Hi! I've tried restoring a few deleted files from my Creative Cloud and I can't find them anywhere. I've refreshed my File list window but they're no where to be found. Is there anywhere else they could have gone?
Problem: Files won't sync to my cloud storage from my Creative Cloud Files folder.File sync is turned on (running version 3.0.3.6), but just get the 2 buttons: open folder/ View on Web and the text: wehn you turn on file sync, it will open your explorer so you can start....etc.I have numerous files and folders in my Creative Cloud Files folder, but none in the cloud.Since I'm away from home more I really need to be able to sync files....worked around this problem for a bit by using dropbox, but rather use my 100GB of adobe CC space.Have contacted adbobe about it, but deleting some log files etc in appdata did not work.I thought it be as simple as just saving my files in the Creative Cloud Files folder and be done with itCan anyone help me (maybe a stupid question....but even these deserve an answer )Thanks in advancefloeby
I create a file in InDesign. Save it by creating a new folder in creative cloud. Work on the file. Save. Make a PDF and send to the client. Client has revisions. The file is gone! When I search finder with the file name it shows that it is exactly where I saved it. I can open it, edit it, save a new version, make a new PDF. But when I navigate in the finder to where is supposed to be it isn't there. It's as if the file lives in the place I put it but it's become invisible unless I search for the file name. I also cannot see it on the creative cloud web. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi,I know the Article with the list what you can do, if CC has Problems syncing. But in my case - the problematic Files (two jpg Images, correct Filenames, under 1mb, not in use,...) don´t even exist. Not on my entire local Disc - not in my entire Cloud. So I want to get rid of this little red Warning Sign on the CC Logo...Is there some sort of Cache, that CC stops trying sync Files, which aren´t there anymore?Restarting didn´t help either...Mac Book Pro - OS Sierra. Thanks for your help!Martin
Hi, I got a 'some files unable to sync' notification and was trying to resolve it by turning off the sync and restarting but accidentally removed the icon from top of my screen. How do I get it back?
Hej,Jag har en större fil som är 6 GB men det går inte att synka. Har 100 GB plats men kan inte överföra ett fil.Snälla jag behöver hjälp!
Certain files in a shared creative cloud folder I share with a team just sync and then give the little triangle error on the file over and over and over and over... I am unable to access the files in that folder and they are not synced with what my team has added from their ends. There are two other people who have access to this file and they do not have this problem. It seems to be just one (and sometimes two) folders within our file and the rest seems ok. We have been using this shared file for over a year and have never encountered this problem until now. I have using the "repair" feature for creative cloud, made sure I am current on all updates, stopped syncing and restarted, etc. and nothing has worked. I am using a MacBook Pro running OS High Sierra. Help!
Hi! I'm using PS CC 2018 (subscription) with Win 7 and I have barely any IT knowledge. My first problem which occurred yesterday when I started PS:I was logged off from PS (Why? How?)No libraries, no tools etc ...I searched the internet for help and in the course of doing so I got a PS screen where it says at the top left:last used:CC filesLR photoscreateopenI double clicked on CC files and PS started to sync the CC files (Don't ask me about the size, I have no idea. Where can I find out?).Okay nice, but now it's running for maybe about 16 hours! Will that sync ever be completed or can I stop it and what do I have to do then? Thanks in advance for any help.
hey my Microsoft surfafe pro has been stolen, all my files I spent months working on haven’t been saved to the cloud, although I updated the software and i thought that they should have been on the cloud. Is there anyway of recovering my work or has it all completely gone? Thanks for the help
Hello,I bought a monthly Lightroom CC subscription and I did not understand that every pictue that I imported into this Lightroom would be uploaded (I don't want this to happen). Seeing this, I paused the synchronisation in Lightroom and then uninstalled the whole thing and cancelled my subscription (i'll buy the standard Lightroom). Now here's the problem, in the Adobe Creative Cloud Assets, I can't find any of my files (in any of the filters) but the storage capacity is 3.8Go/2Go (bottom left)...so my files are uploaded but I can't access nor delete it...anyone can help ?
I have CC installed on two computers (one at work and the other at home for those awesome work-from-home days) and discovered about a week ago that the CC directory isn't updating on my second machine. I thought it might be a cloud storage issue, so I tried clearing out projects that aren't being worked on anymore as well as removing the "deleted" CC files on the web page but still no luck. I also tried changing my CC directory but only one directory managed to download and all of the directories contained within were empty.I've seen that I'm not the only one with this issue...has there been any solutions? I've read that uninstalling would help?
Hi there, I am continuously experiencing issues when syncing files on my iMac via the Adobe Creative Cloud app. This is so frustrating as the app won't sync files for hours. I've tried everything from logging out than back in, quitting the app and restarting, repairing the app via the Uninstaller, logging out from my iMac's account than back in, but it has never worked. Once I was forced to uninstall the app and then downloading it back again, but then I had to download every single app from Creative Cloud. This is really bad as I can't work files shared in that folder.Help is appreciated, thanks!
