To Adobe Engineers, Good evening.I had some problems on syncing the Adobe Creative Cloud with my account. It automatically singned me out, all the time. So, i couldn't work on my Adobe's Apps(Photoshop, xD), and also i couldn't uninstall anything from the app! Unfortunatelly, but as the only solution, I uninstalled the Adobe Creative Cloud directly from the Windows Setting, and now, I am trying to unistall everything from Adobe's files(apps) from the Windows App Settings but it shows a message saying that the uninstallation file is missing(uninstaller.exe), from all the Apps! Please inform me how i can uninstall all Adobe Apps as soon as possible! Connecting in such a way an App(Creative Cloud) with the other apps is a bad mistake! Regards,
We had a one day internet outage. Not even 16 hours into this even my Adobe applications started to shut down accusing me of not having a valid license. This is unacceptable and as a long standing customer I feel insulted. Adobe, I am asking for more respect towards your customers!
I'm working with the Adobe CC Libraries APIs, the issue is traying to get the elements of an a Library using: {{baseUrl}}/api/v1/libraries/:libraryId/elements/:elementId?selector=default I received this error: { "message": "USSLibrary.getLibrary(): Library not found.", "status": 404 } The only way to have access to the library is using the parameter libraryVersion, the api is don't taking the last version as is expected, ex: {{baseUrl}}/api/v1/libraries/:libraryId?libraryVersion=6
I'm a student and heavily use the creative cloud across two computer and have sycned files. During this past update for 2021 I came to realize that all my files were deleted. Bad habit to back up files every 6 months but that is what and all the files I have made in the past 4 months are gone, and I have no way to recover them. (I did npt delete them and when a new update come around I always set my prefence to 'keep all preferences and files'). Has anyone else had this issue?
I know it's almost a year since this issue happened, but I'm not experiencing the exact same issues. Suprisingly, my Microsoft Store works properly, but CC doesn't work. I even reinstalled Windows 10 using a completely new installation (not my previous system image), but the problem is still here. Even worse, I can't even install CC now. How did you solve the issue?
My CC desktop app has the file syncing spinning for a day with no updates or changes. I tried the PC and re-launching the desktop app and it has been doing the same thing. Just a constant spin with no updates and no changes in my shared folder. I have been collaborating with other members of my work team through here for 2 weeks now and this issue started yesterday morning. Thank you for your help!
Does iOS app support backgrounds? How do I find them?So I opened one of the templates, that used background (free moving) and when I clicked “replace” it opened the background library (see screenshot)But when I create a new post, I don’t have access to the background library.Does anyone have access to backgrounds or design elements on iOS app?I cant wait until we do! I mostly use spark on my iPad Pro.I checked, and my app is updated. I am subscribed to all Adobe products.
Hi all,I cannot/don't want/don't need to install cloud services on one PC and I'd like to have a local only installation (whereas on the other PC I wanto to keep the standard cloud based installation). Provided that CC can check for my subscription whenever it is necessary via web, I'd like not to install (or selectively uninstall) cloud services. I don't want just to stop or pause synch, I do not want the service to be installed (security policy and issues). Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.
Adobe CC installed and activated, all applications in use work as expected. However, whenever my computer wakes from sleep, the Adobe CC icon in the menu bar shows an error alert (red exclamation point) and the app when opened reports "Unable to reach Adobe servers". When I click "retry" it immediately connects and the alert clears. It's not a problem per se but it's certainly annoying that CC is reporting a problem repeatedly. I can't understand what would cause this - why is the app unable to contact servers until I tell it to try again? No change in network access, just waking the computer from sleep. macOS 11.2.3
When I log in into my Adobe account, everything works, however when I want to download apps that I have purchased, they redirect me to Creative Cloud and then when I try to put my email and password it says this:If I try later, nothing changes and I get to the same error. Is there anybody who had the same problem? Any ideas how to fix it?
Hello, I've been experiencing an issue where Core Sync Helper seems to be hogging all the CPU and making my fans go crazy. I'm using a MacBook Pro 2018 running the latest versions of everything (Mac OS 11.1). I have tried this fix, where you delete a bunch of (cache) files, and it had solved it temporarily. A few hours later though, as I was idle, the process Core Sync Helper was running again and using most of the CPU (nearly 100%). Anybody else experience this? For now, the only thing that works is to force quit the process through Activity Monitor, and pause syncing in Creative Cloud. I need to sync however, as I sometimes switch to another computer. Thanks in advance,Greg
Hi thereI'm having continuous issues with Creative Cloud in that it doesn't load properly each time I log into my Mac. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I still have issues with it loading. Once it actually does load, I am unable to do any app installations or updates. Nothing happens when I click on install. Does anyone know what the problem could be?Hazel
its ridiculous to not able to delete whole 'deleted' files that eat up my storage space at once. there are no way to delete this at once. i already backed up my files in 'deleted' folder, and turned off the setting that keeps this garbage files. and its outragious to let user delete this one by one. create a button or someting to delete this at once or let customer supports erase this folder.
