Hello, I just purched theupgraded acount for adobe in order to pasword protect my documents however I still does not give me access and says I need to purchase (which I already have). HELP!

In the same way as Google Drive and DropBox it would be helpful to be able to select which folders and files to sync or unsync on demand (especially when they're taking up storage space locally). When I'm finished working on a project with my team (working as a freelancer) I would prefer not to have it taking up storage locally once I move on to the next project. Current behaviour is that you have to sync or unsync EVERYTHING - or am I missing something?? 

Hello in my Cloud Files are only Files from photoshop but not from any other programm.Please help

I have only window os and microsoft office, adobe products on my computer, but the Security warning pops up.It means "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed? [Yes] [No] [View certificate]How can I solve this problem?

For anyone that has like a million copies of "Core Sync helper" after installing creative cloud, and see it running even when not using any Adobe product,use this script to get rid of that garbage: echo "get rid adobe garbage"ps -A | grep Adobe | awk '{print $1}' > core.txtwhile read p; dosudo kill -9 $pdone <core.txt

One of my creative cloud files is behaving very strangely. It keeps moving between folders every second BY ITSELF causing a constant pop up saying the file has been updated. I took a video because it has to be seen to be believed, anyone know what's going on here?

Since yesterday CC has been loading for about a minute then telling me I've been signed out and to sign back in, and it just does this over and over again.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using the cleaner, and I've tried everything that the adobe forum posts on this problem say.The only other thing I can think is resetting my pc but I'd really rather not do that.

Hi, guys! I downloaded Creative Cloud on my M1 Chip Macbook pro, but there were a lot of similar apps that can't be deleted, and I'm afraid if it will compromise my computer's performance, I don't think that's normal, as I've never seen it happen on other computers. 

Just started doing this, tonight.   ... ? for no reason ...  Weirdly suspicious, and ex-annoying."Unable to reach Adobe servers"  (see screencap below)Firewall settings are not changed, and I have no idea what it means about time settings?  And I was able to get the CC window to pop-up for a second and when I clicked on the community it crashed again.Signed in from my browser - to Adobe and their Adobe Creative Cloud "contact" button for support does not work, on their page, either.My account is in good standing.What is best action recommended? macOS Catalina, v10.15.7  Adobe CC Member 4 years approx.

Hi,I have been using the Creative Cloud flawlessly for months now. I used the Creative Cloud folder on my computer for saving all of my documents (so they would sync to the cloud and I would always have them). Whenever I saved I made sure they had the green check mark next to them meaning they synced with the cloud. However, a few days ago my CC folder on my computer vanished, and it wasn't until recently when I realized I just needed to sign back in did it return. When I went into the folder, all of my previous files were GONE! I checked my files online, and none of them appear online. ARE MY FILES GONE???      I had saved many files on that folder that are of the highest importance. Are they gone forever? If so will be VERY disappointed. Just to clarify once again, when I saved the files they all had the checkmark that indicated they were synced with the cloud.

I have Creative Cloud loaded on my work computer at work and work computer at home. I have Fireworks CS6 on both (because it is simpler to use, IMO, than PS) but, more importantly to me, I have Dreamweaver CS6 loaded. I DO NOT want to have to use the new version of DW because (at least the last time I looked) it does not have code hinting, among other things. Adobe wants to force you to use their new coding platform and I don't want to go there. Neither of them will load now because it says my license has expired. All the other apps load okay so I suspect it is because they are CS6. Am I correct? Is there anything I can do to keep my old DW?

Because of repeated requests for me to sign in to any Adobe CC app, plus Activation Limit errors, I spent over an hour today whilst Adobe Tech remotely cleaned my credentials files and reinstalled a fresh copy of Creative Cloud.  Whilst so far this has fixed those issues, I can no longer access my CS6 apps. (see below). Can anyone please advise me how to resolve this.  If I follow the links and online help, it leads me to CC servives, not to AAM issues.   

I am a user who is not going to complain about subscription pricing as long as the solution serves my needs.  Adobe CC has potential, but needs better integration between apps.  I would like to store photos and videos in one place.  I work mainly from the iPad and access files occasionally on the desktop.  Why are files in Premiere Rush not visible Lightroom Mobile?  More importantly, if I could store all my photos and videos in Lightroom CC, why can I not use them in Premiere Rush?

I just got a new work account, instead of my personal, and want to transfer my Lightroom photos to the new one. Is that possible?

Hello. I'm saying goodbye to my Win7 desktop that has Elements 12 on it. When I upgrade to Win10 I won't be able to take Elements 12 with me. Any recommendations on what to upgrade to?My biggest concern is that I want to own the product outright and DO NOT want it to interact with or back up to a cloud. I want both the program and my artwork to exist on my computer and my computer only.I'm happy with the functionality of 12 and not looking for anything too fancy or expensive.What should I look for, and will anything be available as an upgrade or do I just need to start with a fresh purchase?

Hello, I'm moving my work onto Adobe Cloud and would like to keep things organized. However, some of my work has different categorizations. Is there a way to add tags to Adobe Cloud documents or at least create shortcuts that I can put in other folders? Here's an example: I created an image of a flower for a client called Florist. I want the flower to live in a folder called "Florist" but also in a generic folder called "flowers" with other flower artwork I've done in the past. I can't see how to do this without creating a duplicate file of the flower image. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

After an adobe cloud update I saw a lot of new applications on my dashboard. I just want to check if this is normal, or maybe mallware. The new applications on my deshboard are called: Creative cloud helper (twice) , creative cloud desktop app, CC troubleshooter (twice), CCXprocess and Core Sync.  Thanks.
