Can someone explain to me why every time I open an application from adobe creative cloud I have to wait 5 minutes for a Verifying step????? There has to be a way around this? Someone please before I stick a screwdriver through that pop up!
My cloud storage is perpetually going up and has been reporting I am "almost full" for several months now. Despite the fact I have cleared out a heavy load of raw photos and other photos, it never adjusts down to reflect the storage being cleared up.Yes already cleared the "deleted" bins as well. It seems this is a common issue by other forum posts in other communities in which the only solution offered is to completely delete ones cloud storage. Is this going to be fixed?
I have a paid creative cloud subscription, which includes portfolio publishing. My portfolio is saying unpublished and whenever I tried to publish the website, the subsription option populates. If I am already a subscriber, why is it asking to pay and upgrade and create another subscription? Please advise
When using Creative Cloud desktop file syncing, is there an option that doesn't force all synced computers to download everything, and taking up all that hard drive space locally? For instance, I have a desktop with plenty of storage space, but I also have a secondary laptop with limited on-board SSD storage. Creative Cloud is essentially unusable on there because Creative Cloud tries to download everything, with no regard to how much space is available on that specific machine. And it seems like the only workaround is to disable Creative Cloud file syncing entirely on that computer. But doing so also disables the very convenient desktop integration, and I'd have to go to the web portal to get the files. Is there a middle-ground solution that I'm missing, or are we limited to this "all-or-nothing" syncing? This user flexibility is already possible in Dropbox, iCloud, and Microsoft's OneDrive, to name a few. I can maintain desktop-to-cloud integration with these services
I have a multi-hard drive computer with C being the smallest intended for system files only but Adobe keeps putting cache etc on there by default and filling it to capacity. I've been re-routing the cache storage to another drive manually but what can I safely delete from C after transferring? It's frustrating, it isn't that uncommon to have this multi-drive arrangement now as solid state drives are faster but more expensive than traditional hard drives and the no space on C issue is blocking updates.
When I try to open and already created document it is opening but the screen does not show the design. I can see the layers but nothing else. Any suggestions.
I just received a notification from Creative Cloud, stating that a person I do not know has sent me a PDF. See attached screen shot.As I do not know this person, and the PDF title is meaningless to me, I perceived this as either spam or a possible attempt to install malware on my computer.I deleted the notification.Adobe needs to look into this, but getting someone on the phone is – of course – impossible. And, naturally, I had to select one of the four suggested topics that have nothing to do with this issue in order to get this posted.Adobe: do better.
Good Afternoon Community,I have a question regarding the folder sync feature. We are a fairly small web agency with a small team of designers. We have a limited amount of computers available so we used to share the iMacs each using our own work adobe accounts. Since we use different adobe accounts we are having issues with file store on our iMacs. When we login with a different account it looks like it will create a new adobe cc folder and make the older cc folder hidden and renames it (Creative Cloud user@user.dom <random string>). Because of this we have multiple full iMacs and we where wondering if it would be safe to remove the hidden creative cloud folder from the other user that is not logged in currently whitout removing the files from the creative cloud entierly. We want to remove the unwanted folders to clear up storage since we have aquired extra iMacs and no longer need to share iMacs so we can clear up storage space.* This is my personal account since we don't wan
Buonasera, non riesco più a connettermi ai server Adobe. E mi dice che potrò lavorare offline solo per altri due giorni... Ho seguito le guide per la risoluzione dei problemi, ma nulla è cambiato!Aiuto!

I am working on the Adobe Employee Community Fund application that is due at the end of the month (12/31/21) and I was hoping you might be able to clarify a question for us.We were reviewing (2020) last year’s questions and (2021) this year’s questions and it seems that in the beneficiary demographics section you have asked for numbers for 2020 and 2021 again, and same with the demographic breakdown sections, is this intentional or are you looking for 2021 and 2022 (estimated) numbers? Just wanted to be sure because it seems that this might have accidentally carried over from (2020) last year’s proposal.
