Cannot download images to stock all my libraries inside stock have disappeared i keep getting a cannot load libraries error message
I worked through this link, but I ran into an error message that is not addressed in this document: Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products For this section:Ensure that your firewall is not blocking Creative Cloud–associated processes I followed the steps for Windows, and put in the weblink with the service port number as mentioned. And once I click enter, it brings up a blank page that says "upgrade required". Any idea what that means? The instructions give a couple options like "website cannot be displayed" etc. but it does not mention this message.CC library is not loading once again, and ID has become super slow - I think it is because I have fonts from Typekit in my document and since CC isn't loading, ID is not recognizing my fonts and so it is super slow.Anyone get this same error message or know what is going on?
I regularly find that when accessing my account from a different computer that the files have not synced. Each time I return to my regular computer at work, I discover syncing has paused [itself] and I have to resume manually. What are the reasons this might happen? Wondering if server disconnection might be the simple answer.
We are having an alarming issue where files are disappearing out of cc.We essentially have a collaboration folder of images, just jpegs in various folders within.Last month within one of the folders around 50 images disappeared. I put it down to one of the collaborators moving the files out, I told everyone off and said to leave them where they were and we thought all was fine.Today we note that another folder is missing literally hundreds of images. Now obviously I am not a muppet and have back ups, but this is deeply concerning. Is there anyway to check on line history or changes or what ever to determine when and how these files just went away?
Hi,It seems there are a number of people with this problem but no solution. The Adobe Application Manager icon in the Apple Menu Bar (see image) has disappeared and the app fails to open when navigating to it through finder or launchpad. Due to this, I can't sync my files with the cloud which has basically stopped our team in their tracks trying to get work done. Image 2017-06-13 at 2.44.37 PM.png How do I restore Adobe Application Manager so that we can get our files sync'ed again and resume our work?On macOS Sierra 10.12.5
My coworker and I have been using the cloud between 2 computers for about the last month. We have experienced lost files with both Illustrator and InDesign. Neither of us moved the files nor deleted them. They were there to work on and them simply not. We have the PDF files that we created for proofing but not the native files. Is there anyone that can help with what to do to find those, or are they just gone and this is an unfortunate side effect to the cloud?
The libraries I painstakingly created for Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are no longer visible. I tried everything I could find to get them back, and had an Adobe support person take over my computer to fix the issue but nothing has worked. I see a message saying, "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries". What is the problem Adobe???
Hey guys,I just upgraded my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. After downloading and installing the Adobe products, I saw that my Creative Cloud folder was empty. Browsed on the web and to my surprise, nothing was synchronized with the cloud on my Windows 8.1.Luckily I have a file backup of my old disk and would like to restore those files. Can someone give me the path to the file location (on the disk) for all the Creative Cloud files found in the explorer? Thanks for helping.
A couple of weeks ago, I thought i had read something about getting 5 free sites with a CC subscription. IS this right and how do i go about getting them. Just had a look a business catalist, created a free trial site then when i tried to make it a proper one, I was asked to payAlso, can you transfer an exiting domain hosted elsewhere into CCThanks for any clarificationChris Anderson
We have recently started to experience an issue whereby the libraries in photoshop and illustrator do not initialise. I have spend a long time on web chat with support and we have finally identified that the issue has something to do with our new cisco firewall. I took the affected system to another location and logged in to creative cloud. From this new location the libraries worked fine.Does anyone have details of the ports and protocols that need to be in place for a cisco firewall to allow the libraries to be displayed within the application. We have already opened 1935,443 and 80 but we still have the same issues.
