I sent a small series of Public Links to an agency last night. Was recently made aware this morning that the URLS were "no longer active" a couple hours before showing their client.I tried recreating the public links, but this option became non-active. I even tried sending from my CC app via my iPhone 6s...link was sent but still, "no longer active" after clicking on the URL.I am well aware that this is not the first time this has happened with "Public Links"...my clients and producers are beginning to lose confidence with this particular aspect of Adobe CC.Please keep me apprised!-g
Hi,I'm having problems with syncing files up to the cloud. In the desktop app it says 'all files up to date' but in the folder none of the files have green ticks. Looking on the web app it seems that files aren't updating.I'm on a macbook pro running yosemite.I've had a look around the forums and other posts but any direct help would be much appreciated.I've restarted my computer, restarted cc desktop app, logged out and back in again, but at the moment nothing has worked. Thanks, Jamie
Bonjour,J'ai cette erreur depuis quelques jours et aucune synchronisation ne se fait. Pourriez-vous m'aider ? Merci.
I'm looking into creating a workflow using CC that would have contractors store all of their files using the "Creative Cloud Files" syncing system. They would do all of their work in the CC files dropbox, so that we would have instant access to all that they've created. Then we could revise the files as needed and also have them available for backup. The plan is to give these remote contractors access to the CC software on an "as needed" basis. So, they'd be able to install/use the software when working on our projects. I'm not totally clear on how that works, but I assume they can be allocated a seat as needed via the Team or Enterprise CC plan?If that's possible, what happens to their synced files if/when they don't currently have a valid CC license/login on their computer? Do they still have access to them? Are they deleted? The assumption is that the files would be shared with our team, so we would in theory already have them on our computers. On a side note, if the contractor delet
The reason I ask is because every time I drop the file into Creative Cloud Files folder on my desktop, when it sync. It takes up all my internet upload speed bandwidth which interrupt my other PC or Wireless devices that's streaming music, watch video or browsing the web. I can't even browse the internet while file sync and uploading. So, I wonder if there is an option to set a throttle speed for upload and download doing sync? This way, Creative Cloud will not hog up all my internet speed bandwidth and interrupt my other systems. Note: I do video editing. Each video file I upload is around 100-500MB.
I have a very odd problem I haven't been able to resolve. I have CC installed in 2 computers, 1 where I do all the work and the 2nd one where they are printed from. The problem is whenever I put a file, in the CC folder, bigger than 5mb, it won't sync to the 2nd computer. However, if I put that same file in the CC folder of the 2nd computer, it syncs to the first computer just fine. That problem began Monday morning after I updated the apps.
HiI understand that some symbols/characters are invalid when syncing, but the file names for some icons I'm syncing don't contain any of them! Here is the files in the folder...They are just PNGs, with no special symbols/characters.Any ideas why these files aren't syncing?CheersG
Core Sync uses 50% of my computer. I have an iMac that is about a week old and is running Mac OS 10.11, the latest Mac system.I had a CC app that I tried as a demo, but went back to my trusty CS6 Photoshop.Even with my new computer I still get hung up with that damned rolling ball of procrastination. After spending another 3 hours today looking at other Adobe forums, I found out that this problem, and worse, has been going on for quite some time. Seems Adobe hasn't fixed it yet.How the heck do I get rid of all the Core Sync stuff without seriously damaging my Adobe files?
I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and am having some issues managing my sync folder. In the Creative Cloud app, I went into the preferences menu and, under the Files tab, chose to move the CC Synced files to a different drive so as not to clog up my solid state C drive. Now, It won't sync them. In the Files tab of the preferences menu, all I get is a blank white screen. In the Files tab of the Assets tab on the main screen, I get an error message: Unable to load Sync location. When I was working in Windows 7, I was able to move the sync folder to the correct drive with no problem. Could this be a bug in the new operating system? Thanks, everyone!-Charlie
I received a link (e.g. http://adobe.ly/1AbcDEF) from my advertising agent which gives me acces to his shared CC Assets files.Until recently I was able to download the featured .ai files by klicking on the item and go to "DOWNLOAD" --> "ai (Original)".Unfortunately it is no longer working that way and I only get a white screen.Already tried with several browsers with accepting all cookies / allowing pop-up windows.Seems as if nothing would work...
