled my CC subscription and I had just paid for this on February 24th. Very disappointed that you are wasting my valuable time. I have an academic presentation to complete tomorrow and my CC account has been closed. I have just taken a look at the virus-like spread of Adobe background processes that persist beyond exiting Creative Cloud and frankly, it's enough to make me consider reporting them as malware.  There is no conceivable legitimate reason why their software needs a presistent connection to IP addresses 54.167.222.166 and 52.31.19.200 (both port 443, both hosted by AWS) after termination of all applications. Having seen this means that we'll finish the work that needs doing, and then we'll have to take a board decision if we are to continue with Adobe software or switch to Affinity and bought (web)fonts - we already discovered that Adobe Typekit is as much a privacy risk as Google Fonts (whose use has been made risky under EU privacy laws with the arguments used by the Austrian court earlier this month to ban the use of Google Analytics) so taking that extra step and removing malware in the process is not going to be that hard.  We already stripped everything Microsoft fro

Creative cloud will not load.  Any suggestions.  Using Photoshop CC on windows 11+

Whenever I make any highlights/comments on my tablet, I don't see them when I open it up later on my laptop. I can, however, see any changes I make on my computer later on my tablet, just not the other way around. Any idea on what's going on? I'm fairly new to using Adobe and the Cloud, so I could just be missing something simple.

Effective July 2022, Adobe Edge Fonts will be discontinued. Please switch to Adobe Fonts or other suitable font replacement.  

I cannot find any type of tutorial or support or file type suggestions when trying to build out my website using Portfolio. Will Portfolio be going away?I am a graphic designer (primarily print based) who has build out a website using Portfolio. I already have done one, but want to edit it using a different template. I've started down that path, but when I upload images, the sizing is all over the place--either in a grid pattern or individually. How can I crop images so that it appears as a thumbnail first, but when clicked on or hovered over, it appears full size? And, what's more ideal to use: a PNG, JPG, and do I have to resize all of my images (prior, in Photoshop) to be consistent or can they be sized in Portfolio? Suggestions/feedback is appreciated!
