I am trying to sign in to my Adobe account on my new MacBook, so I can download Adobe audition. I am receiving a grey prohibitive symbol (seen attached picture), and therefore, am unable to sign in. Please help! Thanks.
I have a site with adobe portfolio, perfectly synchronized with images from LRclassic. GREATNow:When I click on the images, they jump to full screen on my imac 27inch screen. Now there is one page where I don't want that, where I want to limit the opened images in size to eg 5x2inch - how to do this?If I crop an image in LR to 5x2inch, I still get it full screen when I click on it (of course with poor quality) , but not at 5x2inch
scusate ma perchè quando apro l'app crearive cloud nel dekstop, continua a connettersi e disconnettersi da solo alla rete internet nonostante io sia connesso?
New laptop, new install of Adobe CC. All apps up to date. CC indicates "Some files failed to sync" however not a single file of my 78GB syncs locally. Yes, I can see my files at assets.adobe.com. Yes, I have deleted any files in the Deleted folder on the web. Yes, I have tried restarted, signing out/in of Adobe CC, cleared cache and temp files. Yes, I tried pausing/restarting the sync. Adobe techs have remoted into my computer several times and have been unhelpful. What can I do? It has been months and I am paying for this poor service/product. As a test, I added a folder with brushes to the root of the Cloud Cloud Files folder and they do not sync up to the assets.adobe.com.
[Mod: Moved to the Creative Cloud Services forum]
My storage was full and, my file cannot be permanently deleted. it always appears "Cannot delete assets permanently because someone has restored them", why did it happen? Is thare another way to delete my file permanently? Thanks
I moved the CC files folder (Using CC app) to another drive, that works fine However the files shortcut in the side bar is now defunct and goes no where. How do I fix it? I tried unPinccf registry entry from adobe, this did nothing its still there.
Hello! Two months ago, after updating Photoshop (22.4.3), Illustrator (25.3.1) and InDesign (16.3.2) every time that I turned on my Macbook Pro 16 (2019, 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 16 GB) it started working very hard - the fans were very noisy. This made me check the Activity Monitor and I found that an App called CCX Process and another one called CC Library were using almost 100% of my CPU. Once I tried opening Photoshop the problem became worse. My Macbook was so hot and loud that I could not work.Once I killed those two Apps, and worked with Photoshop, for some time there was no problem, but after a while those two Apps showed up again in the Activity Monitor.I tried deleting them but they appeared again. So, I finally uninstalled Adobe Creative Desktop App along with Adobe Creative Experience (which included CCX Process and CC Library). However, this is not a viable solution, since I am not able to install the available updates and work properly, taking advantage of all the benef
No matter what I do adobe doesn't stay disable any adobe products from launching at startup. I've tried:Creative Cloud Settings (everything is disabled)Task ManagerServices Boot and diabled all adobe productsStartup TapDetails Tap and Ended Processes Tree-but when I restart my computer all Adobe apps load like Creative Cloud, CCL, CCXP, Core Sync, 2 Creative Cloud Helper, AIPCB, Notification Manager for ACC.
i get the error permission may be required when i click on the fonts button after upgrading to the new creative cloud. and it takes me to the webpage where i have to login to the account. I wonder if there is something with the enterprise licensing we are using that would allow me to do this?
Hi, long time user of Adobe products... started w Photoshop in 1997 and Illustrator in 1999. Have used them for 20 years in my capacity as a UX Designer. In the last few years things have gotten... very hard. The reason is the Creative Cloud app and the Genuine software authentication processes running in the background and taking up to 30%... 40% of my laptop's resources. To be clear, my laptop is a beast of a Dell. It has a powerful, multi-core chip, a good video card, and 32GB of RAM. It can handle running many powerful programs at the same time with no issues. Until the CC suite is installed. Then my fan starts whirring like a hair dryer and never, ever stops. If I look at the Resource Manager it is ALWAYS the Adobe Genuine Software Auth service or a host of other related background services that are what is using all my computer's resources. it's NEVER, EVER any other process. ALWAYS Adobe.I've been asking about this and complaing for about 3 years now and in that time
Hi. My old computer has recently broken, and I'm attempting to log back into adobe creative cloud through my school. I've been trying to get it to work for the whole day, and I've deduced that when I get to the screen (picture included), there is no prompt to enter my password. If I click continue, it will act as if installation goes on normally, but will fail whenever I try to go enter creative cloud, saying "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html." I have used the cleaner tool to manually remove the system, and have reinstalled creative cloud. There is physically no text box that is there that I can click, or enter anything into.