I‘m having a LOT of difficulty uploading videos from my iPad app....I’ve updated the app and uploaded similar videos before via the same network...I want to see what’s uploading and the option to either pause it and select one that’s been waiting in the que orcancel the upload altogether. Can anyone help?
Hello,if I start drawing a sketch on my Android Smartphone using Adobe Photoshop Sketch, it is automatically displayed on the same device in the Creative Cloud App, in the section "mobile creations".However, if I try to continue working on this same sketch on my iPhone, I do not find the sketch in the Creative Cloud App on the iPhone in the section "mobile work". How comes? Is there no sync feature between these devices?Thank you very much for your answers!Marlon
I've got about 1,110 photos in my "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my PC that take up about 8GB on my hard drive. When I look at my Creative Cloud Assets, it shows that about 16GB is being used. I can only think there are duplicate files I can't see somewhere. How do I free up this extra space?
Hi,I'm trying to upload my Adobe XD file to the cloud so i can preview it on my phone but it said failed to sync then eventually said storage was full. It still says 0% of 2GB used and I have checked Lightroom folder and Acrobat as well. There is one file stuck in the deleted section of the Assets page, which I am unable to permanently delete for some reason. That file was non-functioning but was the one I wanted to upload, hence i deleted it.On my desktop, AdobeCC says 0% of 2GB but on the android apps it says my account is 0% of 0GB. This has been pretty frustrating and none of the options from other threads have helped me.I am completely unable to upload any files to the cloud. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks.Best regards,Naufal
When I purchased Adobe CC I was using a MacBook Pro paired with my iPhone. I just recently bought myself a new computer which happens to be a PC. I have been trying to figure out how to sinc my previous catalogue from my Mac to my PC. Does anyone know how I can do this without loosing my previous catalogue?
I've got a feeling this is a really dumb question but I can't find anything on it anywhere. I have the "Photography Plan" which installed Adobe "Creative Cloud Files" on the side bar in the Finder on my Mac computer. In it there are two folders, "Files" and "Screenshots". I get the "Files" part. But what screenshots get placed in the "Screenshots" folder and how do you generate them? Thanks in advance.
Bonjour, quelqu'un ici parle français ?
I am unable to use the cloud storage as the error says I have reached my storage limit of 0. Checking my account management page I am toldI have access to "2 GB of cloud storage."I received this membership free as part of my work benefits and I'm wondering if I'm just understanding this wrong or there is an actual issue.
My hair starts turning grey...There is one file in my CC folder on my desktop I want to get rid of. This is because firstly itjust contains a couple of (sub-)folders but all of them are empty and secondly it is marked in red instead of green.I can easily delete it by clicking right and delete. It's gone. But only for a few seconds. As soon as CC starts to synchronise the folder comes back again. So I wanted to delete it on the CC-Assets site in the web. The problem is: it is not there. Neither with the folders/files in use nor with the deleted ones.So how can I get rid of this folder? ThanksDieterP.S.: sorry, English is not my mother tongue...
I have an existing library of over 100 assets that are shared with 20 people in our company, and used in hundreds of files. The original creator of that library is designated as the "Owner".That person is leaving our company - I want to change the "owner" of the libraries to myself without effecting current team members and linked files. Is this possible?I have read all related articles but none have clearly stated whether linked files and current collaborators will be effected with their given solutions. Please relate the answer to effects on current collaborators and linked files. Thank you
A folder in my asset library that I primarily use for adding graphics and smart objects in Photoshop has mysteriously deleted all its content. There was probably about 65 graphics in the folder. The folder is still there, but is completely empty. There is nothing in my archive and in order for this to have happened I would have had to manually delete each item and then go to my archive to manually permanently delete each item again. I assure you this did NOT happen. I spent 2 hours yesterday chatting with Adobe on the phone only to be transferred 5x and each person accuse me of deleting it. There has to be another explanation. These assets are not locally stored as they are created by selecting a few select layers from a file in Photoshop and dragging them into the library to add. The library grows with every rendered plan I create. This folder was shared with 2 people in my office, both of which have not accessed nor ever use the library, they were added by myself to test how it works
the cloud doesn't work. I can#t upload a new folder. Is says synchronization failed. The link below leads to a not existing page.
Hi there, I've seen other posts but nothing exactly like this...I'm using the CC storage for my projects, a "work in progress folder" and the second one for safety once I'm done with a sprint. When I opened the file I modified this morning, it was a version that was 1 month old... It is not among the deleted files and there is no "conflict" version...Please tell me there is a way to get it back...Thanks