Hi all,I've just created a new Instagram account for showing my designs and I've downloaded the Instagram app on my Android (Galaxy S4) phone. I'm able to share my .psd files to Instagram directly from the Creative Cloud app, as well as generic image files (gif, etc). However, when I try to share .ai files to Instagram I get an error message, "Unfortunately, Instagram has stopped." Has anyone seen or fixed this problem on any kind of phone? Is this a known issue?
When I try to access my assets in creative cloud, I get a spinning wheel that does not stop and can't get to my files or fonts.

Hi,I'm having trouble switching on File Sync, which means I've not been able to download anything from the Market. When I select 'Turn on File Sync' it just seems to think about it, then do nothing. Then when I go to preferences, it says file sync is off. I can't see an Adobe Files folder on my hard drive either. Help!
This is still an issue for me and has been for over a week. Latest Safari and the latest Chrome, different emails, they all produce the same result for me.Sounds like the same issue that @Quaetapo8060347 reported.Mac OS X 10.10.3
Adobe CC just auto-updated to Version 2.1.1.110. Upon completion, first thing that pops up is an error:System is complaining about CCLibrary node.exeI clicked OK and got the second error:Here system is complaining could not assign job to spawned process.Again, this is on a brand new auto upgrade.Anyone know what going on and how to solve? Thanks
My Creative Cloud Files folder is not syncing my files. There used to be a blue or green arrow that showed which files were synchronizing and which were already synchronized. These arrows are not showing up anymore. I do not have any updates and I already logged out and logged in.
Is there a solution for the upload of large zip files to work in Creative Cloud? I can almost never get an over 100MB zip file to upload. It starts ok and often even finishes but it stops at 0 seconds or just changes to error. Under 60MB zip files go usually just fine. Copy and dropbox work well with larger files.
Hey! I've been using CC for some months now. At first everything worked well and I was very satisfied with the reliability of the syncing. However it was some weeks ago when I noticed that my Windows 8.1 machine was not syncing files anymore. No files are being downloaded nor uploaded to the cloud. My CC works perfectly on my work computer which i a Mac, but my Windows PC at home is still not working.I've crawled through these forums and tried every fix I could find but none of them work. I've uninstalled CC, removed options.idx, even removed the CoreSync folder completely after uninstalling but nothing seems to fix it. I thought it might be a temporary glitch with the CC servers so I waited a few weeks.Just installed it again, still not syncing files, just fonts.EDIT: This morning files sync started working again. I've no idea why it was broken but now it's syncing like it's supposed to.
Hi - I'm having problems with syncing. It started today (never had this as an issue before) with fonts from Typekit disappearing whilst using ID. I logged on to my Adobe account, the fonts would re-appear (although a couple would not download due to an error, but then would download OK on clicking retry) and then within 5 minutes I would be logged out again. The cloud icon disappears from the top bar all the time so I have to go back and do the whole logging in thing again. Now it greys out and has crashed once already (have saved crash report). I had a power cut whilst working yesterday, could that have messed up something?
I would like to know if there is a way to share gallery pictures in a manner where the visitor is not able to download the pictures. I would like to show my work but not have the visitor able to download and make their own prints from my material. When I share a folder, they have the option to download the image. Goes the same as drag and drop but was hoping that they will not be the high resolution images of my work.
Добрый день!Столкнулся с проблемой, после обновления Creative Cloud до последней версии, он перестал синхронизировать со Шрифтами и Файлами.Подскажите пожалуйста, с чем это связано и как решить данную проблему.Заранее спасибо!
We are in the middle of a big book production of 250 pages and the files are not in the CC panel.I have deleted the OOBE content and downloaded the latest CC app to my iMac.Problem started yesterday. (I think)
Just updated CC application (1.9.0.465) and my sync folder changed back to the default (C:\Users\USERNAME\Creative Cloud Files) from what I had set in preferences (D:\Creative Cloud Files)I work between two locations and this just created a file-management quagmire for me.When I changed my preferences back, files that synced to C:\User\Creative Cloud Files weren't moved to 😧 driveCC is now uploading 😧 back to the cloud (all 25GB of it) even though the files were up-to-dateC: files still aren't in 😧 (haven't moved them manually yet), so I worry these will be deleted from my 2nd location computer if sync completesHas this happened to anyone else, and how did you fix it?Thanks in advance!- John
zie hierboven.
