Same problem here. Its been syncing all day and have 4 of 2641 files...Whaaat?
Hi,I have a folder of 18 files that won't sync. When I clicked the icon for more information, it said it was because the title had a character that wasn't allowed. However, it doesn't have any such character! The file name has letters and underscores, and then the extension. I tried removing the underscores just in case. It still wouldn't sync. Any idea what's going on?
I have tried going through the steps shown here:Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop productsAnd I am still having issues. When I tried the " Ensure that your firewall is not blocking Creative Cloud–associated processes" step, my web browser came up with the message "upgrade required" ... Also, I am working on a PC.I checked to make sure I have all of my applications up-to-date, and I do. But still no luck. The panel is working in illustrator or indesign.
Total storage for our team is 100 GB.Total size for all of our files is 75 GB.It was working up until September, now all that happens is it runs through and "syncs" all 6000 files and they all fail, and then it just repeats the process. Is this a know error, is Adobe's cloud basically down?Really a poor cloud storage service.
Hi Everyone,One of my users is using Adobe CC 3.8.0.310, Indesign CC 2015.4 Release (11.4.1.102) as well as Illustrator CC 2015.3.1 Release (20.1.0) on a iMac Retina 5K 27" Late 2014 Model running OS X Yosemite v10.10.5The user had been able to add Graphics, Styles and Colors to the CC Library available in InDesign up until 2 weeks ago, when faced with the following problem:All of the buttons here are grayed out, and I have no idea how to fix it, I have tried the followingFull Reinstall of all Adobe Products and Adobe CCDeleting the files of the OOBE folder in App Support, while logged in and while not logged in.Deleting the CoreSync *.db files in CoreSync Folder under Adobe App Support, while logged in and not logged in.Logging out of the user's account in CC and signing in as someone else.Logging out of the user's account, restarting the PC, relogging into the user's account.Restarting the PC.I'm so out of ideas! Please help!
I am just starting to use CC File Sync. I already tried to use the sync feature via the desktop app with about eight (8) .MOV files (100-200 MB each). Not a single file synced. I did what the online Adobe resources said to do. I dropped the files into the Creative Cloud folder on my Mac, and I saw the two blue arrows that indicate that the file sync is in progress. But even after leaving my computer up and running for several hours, not a single file synced. Later on, most of the files had the little red triangle with an exclamation point, indicating that the sync failed. I do have the CC desktop app. Am I missing something? Could the problem be with my upload speed? What type of speed is needed for this thing? My upload speed isn't incredible, but enough to upload a 300+ MB file to Dropbox in about 25 min. I have just tried uploading straight from the desktop website. It seems to be moving extremely sl
I purchased 20 GB storage through the Creative Cloud app but my storage limit has not increased. Adobe tech support sent me to Apple tech support who sent me back to Adobe tech support. I am getting an error message sometimes that says 'internal error'. If I attempt to repurchase the service, the app says that I am already subscribed to this service. I've tried everything! Please help!!!
Two weeks ago, I made a post covering some issues I've been having with Creative Cloud Assets. I originally spent an hour on the phone with Adobe Support, who directed me here and assured me I'd get a reasonably fast response. Now, two weeks later, I have yet to receive any indication that someone at Adobe is aware of the issue and willing to work with me to resolve the problem. Features that I've come to depend on no longer work, and I would really appreciate some assistance. If this isn't the correct forum, I'll gladly go explain the issue somewhere else, but I haven't even received something as simple as "Wrong help desk."
About two weeks ago, downloading layers from assets in CC stopped working. I've tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. I've tried several of the browsers to duplicate the issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu, OSX, and Fedora. I've confirmed the error with two accounts. http://adobe.ly/2d7fjoZ is a sample (should be public; please let me know if it's not) that I used to verify the issue with phone support, who directed me here. I have triple-checked that the settings allow extract and downloads. The console errors are inconsistent, but seem to indicate something on the server isn't happening the way it should.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Settings:Chrome:Firefox:And, for simplicity's sake, here's file with a rectangle and nothing else that exhibits the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud.
