Creative Cloud Services

How come it won't let me add a video to adobe portfolio? I keep pressing the + symbol and press video and nothing happens. I keep restarting my computer and the tab but it still won't work. Someone Please Help!

how do you download a backup of all the files? I have a  bunch of AI files in folders that I would like to download but I can only figure out how to download a single file at a time not a folder of them or even multiple within a folder

After the latest creative cloud app was installed it does not initialize anymore. I receive the attached error messages. I red all related troubleshoot articles and followed the suggested steps to resolve the problem inclucing to deinstall ALL Adobe apps using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanertool. The bad thing now is I cannot reinstall my Photoshop and Lightroom app anymore since the creative cloud app is not starting. I also install the latest  C++ Library from Microsoft. My System is a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15ITL6 with Windows 11 Home 22631.3296 installed.I need urgent help please since this as my working system.

Hice una cancelacíon de el servicio creative cloud el dia 28 de ocutubre y a dia de hoy no he recibido mi reembolso teniendo en cuenta que estaba dentro de los 14 dias para poder hacer valida esta politica 

The CC libraries is not working.  I, and many others are having this issue since December 2023.  FOUR MONTHS. The Libraries are crucial to our firms workflow.  How do you get someone to provide a solution!!!! 

Hi ,I lost all my data uploaded as backup in my creative cloud account. Please help me. I logged in after a month or so and all the files are gone.

My creative cloud Iphone app has no upload button under the quick actions and I cant figure out another way to upload videos my adobe cloud

Since Adobe terminated the feature of the embedded Creative Cloud Folder in the Windows Explorer, I'm unsure where / how to sync my .prproj and .aep files to the Creative Cloud. Neither the desktop app, nor the Web Cloud Service lets me upload these file types, as they are not supported. Also, in Premiere Pro's preference settings, there's the option "Save backup project to Creative Cloud", but in my case it's greyed out (I assume it's now only available for business accounts?).Has anyone faced the same issue?Thanks in advance.

I'm having a problem, right now, with files stored in CC Libraries disappearing. *POOF* gone. And I'm actively using those files in multiple CC apps, so this is - you could say - a bit of a problem. Fortunately I had backups so I could replace them, but so far I've had to do this with 4 separate illustrations.Adobe is aware of this problem (I just spoke to a head tech on the phone). They assure me "not to worry" because they are going to fix it some day and all your files will magically probably maybe reappear. Of course, if you're trying to use those library files in your current documents, well then hopefully you've got backups. So you can continue working, but also because I wouldn't bet the change in my sofa cushions that those files will ever come back.Adobe's plan seems to be, "Put all your files in the Cloud and just trust us that they will almost always probably be available when you need them."They are discontinuing the local+cloud syncing service for Team account later this y

Why backspace doesn't work in Adobe Programs?!?

Bonjour, impossible de synchroniser mes bibliothèques dans creative cloud sur Mac. J'ai fait toutes les manipulations recommandées, un partage d'écran avec le helpdesck, désinstaller et réinstaller les appli....les màj sont ok. Si quelqu'un a une idée ? merci.

I have looked and looked and it seems that it should be easy enough to see my synched files on the browswer AND on the Cloud Storage app on my mac, but I only see them locally in the finder. I hate asking basic questions on "community" forums, so thank you for any help you can offer - places to point me to. I know my cloud files are synched because I just unpaused synching and I see all local files have a green check (synched) and I see that my cloud storage went up to 14.5 G from 8 (probably that's the number when I stopped synching a while ago). I just want to be sure that I can get all files back if my machine dies - there's something going on with it that IT says means my Mac could die at any minute and of course as a work laptop they won't replace it until it does die and I just need to be sure everything is in all of my cloud storage available (this and OneDrive).I wanted to be assured that all was accessible - in the cloud and able to come back to a new laptop if necessary

In der Creativ Cloud werden mir alle Bibliotheken mit allem Inhalt angezeigt! In Photoshop zeigt es mir jedoch nur 4 Grafiken je Ordner an. Auch das Ab und wier Anmelden in der Creatic Cloud bringt nichts! Wer kann mir helfen?

We're a bit tight for cash at the moment so I've had to cancel subscriptions etc, and I've downloaded all my photos to my hard drives etc... I've removed everything from Lightroom and it still cloud storage full, I've deleted all files and photos and everything from creative cloud too. It seems to be a bug.

Is it possible to remove color schemes? i dont like the dark color scheme and i cant change the way it looks for some reason.

Hi! I have a problem with Adobe Creative Cloud, for more than a week I can't work normally. I can't browse the contents of the CC Folder when its processes are running (File explorer doesn't respond to double click). The arrows next to the desktop shortcuts change on their own, and the system itself is unresponsive. When I kill the processes everything starts working normally.What I tried:- reinstalling CC (Creative Cloud uninstaller with repair option and manually),- cleaning temporary files on the system and in the CC folder, I searched and deleted all 0-byte files, *.tmp, *.dtmp and other suspicious files,- I checked the drives with antivirus,- I ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth- all drivers and system are up to date- I reinstalled Windows (the problem is the same as before).I actually turned the system upside down, reinstalled it and turned it upside down a second time.I need Creative Cloud sync for work, so please don't write me to disable it.Specs: Lat

Is there any option to save custom metadata templates to creative cloud? Saving them to the Adobe creative cloud, along with Ps files etc. would be a very useful way to update and sync across various devices. ( Especially if you alter the template often. ) I am suprised Adobe don't offer this. Am I missing a trick? What do other people do - save templates to Dropbox?

I'm having the same issue, except it mainly occurs for me in Illustrator. Usually, I can resolve it by closing the program and re-opening it, but the libraries have been extremely buggy for a couple of weeks or so for me. One of the libraries in question only has color swatches in it, so I find it particularly strange for that one to have such loading issues. I also noticed today that libraries weren't even loading very well on the Creative Cloud site.

I have been using Creative Cloud and using the sync option. So no matter my device, I can open up and work on my stuff and then sync it.  But I am looking for some files today on work I need to get shipped out to a client today, and I can't find it on my PC or on my CC account.  Where did my stuff go? I need it ASAP. It just says the location is unavailable when I use my pinned folder link.

Like the title says, for about a year or so, Creative Cloud hasn't let me download ANY apps, and continously boots into compatibility mode whenever I download it. My problem is that my computer is completely up to date. I tried everything, cleaning the apps, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud, etc. I'm at a stand still. Anybody know a solution?
