Hello everyone I am having trouble with the Creative Cloud suite. Every time I open the app I am prompted with a "sign into continue" message (see screen shot). It won't let me sign in it just glitches and even if it did let me sign it it will almost instantly sign me out and promt me with the same message. I cannot uninstall/reinstall because to uninstall the suite I must delete photoshop, premiere, etc... first. I cannot open the suite to delete these apps frist so I am stuck here. I want to reinstall to see if any of my files may be corrupt, but cannot do this. ANy help would be much
I have two Macbook Pros that both have Creative Cloud Files synced to the cloud, and therefore between each other. I'm getting rid of the other Macbook, and it's going to be wiped. Do I need to stop syncing or disconnect from Creative Cloud somehow before doing this? Is there going to be an error in the cloud if one sync location just disappears?
I have been dealing with the issue of my Adobe Apps not showing up when I log into the Desktop Creative Cloud. My company recently merged our accounts over to Enterprise and with that login I get the "Opps Something Went Wrong" message and am left trying to figure out how to add any other apps or update existing apps. When I log in with the old company login I can see everythig but am told I need to start my Trial Versions of the apps. The image attached is the error that I get when Creative Cloud opens. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I got no where using the messenger sevice to contact Adobe. Creatively frustrated in Chicago!
I have download adobe account acces but it is only for mobiles and tablet and I want it for my pc.Thank you
Since I got Big Sur it no longer shows the upload status of my documents in finder and in the dropdown it no longer shows the core sync option. Need a solution! The attachment shows how it was before.
I opened up "Creative Cloud" in the notification area today. I never asked for that thing, but it's forced upon me. Anyway, I browsed around to see what the default settings are, and what do I notice? It's "syncing files" by default. And the default directory is... my user's master dir.I felt a cold sensation on my back. Literally. PLEASE tell me Adobe isn't fetching and archiving all my private files without having told me about it. I'm 99.99% sure that this is NOT the case, because it would be as big a news as Adobe going fully open source and freeware with no ads, but still... that's what it says. There is no indication as to WHAT files are "synced", I was not informed about this in any way, and I have no practical way of finding out. There is zero info about it in the application. So, please tell me what exactly it "syncs" by default. Why does it have my user's home/master dir by default? Is Adobe spying on my entire collection of private, LOCAL files that were never intended to leav
Whenever I load up Adobe Creative Cloud, it will say it's loading, then in around 3 mins later, it will say "You've been signed out." And whenever I click sign in, I am just put back in this loop. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Has somebody here had the same problem?
Hej!I am having a trouble with CC Libraries taking up too much space on my hard drive. I actively use Libraries in my projects. It looks like they take physical space on my hard drive and I am running out of space. I located that "dcx" folder inside of Libraries contains files over 46 GB and I desperatly need that space. Can I delete the LIBS folder or will it mess something up? I know two years ago I found a thread somewhere that told me that i can safely remove a specific folder, because Adobe will automatically regenerate the files it needs, but now i can't seem to remember how i found it. I consider quitting using the Libraries function in the future because this is a problem that keeps recurring. Location looks like this:Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Adobe ▸ Creative Cloud Libraries ▸ LIBS ▸ 0D5960B351E1195C0A490D4D_AdobeID ▸ creative_cloud ▸ dcx
My students and I are using Adobe Spark Post and they cannot see all of the icons in the Icons gallery. One student was only able to see hearts, but nothing else. I can see everything. Any ideas?

Where do I get support for Portfolio? Seems like all previous channels have been shut down. Thanks!
You can see how dark it is as it should be WHITE. Its very hard for me to find it. Is it because I uploaded to Big Sur??? I removed and re-installed too. Hope you can see the screenshot. Thank you Susan [Edited by moderator to remove attached file and embed image so everyone can see it.]
Hi Adobe, it seems this issue still hasn't been fixed after almost 7 years. I'm using a MacBook Pro 16" with 32 GB of RAM and running macOS Big Sur (11.1) with the latest version of Creative Cloud and I have my fans running at full speed and the system reporting that "Core Sync" is using "significant energy" draining my battery from 100% to 5% in less than an hour. I'm only using Chrome, no other apps open at the moment. Please fix this, I don't want to have to uninstall Adobe CC and have to look for alternative apps. Restarting the machine and reinstalling doesn't solve the issue.
Since i upgraded to El Capitan i have very big issues using Creative Cloud! Now i even formatted and installed a fresh OS X El Capitan and still i have this problem! Core Sync Helper is causing Finder to go up to 200% CPU and goes up to 100% CPU itself!Im using a Macbook Pro 15" Retina and the fan's are blowing full power all the time! The fan's seem to get broken by this overload-usage and produce an annoying beep-sound by now which sounds "unhealthy" already. Here is a screenshot from my fresh El Capitan installation:When I close Creative Cloud the problem persists. So I have to terminate Core Sync Helper manually by using the Activity Monitor.I hope to see this fixed very soon. As I can't sync my files as long as Creative Cloud is turned off. But also I cannot let my Macbook work on 300% CPU any longer.
I have already canceled this a while ago, but it's still charging me. When I click cancel plan, this happens ^^.
I purchased this Production package for Adobe programs back in art school around 2012(I think). I had these programs on a MacBook Pro, but it gave out and died last year. I tried to move the programs from my drive for my MacBook onto a Windows/Microsoft laptop, but they couldn't be read or accessed. I also had the creative cloud app for my old laptop, but don't know how to find and gain it for my new one. Is there a way I can find the app and also regain the programs I had on this package? Programs included photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro, flash, and soundbooth to name a few.Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
MBPRO 2016 tbBig Sur 11,1All the apps that I'm using is working, (As far as I know)Even if I'm only installing Creative Clouds and NO APPS it's comingWhat does this mean, and how to get it to dissapear?
I created a Spark video and trimmed individual video files WITHIN Spark that I uploaded to my project. When I was the sole owner of the project my preview looked the way I intended, yet when I invited others to view the preview, those video clips reverted to the original video file and the parts of the video I'd cut were again viewable. Is there a reason this occurred? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Would it be best to trim the video in another video editing program before uploading it to Spark?
I am trying to permanently delete all deleted items but there are 106 files/folders I can't get rid off... I've tried it numerous times but everytime I get a message the files can't be deleted. What's up? I am afraid that in a year or so I won't have any space left because of this. 😉
I tried to contact the customer center again and again, but the conversation is not sent because I typed the entry. What am I supposed to do at times like this?
hi there, For some reason my cloud account is almost full, while the local folder is only half full. I need to find a way to sync these correctly. Thanks
Attempting to update my Create Cloud apps on a spare computer, I get You need to login, followed by the login screen, followed by a browser login window which immediately says "you are now logged in, you can dismiss this window" followed by the login popup again, followed by another browser window, ad infinitum. This started happening right after I installed Adobe Account Access on my iPhone. It also started right after I upgraded the spare machine to iOS Big Sur 11.1. (The first machine I upgraded to 11.1 seemed to go OK, so I thought I was safe.) Complete uninstall followed by attempt to reinstall runs into the same issues. Any remedies?
