Creative Cloud Services

Hi Adobe Community Folks,My team has several of our art and color repositories saved as Creative Cloud Libraries which we share within our team and with outside vendors and partners as needed.I recently shared our icon library with an outside partner who's working on a project with us.However, when he clicked on the link and joined the library, the icons he's seeing are not the icons in my team's library.This is troubling as my team uses Creative Cloud Libraries extensively and I need to be able to trust that the library I share is the library that the recipient is seeing.I'm attaching a file named "What_I_Shared.png" and another named "What_The_Partner_Is_Seeing.png" to illustrate.One more odd thing that I noticed, when I click on my Icon Library in Adobe Creative Cloud, it shows that the partner's invitation is still "pending". But the partner told me they clicked on the invite link and joined the library, but they're seeing a different set of icons from the icons in my library.Any i

On latest Creative Cloud update, when I click on 'Manage Fonts' it does nothing.All other buttons seem to work fine.Font activation in InDesign 16.3.2  didn't seem to work smoothly and I had only 1 to update/activate. I had to go to Adobe Fonts website in order to activate. iMac 10.15.6 (19G73)Creative Cloud 5.5.0.619

Why is it not possible to move multiple files at once into a folder from the desktop or iOS versions of photoshop/creative cloud? It only allows me to move one at a time which is frustrating. Why also is it only possible to download 10 PSD files from cloud documents at once? I have folders full of dozens of PSDs created in iOS while travelling and now I want to make them all available from my mac hard drive but can only download them in batches of ten which seems a silly limitation.

Ok, I don't know what happen but I use to drags my graphics or right click placed link into my artboard, and the graphic was the same on my library and on my artboard.Now, when I do exactly the same procedure, all the white color of the object of my library turn to transparent in on my artboard.I don't know if it's a new feature or a setting but I would gladly go back to the way it was. If I wan't something transparent in my graphics, I'll make them transparent.If someone has some kind of go around, but I can't change the white to another tone, since it will be print so the white will be paper color.

I bought adobe photoshop a little bit into May with a subsciption for $20/month and even though on my page it says I have no subsciption I am still getting billed every month. I've only noticed this a few days ago and found out I got billed 2 times more than I should have. 

I need to buy a laptop for an out of home graphics project and I would like advice on whether I need 16 or 32GB of RAM. I'm a MAC user at home, so want to stay with MAC and am looking at a pretty decked-out used 2019 16" MacBook Pro 2.3GHz i9 8-Core/32GB RAM/2TB Flash/5500M 8GB. On Ebay they are selling at around $2,600, but if I drop to 16gb and 1TB flash drive I can save almost a grand. Thoughts? Thanks!Clay

Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http: //www. adobe. com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.Quit   Repair I've reinstalled Creative Cloud 5 times and Have clicked on repair but the error keeps appearing. 

Hello,I have a serious problem, and the tech support staff won't help me because I have older versions of the programs because I have Windows 7.  I have Premiere Pro 2018, and everything was working correctly until my computer needed a new motherboard.  When my computer was returned to me, Adobe Creative Cloud couldn't connect to servers, so I had to use the trial version of Premiere Pro to complete my work.  Now the trial has expired, Premiere Pro can't verify my subscription, and today Creative Cloud won't even launch.  I need to fix this ASAP, and like I said above the tech support staff won't help so please don't tell me to contact them again.

Hi Team, I am recently working on converting PDF forms develped in  AEM designer to make them HTML5 Compatible. However i am facing issues with the Floating fields.It seems that the values are getting properly assigned to the varibales but they are not getting displayed on the form. The same is working with the PDF version but is not working with the HTML5 form.Can someone please guide me through this issue as i am not able to find any solutions for the problem. Thank You 

Hello! I need to delete files from my creative cloud on one computer but need them to stay on the other. How can I delete these while making sure they stay on the other?

Since 2 days I can't log into the cloud. From one day to another I just don't have any access anymore withiut doing anything.I tried many solutions suggested on the internet but nothing worked. Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with the Web Creative Cloud. When files are being downloaded, there are weird characters appearing in the file name instead of spaces. For example, is the name of the document is "Report File" it will display as "Report%20File". It's really time consuming to change all the file names back. Is this something I can fix? Thanks!

As per subject line having troubles getting clear language of which Adobe app is best for creating lead magnets.  my document will be 9 pages in length and will have graphics and text through out the document.thanks

Hello everyone,I'm trying to change the layout of my Adobe Portfolio website (Thomas theme) so that two columns appear next to each other. Although that seems to work, I still can't find a way to change the height of these columns. I know that it is possible with this theme, because I've seen it on somebody else’s portfolio. I would like the images to have an aspect ratio of approximately 16:9. See the two images added below to get a better understanding of what I'm trying to do: Thank you for helping out!

If you cannot fix the long file name issue with your system, at least give us a method to remove the file from our computers or to rename the file so we can open it. I can't do either at the moment.  

I work with Lightroom and Photoshop. I currently have 145 images that I'm editing and it says my 20GB plan is full and I must upgrade. When I login to CC on my browser, it shows 0 files. When I open LR on my desktop, it shows the 145 images. There's no way that 145 images are taking up 20GB. When I contacted support they screen shared and found nothing wrong, just told me to upgrade or use LRC and not the cloud. That's not acceptable. There has to be an explanation.

Hi, I just got a new iMac today and I backup up my MacBook pro and installed everything on my new computer. I tried using Illuastrator but I cannot activate any fonts and I believe it is because it isn't connected to the creative cloud. I have updated the software and Illustrator. I have restarted my computer,Illustrator and I have signed out of Creative Cloud and signed back in and nothing works. I have also disconnected the wifi and reconnected. No success. What can I do next?

Hallo User, ich habe das Problem das ich keinen zugriff auf meine Cloud habe. Es wird der Fehler 505 angezeigt. Ich dachte die ganze Zeit das es an meinem Laptop liegen könnte. Nun habe ich kein Adobe Crative Cloud mehr auf dem Laptop. Auch wenn ich über das Internet zu Adobe gehe wird mir nichts angezeigt. Hi everyone, I've been having some difficulty with my sync folder and I'm not the best with technology. Basically, when I first subscribed to Adobe in 2018 for photography, I very foolishly added all of my photos to the creative cloud sync folder, including my very large original RAW files. Obviously, I very quickly ran out of space on the cloud and on my MacBook. I purchased an external hard drive and followed the steps to successfully move my creative cloud folder from my MacBook to my external hard drive. In a further effort to save cloud space, I moved all of my original RAW files out of the creative cloud folder and into its own separate non sync folder on the hard drive. The only thing that should remain, that I didn't remove, are my edits.  However, when I go back to check my status on the resyncing of my creative cloud folder (since it's now in a new location) it's still trying to sync ALL my photos, even the original RAW files I moved out. It's a pretty big fold

How do I delete the local files without losing cloud files?

font originale non disponibile, al posto viene un altra. Devo cambiare il doc intero perche helvetica non l'accetta...io ho pagato 20 euro, per farmi dirmi che non riconosce la font originale dunque devo scrivermi tutto da capo,..con l atra fonte che loro decidono. Uno scandalo davero. Anche sul cellulare, ho questo problema,..non accettanno la fonte del documento,..modificando la struttura e dunque tutto il documento sta sbagliato,..perche si chiama edit se non si puo nemenno scieglere la fonte originale?