I have a folder structure containing many template documents for many products. I am able to send links from My Assets for these files to share, that's great. Now I want to carry this folder structure to my personal website.1) Do I, on my personal (not Adobe) website, hard link for each individual file that lives in My Assets to allow 3rd parties to download?2) Did anyone successfully use iFrames to embed and display Adobe CC Assets on their own website?3) Is there another way you may suggest?4) How can I track these asset downloads?Thanks!cem/inspirian
I do not see any versions of my files on CC Files. Please see the screenshot here:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/versioning-faq.htmlI do only see comments – and yes, I have at least 5 versions of a file onlie. Updated via CC Desktop App (most current version) and also via "Replace" command online in the browser. What to do? See attached my screenshot:Best regardsHaeme Ulrich
I Have a total of 7.7 Gigis in my creative cloud files on my desktop, CC is telling me I have 20 gigs used even after syncing.I one had 20Gigs up there several months ago but I should not have that much anymore.ThanksThomas
I've read the November 8, 2016 announcement by David__B at the top of the File Hosting, Syncing, and Collaboration forum, which is titled:Adobe is currently investigating reports of file sync related issuesI've downloaded the LogCollectorTool.app and run it, and now I have a zip file full of logs. But Adobe wants me to turn on the very thing I don't want to turn on (CC file syncing) in order to send it to them, so I'm attaching it to this post instead. The link is below my signature.I hope my logs reach the dev who want it and that it helps in solving the problem. All best,Gregghttps://www.dropbox.com/s/tw5j5hldj9wl3fd/AdobeLogs-08112016-0907-Greggs-iMac-2.local.zip?dl=0
Right now, I pay I think around $35 more a month on top of the standard Google For Business cost and I get a total of 400 gigabytes.I want to switch to Adobe's Creative Cloud to start taking advantage of features like "VERSIONING" that Google cannot provide. Where I am concerned is the storage space and limitations on file amounts.Adobe can give me more than 100 gigs but I dont know how much. How much would 500 gigabytes cost me?Adobe has a 1000 File Count Limit. Does that mean I cannot have 2 folders with 600 files a piece for a total of 1200 files as long as I stay under the 100 gigabytes? If I buy more Cloud Storage, does that mean I can store more files or am I still limited to 1000 files total even though I increased my storage space to 200 gigs?
Consolidating accounts and making sure I have all of the files over before one account stops. If I shared .draw files via a public link emailed, if the account where those originated gets deleted, does it also delete the files that were shared? Or now that those files are on a new account saved in the CC mobile creations folder, will they stay there?
The shell overlay icons (which indicate when a file or folder is syncing) for Adobe Creative Cloud do not appear on my Windows 10 system. I realize that Windows has a limit of 15 overlay icons, but so far only 13 are in use (allocated to OneDrive and Adobe CC). I see AccExtIco1, AccExtIco2, and AccExtIco3 listed in the registry, but no overlay icons appear when I drag a file into my Creative Cloud folder. What can I do to fix this?
I have just started a new project and decided to use the CC library as I reuse a lot of graphics and style across different pages. It's been great.... except now every time I open a document now I get a message saying that most of the graphic assets I created before cannot be located! Now I can't edit any of them or hand over to dev because of this... WHERE are they stored?! WHY have they disappeared?! How can I even relink them if I didn't know where or how they were stored in the first place.... I've trawled through the files on my mac and can't find a thing.Really frustrating – please help!n.b. Fonts and colours are working and loading fine.... just a lot of the vector shapes and compositions I have created i.e. Header and footers etc
Using Mac OS 10.9.5 with Chrome Version 54.0.2840.87 (64-bit). There are a lot of pages listing my Creative Cloud Archived files and folders, but I can only retrieve files which are listed on the first page. Is anyone else seeing this?
How do I view what active public links I have in Creative Cloud? They don't show up in Sharing and also only recent sharing history shows up in Activity (for instance, about a week ago I shared a link and it is still active but not visible in Activity). Thanks in advance!
Updated to Adobe CC 2015, this post is another issue amongst many others I'm having with the CC 2015 update. Finally managed to get Premiere Pro CC 2015 up and running on my laptop, but unable to download my user prefs from the Cloud. Opened up Premiere Pro CC 2014 from my desktop, uploaded my user prefs to the Cloud, but still unable to download them to my laptop.PLEASE HELP!
Does anyone know a work around for getting multiple files into libraries? I have a scenario where i have multiple separate files of 3d can renders. I created a folder in the libraries directory through the browser. My natural intuition would be that i could then drop all of the separate can renders into that shared folder, and then inviting other designers to collaborate. How can you batch upload files to shared library folder? Thanks
Hello,For some reason, my creative cloud out of nowhere alerted me that some files were unable to sync. I originally had no files in there so i tried putting files in and it sometimes worked but then it started telling me that they couldn't upload due to a server error. It has been a few hours since, but i am still occasionally getting an unable to sync error. Why exactly is this? My Mac works perfectly on the internet.
Ever since the last update the Creative Cloud seems more unstable than ever .A few days ago I started to get the dreaded "Some Files Failed to Sync" error. Adobe help files says "Unable to sync <filename> due to server error. ....Retry after sometime." So 2 days later and I still have the same issue. I've shut down, logged out, waited for a fix.Files that are being collaborated on are up to date with correct changes. It will also just spin and say Syncing but it never resolves. Then that will stop and then I get the message that files failed to sync .... again!C'mon Adobe this has been going on long enough! Please get a fix asap!!
Hello,I am trying to sync files from my laptop to CC, however, I keep getting the "Unable to Sync Due to Server Error Message." When I first started using CC to sync files a few weeks ago, I didn't have this issue. This past week every few files out of a dozen would get this error, but today it's been almost every file. I'm running CC version 3.9.1.335 on a MacBook Pro running OS Sierra 10.12.1. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue. Thank you! BestAnna
