i have issue with creative cloud after install windows 11. i get this

Using a MacBook Pro M1 -- I am unable to sync files to Adobe Cloud Storage.  I have installed the Cloud Desktop version that is M1 friendly, but when I click on the cloud icon, Creative Cloud Desktop just says "Getting storage information..." with an empty progress bar.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,Does anyone know why the file sync won't work? I restarted the app but it still shows such an error.I am using Macbook Pro 16' 2021.Thanks! 

I haven't gotten the creative cloud services app to open on my iPad Air 2 even after the latest updates. I'm on OS15 and the app just updated. It opens to loading screen and then crashes, never fully loading the app.

Please help me, I have 400 over psd in there for a movie and I transfer over to another folder but it moved only. So i cltl+z and it failed to sync suddenly. All the files is gone. What can I do...

Hello all,Three to two days ago I experienced a problem with my behance account. All my projects became private automatically. I will show screenshots for quick understanding.I usually use Microsoft Edge and I behance signed there. This has never happened before. I don't understand why this is happening suddenly. I also tried editing the project and creating new projects. However, there was no gain! Verified both my mail and phone number. I have added below that.  I contacted Behance's support, but got no response.The only way is to submit a request. Hi folks,  i have an issue with signing3 into my company  account on Samsung tablet.I can't log in or download  Pro, Same login  issue with CC.Never  had this problem  before.Also activated  font doesn't appear  in dropdown list.

I have accidently deleted the Creative Cloud app from my desk top tool bar. How do I get it back please.

Few minutes ago i took out my previous old C drive and I open the premiere pro app to see if anything was from the old c drive i didnt backup, they ask me to log into adobe cloud. So I closed the pc and plug back old c drive. I opened premiere pro, they ask me to log in again. So i open the projects and I see that i couldnt access media encoder anymore... I check creative cloud and they say i didnt install any apps... so I try checking prefererence to check if installed version is correct. It is. I try deleting opm.db but cannot work. What should I do? Sorry to bother

So I been running into this strange problum when I open up any adobe software and use it for a bit then close it all. It laggs imput to other programs lik its sucking my bandwith in the background it even lags my youtube and games. And the only way to Fix it I have noticed is by restarting my pc. But only happens with adobe suite after I used it for a bit then closed it all down.I monterd ram ussage thats fine.I have factory reset my pc it still lags media play back and input.I tryed everything from reseting drivers and unplugging KBM and so on.I dont know whats going on just lags out my hole pc after I close all Adobi softwere

I noticed that I am unable to cut and paste from within fields. I copied a hex color code from an application and went to paste it into the color picker hex. Paste is greyed out. Worked last week.

Bonjour, J'ai souscris il y a 2 mois de cela à l'offre étudiante de Creative Cloud.La première transaction s'était passée sans aucune complication.Seulement il est impossible pour moi de comprendre ce qui se passe pour ma deuxième transaction.En consultant mon compte, je peux accéder à ma facture de novembre où l'on m'affirme que le paiement bien été fait, cependant  impossible d'utiliser une seule des plateformes sans qu'un pop-up n'apparaisse, pour prevenant que je n'aurais plus accès à mes applications, car je n'aurais soi-disant pas payé. J'ai rententé plusieurs fois de procéder au paiement, mais rien n'y fait, le problème persiste et cela devient pénible. Est-ce que l'on pourrait m'aider, d'autant plus que j'utilise enormement CC et qu'il nest pas facile de joindre le service client ?

hello. help me I can't log in to behance. there is an account of abob creative cloud, but when I try to log in to behance, they write either " your mail is banned" or entry is not carried out at all. help me plese.

There are at least 10 processes from CC cloud that automatically start every time I turn on or restart my Mac. Even when CC is not started on start up, this happens and I simply cannot turn it off unless I enter some command in terminal or go into ActivityMonitor and turn them off one-by-one.C'mon there has got to be another way?

Hi Guys  I had a Photography plan, a premiere pro plan and a after effects plan all billed anualy but paid monthly. I decided to upgrade to all creatice clouds apps so I went into my premiere and changed the plan. I still see I have the photography plan and the after affects plan + all creative clouds apps.  Does this mean Adobe will still charge me for the photography plan and after affects plan individually?  Any support would be really appreciated. Thanks

Wollte stattdessen aber ein neues Abo abschließen (Cloud-Abo Studenten für 15,47 Euro) Kann dies aber nun nicht abschließen da ich mich noch im alten Abo befinde. Wie kann ich fortfahren um das Angebot bis zum 26.11.21 noch zu nutzen?Melanie

I turned on my computer this morning and went to get to work, but the creative cloud folder that is normally in my Finder was gone! I looked in the menu bar and saw that Creative Cloud was dulled out. I clicked on it and it said something like "you have been logged out...log in again to use Adobe apps." I clicked log in and a spinning wheel went for a while, then the screen just went blank white. I looked under MacintoshHD>Users>CreativeCloud, and my files were there, but they are versions from last year! Where are my files. Please help. Why won't CC open?

Hi, my Mac started totally overheating after I upgraded to MacOS Catalina when using, or for that matter not using, Adobe Apps. After checking in the Activity Monitor, I see that *CCXProcess* and *Core Sync* (both with the cloud app icon) are each using 80 Energy Impact. If I quit these in the Activity Monitor, the fans calm down. I tried to tell the Cloud App not to start at login, not stop file sync and other suggestions I have read in Adobe forums, but these apps still show up in the Activity Monitor.Anyway even if I crash them and the fans slow down, the minute I start using an Adobe application, they get active again, and the fans are overheating again. Is anybody experiencing a similar problem and have a solution?