I bought a new iMac and a yearly subscription to all Adobe Cloud apps. This was in September 2020. Today in March 2021, I went to open photoshop and it had signed me out of the cloud. I never did that. I tried to contact Adobe and am horrified by lack of real person in customer service to speak to. This is a scam to pay for with no one to actually help!!!!! It took me over an hour and changing of several passwords to find my way back into the Adobe apps. I've used Adobe since 1990 and it was bad then but this is the worst yet. ADOBE!!!!! Give me a working phone number with actual tech help!!!!!!!
I have been runing into a issue with Creative Cloud on the Desktop. I have tried the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool Twice now. The first time I only cleaned creative cloud desktop app, the second time I cleaned all and as I need the progams to work I have now lost programs such as indesign and adobe illustrator. I recieve the error code 0xc0000428 when trying to open the redownloaded creative cloud app. I was wondering if there was another way to install programs without creative cloud.
Simply put my Library panels no longer function, they can still be acessed online through browser. I have reinstalled, repaired and attempted all fixes provided on adobes help page. (also had an Adobe screenshare employee go through all these for me aswell.) If I had to guess this is a issue related to my wifi (router) settings or firewalls as not so long ago I was attempting to open a server through my PC for hosting a Videogame lobby. It may not be the cause but it seems likely and highly suspect, any tips?
Good morning. Since 2 weeks i'm experiencing the following. On startup of my computer (iMac 27 inch, BigSur 11.2.3) The Adobe Creative Cloud gives a message that there is a problem and that is neccesary to download and install the Creative Cloud app. I've been updating the Creative cloud app every day but the message keeps coming back. All apps are up-to-date. What can i do to prevent the message from coming back every single day. ThanksRoger
Danke. LG
A week or two ago my CC student subcription ended. I realized this happened when I tried to log into photoshop and it told me I was using the free version and that I needed to start a free trial or purchase a subcription to use it further. After promptly renewing my subcription, I logged back into photoshop and tried to open a file... only to realize it, along every other CC file I have ever created, was gone from my computer. Not only that, but my files are gone fro my online adobe library as well. I am confused because if I save my files natally they shouldn't just go missing from my conputer, right? Has this happened to anyone else? Are all my files lost forever??
After installing CC there appears a Send as Adobe Document Cloud link. The item sports a (?) link which links to a none existing page http://community.corp.adobe.com/chcservices/services/redirect?u=http://help.adobe.com&p=Acrobat_DC&l=en_US&id=AdobeSendP… Could some tell Adobe that there is a bug ? In the mean time how do I get rid of this nonsense?
I encountered this exact same problem, as all my Creative Cloud files disappeared today. It was months of work and I am extremely frustrated and upset to lose my files. I am also shocked to see so many fellow users had an even bigger loss of files. I already tried everything I read, and unfortunately, none of the lost files were in the recycled bin or deleted folder. I am following Warner's instruction and will send in my log files to SyncForum-Communication@adobe.com The lost files are extremely important to me, and I will need to recover them, and I truly hope you can help me. Thanks, Rena
A few days ago I got logged out of both Creative Cloud and Photoshop. It took a while to log back in because I have 2 adobe accounts, and I first logged in with the wrong account.I know it is the wrong account because there was no monthly plan, and that account's free trail ended. No worries, I logged back in with the correct account. When I did, Photoshop seemed to work as usual at first impression. It is indeed the right account, because it has the monthly plan, and without purchashing Photoshop does not work, yes? When you open Photoshop, the homepage shows your recent files. However, I noticed that these were a week older than my most recent files. Turns out, these files were all recovered files. When I looked into my cloud documents tab, all my cloud documents were gone. I called Adobe Support and they told me to try looking into my Creative Clouds using different methods, all with no luck. The support guy said that I never saved ANY files onto my creative cloud, and that I must
Hi.A message came up on Adobe Creative Cloud stating that there was a problem with the software and it needed to be reinstalled. When I tried doing this, a message came up saying that there was a problem with the installation process and this took me to the troubleshooter page, where it told me the software was not genuine. I am confused because when I purchased Creative Cloud, I got it directly from the Adobe website so I do not see how my Creative Cloud is not genuine. Is anyone able to help me?
I need help. I have a new MBP 2018 and recently Core Sync is hogging resources, turning my Mac into a frying pan. Constantly chewing up 100% CPU on Sctivity monitor and firing up the fans. I have closed all processes, uninstalled CC with the official Uninstaller as per previous answers with this issue. Reinstalled and boom, 100% CPU usage. When I'm not plugged into the main I'm lucky to get 30-45 mins battery time with Core Sync running.Any help would be appreciated.
Creative Suite installed a bunch of auto-running programs like update checkers and core sync. Now that I just found out Core Sync was the culprit hogging the CPU at 100% and draining the battery (this is on OSX) I am looking to disable it altogether — or more precisely, prevent them from running on startup. I'll run the updater manually and don't need to sync stuff to a cloud that don't use. What's the best way to do disable these services?