I've updated all our designers from very old versions of the product to the new Cloud offerings, one of the main reasons for this was the opportunities it offers for collaboration. However, its not being widely used. Reason being that they like to keep all the creatives in one place i.e. the traditional windows file server using a directory for each client. No-one really holds creatives locally. The cloud sharing looks to be a 'OneDrive' type experience wherein a local drive is sync'd to your cloud account and from there you can share files or groups of files with other users. This is fine itself BUT they don't want individuals to effectively own any files i.e. be the ones that hold the local copy, they want one big shared area that they can all access such as currently happens from the file server. No-one needs to be holding a local copy. How can I set things up for the team so that they can work in such a manner? Thanks
I keep getting this error when starting Windows 10. "Some error occurred during cloud switching" and syncing fails.I have no idea what this message means. Have the gods evicted me from one cloud and forced me to reside on another?I'm sorry to keep harping on about this, but is there some angel at Adobe that can explain what's going on?
I keep getting this message briefly every time I sign into Windows 10. "Some error occurred during cloud switching" and syncing fails.I have no idea what this message means. The cloud icon has a blue "paused" button and when I try to restart syncing it just gets stuck "syncing" and nothing happens. The only solution is to quit Creative Cloud, then go into task Manager and close all the instances of Creative Cloud related apps, then restart Creative Cloud. This is not a useful solution. This is just getting very frustrating.
Hi, I have 5 small files (500k) in my windows Creative Cloud folder. CC gear menu shows "0% of 2gb - some files failed to synch" message and just stays there. I've tried turning file synch off and on again, rebooted, etc. all with no impact. Help?
ist es möglich, dass mehrere Nutzer gleichzeitig in einem Dokument arbeiten?
I'm new to AC and I'm doing some testing with co-workers. I recently noticed a pop-up that said I had a sync. error and a folder couldn't be sync'd.I didn't notice any other information with the desktop error pop-up.I'm trying to go back and see the error message again.Where can I find it??Thanks,
Is anyone else having server issues with Creative Cloud? I ask because since yesterday I've been having a problem with my fonts and files not syncing, as well as Creative Cloud trying to sync files that I had deleted. When I investigated further it gave me this:I went on to the Adobe Support guide and it said to "Try Again Later". Well its been a full day so I'd not sure by what they mean by "later".I also turned syncing off/on, logged in and out, turned my computer off/on, all that usual stuff multiple times.Nothing worked. So is it just me or are other people having this problem as well? Is there a solution?ThanksIain
Hiya, ive had a quick poke about, and i cant see the answer...Basically im leaving the place where i work (where my CC account came from), and over time, ive setup many libraries the whole team now uses for templates to allow us as a team to be consistent... Once i leave, and my 'seat' is reallocated to another email address, will the libraries (and the access to these libraries) cease, given im the 'owner' on my email address?any light on this would be a massive help... hope what im saying makes sense...thanksRick
Adobe Creative Cloud isn't allowing me to enter a "Folder Location". Thus, I cannot access anything that Creative Cloud says is "synced" to my account.Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated. My company's tech support isn't what you'd call "timely".Eric

Problem:When I try to choose to "View on web", "Collaborate...", "Share Link..." from the Libraries fly out menu, Illustrator and Photoshop launch a a Google Chrome browser tab that has the Adobe loading spinner. When it's done loading, the page displays the header and footer page as expected, but then the content section is just white.Clues:I thought it was a network problem at first.I'm normally behind a corporate firewall. I immediately started working with the network security team to make sure we were configured according to Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints recommendations. They said all looks correct on their side and asked if I had tried it on any other networks.I set up my iphone as a personal hotspot for my laptop. That didn't work because I had a poor connection.Tried launching the same way while connected through my home wireless network. Still the same issue...Checked to see if I have a firewall on, but I don't. The firewall is completely turned off.Restarted the Crea

Just today i received the problem that i wanted to pull an .ai file from the libraries into an InDesign document and it gives me this error message (german, sorry)"File does not exist / is in use / don't have access"The file is neither of the mentioned issues. I even can open and edit it in Illustrator and view it on the website library. Also, InDesign suddenly tells me that certain library files, already used in other documents, do not exist anymore when i open the document. What can we do?Cheers
