We started using cloud document storage earlier this week and are planning on incorporating it into our workflow for our team. I was preparing some art elements to share among the team, and tried uploading an EPS file. I got a "Filetype(s) not supported - Upload a PSD or AI to try again." Why in the world can I not upload an EPS file?? It doesn't make sense. If we can only upload AI and PSD files than I guess we will be using Dropbox oe Box instead...
Just set up my new iMac. Using the files for creative cloud showing in the finder, I made some adds and subtracts to the files in creative cloud, but I notice those changes have not synced with iPhone & iPad. Did I fail to do something setting up new iMac?
WHAT THE HEL!L!LL!L!L!L!L!L! I am so sick of Adobe! As of today, I am unable to contact support, because "Your organization is part of our managed program and you should contact your administrator for assistance."EXCEPT THAT I PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION and my employer has nothing to do with it except that I use their laptop to access the internet. What gives you the right to move my account without asking me? HELLLOOOOO Now I can't even contact support it won't let me.
Adobe tells me my creative cloud is full but I cannot access it to remove unwanted images
Cloud sucks my computer dry of all cpu. I delete it over and over and it comes back to life like a cockroach. I should be doing homework. But I have a presentation tomorrow and I'm more worried that my computer will crap out while I'm sharing my screen because creative cloud is taking up every inch of life my computer has.
I have looked into the preferences of every Adobe app I have installed on my PC. But no matter what, Adobe wants to have this "Adobe" folder placed in my Documents folder with all sorts of rubbish inside it. I like a clean and organized Documents folder, esp. since it's a OneDrive syncd folder. I don't like overly agressive and oppressive software messing around inside. Adobe, you have GOT to stop taking over user's computers without giving configuration options!! You don't let us say "no desktop shortcuts" when you install, you don't let us move your trash folders to different locations. Adobe: YOU DON'T OWN US! We keep you in business by paying your horribly high prices. How do I move that horrible Adobe folder out of the OneDrive sync'd Documents folder and put it someplace else? A LOT of people are asking and complaining about this; you don't seem to provide a clear or thoughtful answer. Why don't you take this seriously, Ad
Hi everyone, I have a problem. I am a user who works on mac. On my MacBook Pro I would like to relocate the "Creative Cloud Files" folder by moving it to an external SSD drive. I set the new position correctly from the settings. The app says it will move the content and that until then the sync will be paused. OK. At some point an error message appears: Unable to create Creative Cloud File folder in Volumes / etc. I have tried formatting the drive in several ways but I realized that this is not the problem. I can't find a solution and my local drive ran out of space. Do you have any ideas? There is a way to manually copy the files to the new destination and then "forcibly" comunicate the new destination in some hidden line in the system files? Warning: this folder is already shared with 3 other computers and therefore I cannot empty it. Thanks to anyone who will find a solution. I have done this several times with the same result.
The above notoification keeps popping up in my Windows 10 notifications (right side screen) multiple times every day. How can I turn this off? I tried deactivating that font in the Creative Cloud app using Manage Fonts, but it keeps re-enabling itself.
Hi there, I have uninstalled Creative Cloud from my macbook, however I can't remove the ACCFinderBundleLoader app; when I click and hold no "x" appears to delete it and when I try to drag it to the bin it bounces back to its spot. How can I remove this from my mac book please?
I faced an issue suddenly I was designing a logo for one of my clientsBut now Adobe is creating problemsWhat needs to do?

For the past six months I've been saving all of my graphic design working files to the synced "Creative Cloud Files" folder in Finder (using Mac OS), so I have literally hundreds, if not thousands of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign files on my computer. Is there a way to batch transfer them into Cloud Storage? Or do I have to move them one by one and create an entirely new folder system? (Please tell me it's not option B...) Thanks in advance
Hi all, been using the Creative Cloud Files for a number of years now to share files between different companies. Lately there is a problem I can't seem to solve. A few files keep re appearing in one of the shared folders. I have deleted them several times, both in finder as in the online envirement with the "delete permanently" option wich should get rid of the files for good. But every so many days they keep re appearing during synchronisation. Is there a way to find out where these files come from? A log file maybe? Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
Adobe CoreSync is running tens of processes on my MacBook Air (M1) running macOS Big Sur v. 11.3.1. I have disabled auto-update and disabled cloud synchronization. Removed CoreSync from startup. Rebooted my computer. No matter what I do, CoreSync keeps stealing resources and getting listed as the #1 most battery-draining application. It seems to happen all the time, even when I have not used any Adobe-programs. Is there a way to install Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat without using CC? Is there a way to disable CoreSync? Unfortunately we have to stop using Adobe products if this cannot be resolved.
Hello, I don't want to save my data on the cloud, but it is still saved even though I have deactivated synchronization. How do I finally turn off syncing / storage on the cloud?I ask for help. Many Thanks.
Hi There, I cant see my synced documents or files on my desktop creative cloud app but I can see them on the identical web browser app. I have tried re installing and signing in and out. Please help thanksY
Hello,I found a typo in the Dutch version of Creative Cloud Desktop, 1 L too many...
Hi, Does anyone know why I have to pay 90 USD to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription? And why it is impossible to contact this company? I've searched the website and there is no way to get in touch with a real person, I keep ending up in a loop on the website and it keeps recommending me to post in the community instead.
How do I edit a document?
For the tenth time creative cloud does not sync my files. I have claimed it several times, they solve the momentary problem and then the problem appears again.
I purchased two Adobe Suite licenses for my two remote editors and now they want to buy their own licenses. I asked them to ensure that all my files are in the cloud. (I don't have my own licensed software.) How can I access these files so I can download onto other storage medium? We're talking 100GB or more. Thank you. I want to use creative cloud to backup my computer in case something happens however in the middle of the backup I relized the files were being saved locally. I was wondering if there was any way I can stop the files from being saved locally with them still being accessible in the file explorer. If there isn't is there any way I can still move files from my C: drive through command prompt/ .BAT files?
I am a beginer!! I have a photo taken with no flash. Its completely dark but u can see silouettes. Where do i begin to bring up the images.
I've been around forever, but I think my neurones are giving up. I use Adobe Acrobat DC on a daily basis, but now I am being asked to edit family/friends photographs to include things like spot fixing where the photo has deteriorated over time behind glass/plastic.So of all Adobe's evolving range of software and applications which would be best for photo-touching up please. I really do not want to buy in to the whole range.Thank you for reading and hopefully, answering my question. Sincerely, Peter Bsd