Help! I was storing my files on the cloud, but after speaking with an Adobe support specialist, they explained to me that much of the data is not actually fully on the cloud, and many of my file information (Photoshop) is stored on my local drive also. I have since moved all my files off the cloud onto an external hard drive. I am constantly full on CPU and data on my hard drive, and using TreeSize, I found that I have almost 17 gigs of data with this AppData Roaming CoreSync folder. What the heck is in here and can I get rid of any of this data? Or at least stop it syncing without losing any of my library data (colors and color themes mostly).
ADOBE SUPPORT CHAT IS COMPLETELY USELESS.
boujour, quand j'ouvre creative cloud desktop le chargement ce fait a l'infini et il met impossible de faire quoi que ce soit, meme en relancant l'application ou en redemarrant mon ordinateur, que puis-je faire ?

Hello, CC version is 5.5.0.619Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2 I tried to relocate my Creative Cloud Folder on an external Hard Drive to save some space on Macintosh HD1. Relocation failed at some point, and it is impossible to know why/where/when as no feedback is provided.2. As relocation failed, default folder location (/Users/UserName) is automaticaly reset in Creative Cloud interface. Fine.If I press Resume Synch (in french "Reprendre la Synchronisation"), as the folder is set to default, it will automatically resume synch on the Macintosh HD's folder, right ? No. Not only it doesn't seem to resume syncing, while actually it is, but in the external Hard Drive, where it creates a second folder. 3. It seems not working, as the button in the Creative Cloud interface didn't change its face, but ditto task (in Activity Monitor) is running in background ! (know more about ditto https://ss64.com/osx/ditto.html)4. I try to quit Creative Cloud App, but&nbs
I paused the file sync for a few days and now it won't resume. I've tried a number of things including the suggestions in Adobe, but it doesn't work, what else to make it work?Per the suggestion in the sync panel itself I went here and tried stopping the processes and restarted. Also tried and then logged out/in, and restarted.Tried deleting the Sync database files in the user Library / App Support / Adobe / CoreSyncTried Pausing and resuming many times.Removed the whole CoreSync folder to force it recreate everything… After some trying I'm getting the same error over and over.It tries, says "Files synced: n of X files", then throws the error, and stays like that. Eventually it will retry and restart the cycle over and over.I'm using a Mac with Mojave 10.14.6, everything up to date. I have a teams license.
I am trying to upload videos from an SD card to the Creative Cloud desktop app which I believe is supposed to allow uploads of files of up to 5GB. I am only trying one video at a time of less than 5GB but I keep getting a message saying that my file is "over the maximum size (1GB)". Everywhere I look says that the limit should be 5GB for the app so I am confused and was wondering if anyone knows why this might be and how I might get round it. Thank you
I don't want two profiles on my Mac but for some reason this morning when I logged in I now have a Business Account and a Personal Account. One has InDesign, the other Photoshop so it is impossible now for me to use them at the same time. Help!!!I have two subscriptions because I currently pay for my sons Macbook, not sure if this is the reason it's changed.
10:02amAs most people know, updating Adobe apps via Creative Cloud Desktop chews up almost all available bandwidth.I work from home due to Covid. I live in regional Australia where our broadband network is not good, but adequate for every other use besides updating Adobe apps. However, updates for every single other program and app download at reasonably sane, shareable bandwidth speeds.Adobe apps chew up all the bandwidth and make getting on with other online work while they are updating literally impossible. Why doesn't the update process allow bandwith sharing??? Does Adobe think they're more important than anything else the user might be doing? Do they think we only update with there's nothing else to do? Surely Adbobe's programmers can work out this simple fix? When I receive files created on a later update, I have no choice. I have to sit and twiddle my thumbs. Often for an hour or more at a time. It's utterly unproductive and frustrating. Others in the household cannot use the int
I am looking for help concerning a problem I have with having to log in to Creative Cloud every time I want to use an application. This problem has only appeared in the last few days prior to which I was able to use Adobe applications offline. I have the latest vesrsion of Creative Cloud, all of the apps I use are up to date and I am running Windows 10 Pro. I would very much appreciate some current solutions to this issue.
The Creative Cloud app doesn't start on my Macbook Air M1 processor.I have re-installed it and it worked once. But not anymore.