Hello, since today I have problems with the Creative Cloud. It doesn't start properly, it's always "Creative Cloud is loading" and nothing happens. After a few minutes, it disconnects and when I restart, the same happens over and over again. Until now, I -> restarted my PC-> repaired the CC with the CC Uninstaller-> uninstalled the CC with the CC Uninstaller-> installed the CC new-> switched the Network-> deleted everything with the Cleaner Tool-> deactivated the firewall-> installed the CC again after cleaning-> installed and run the program in Administration-Mode-> install it on my Laptop-> cleared the actual sessions in my account-> checked the Serverstatus, perhaps it's Adobes fault (?) Nothing worked. I'm a bit frustrated.Yesterday it worked fine without any problems...
I just purchased a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) running Big Sur. When it started up it prompted me to transfer everything on my old MacBook Pro to the new one. This, though I didn't realize it, included the Creative Cloud app and all Adobe Apps I had on my old laptop. I thought it was only going to transfer my files. Now I can't get Creative Cloud to work on the new laptop. It froze immediately on opening. I tried repairing Creative Cloud. I uninstalled and re-installed Creative Cloud. The installation said it was successful, but when I opened it, it froze again. This time on the pop-up about Welcome to Creative Cloud. I click the blue OK button to dismiss the pop-up and nothing happens. It's completely stuck. I have to use force quit to close the program. Any suggestions would be super appreciated. Thank you.
Has anyone else experienced a sudden loss of whole folders and hundreds of files? A friend said it is due to some 20% 27% thing and I will have to rename each of the hundreds of files to fix it. Thats if I can find them. All help gratefully accepted.
Can't find a clear place where these files are supposed to go. I was trying to disable this by putting the file in my trash bin, and now I need to put it back where it goes to disable this BS. A lot of these adobe programs running in the background are causing major problems on a brand new macbook. Absolutely unneccessary simply to run photoshop and illustrator.
Hi guys, I don't seem to find an email for Adobe anywhere. Can someone help? Cheers,Vinny
I see that CloudSync has sync'd 1.3Gb of files. How can I see "what" it is syncing? I don't have anything that I know of synced to Adobe. If it's actually pulling files, it's doing it without me knowing about it. I hae Lightroom Classic, Bridge and Photoshop installed locally, but don't remember EVER saying Adobe could sync anything. Steve
Hi,My creative cloud app says that I am over my storage limit by 46mb. I don't have any creative cloud files on there, and I have only installed the apps that were included in my package. Does anyone know what could be using up the space? Or how can I find out?
how can i become a contributor in adobe creative cloud?
Hello all! I've looked around and couldn't find any solution to this. At my current workplace we aim to keep everything available online at all times, and since Adobe has the Creative Cloud services for it I hoped to keep it synced as not to lose client work. The thing is: even after reinstalling it, changing the default folder and restarting the entire sync multiple times in the last year, Creative Cloud still gives me an error (Failed to Sync) without details about what happened. I haven't been able to check even which file is causing this issue. Is there any way to 1) check where has the sync failed and/or 2) force-resync from my desktop to the web (I'm 100% sure the desktop files are more recent so it would be better to remove the current ones from the cloud and reupload everything)? Thanks in advance!
Thanks to the forum I was finally able to confirm that my files I uploaded were on the cloud ( at least I think based on storage usage). However I have a question. Are the files duplicated in the director Creative Cloud Files on my hard drive? If I delete one of the files on the hardrive will it be removed from the cloud or should I go to the 'cloud' and delete them there?
Seems silly - at least to me - that Adobe hasn't updated CC Instealler to Universal for M1 Macs It can't be that tough, can it?
I've just migrated a 2015 Macbook Pro to a 2021 Macbook Pro 16" with the new M1 Max chip. There are currently 2 issues i'm experiencing. 1 is that non of my adobe fonts are synching which means I cannot do my job. Also Xd will not let me open a document. What should I do to synch this and optimise my laptop?
Ever since I upgraded to MacOS Big Sur, I've encountered an issue when starting up my computer that the CPU load is at 100% and the fans are running at maximum speed. The Activity Monitor shows that the culprit are two Adobe CC-related processes, something called CCXProcess and CCLibrary. The only way to stop this is to Force Quit the processes otherwise the CPU load and overheating will continue as long as my laptop is on. Is this a known issue and is there any fix yet?
