I used to have 2 profiles connected to this account, a school profile and a personal profile. I had a school subscription on my school profile, and I created my Adobe Portfolio website on there. Recently, my school subscription ended, and for some reason this removed my school profile too. I wanted to move my portfolio website to my personal profile, but I can't access it because the school profile is gone. Meanwhile, the website is still up (for one more week). Is there any way I can get access to my portfolio website?

Can't connect using browser with any of my adobe portfolio webstites. Get "connection failure" message. Sites work fine on cellular network...

I've got a creative cloud library for a bank of icons. These are all in sub categories and have keywords written into the asset description so that they're searchable within the library. I wondered if there is any way to include all of this data (the keywords, category title) automatically when you export library assets as .pngs or svgs? 

Hello,I created website using Adobe Portfolio with Sawdust theme and in mobile version 'hamburger menu' button is almost invisible. I have logo with thin lines and text and it looks almost identical like this hamburger. I saw that is possible to change color of this icon, but it's still not enough and almost invisible - it's visible only with vibrant colors but website is more in subdues colors.Is it possible to change possition of this hamburger?Maybe put it below the logo or change icon, maybe add thin frame to it or put it below logo and add "MENU" text?  For now address is: https://fotynawierzchu.myportfolio.com/o-mnie Thank you in advance for help

What are the rules on hosting for public view adult content on Adobe Portfolio?Nothing illegal, everything consentual.I have tried reading the TOS but couldn't find anything specific. A proper warning would be in place before entering the site, and all of the pages would be marked as containing mature content.

Hi,I've got similar problem but it was about projects on subpages and nothing realted with video but maybe th's the case.For me, new uploaded projects SYNC only on HOME PAGE, I need to checked "SHOW ON MANY COLLECTIONS" (you can find it on the right side cogwheel, in drop down menu).Best regards,Adrian

After updating to MacOS Sonoma at each restart of my Mac I have an error with creative cloud library sync.It shows a triangle with an esclamation marrk on the menu bar and also an error inide CC app under library sync. Contacted the support, deleted and reinstalled CC app, deletd files into Applicatoon Support Folder.... but nothing it works until then I restart my mac.The only temporary solution is to open CC App and press Command+Option+R to restart the CC Services.The next day when I startup my mac, the error is present again... It happens both on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro and Mac Studio M1 Max Thank you in advance for helping. But I think it is a bug that need to be resolved.

 for some reason on my laptop i cannot access my creative cloud files, i don’t really use it id prefer it to be gone or fixed. to resolve this issue, I’ve trieddeleting the creative cloud filed folderturning sync off and onrepairing my creative cloud installation it works fine on my desktop but its annoying that it don’t work on my laptop 

I've called Adobe at least 3-4 times in the past few weeks and every time they promise me a call back and then they never call me back. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can't just me. I've launched some Better Business Bureau complaints and started to document the lies and terrible customer support.

according to the app, I have 3gb of files in the adobe creative cloud. I can't find any of them. How do I find them?

I am trying to set up my Microsoft 365 email using my custom domain which is connected to my Adobe Portfolio website. To verify ownership of my domain, Microsoft requires a TXT file to be added to my website, but I cannot work out where or how to do this in Adobe Portfolio. The TXT file needs to be added to the File Manager or FTP Tools, but these don't appear in the settings section of Adobe Portoflio. Has anyone done this before?

Hi! I am trying to change my primary email address on Adobe ID for my Behance to one I previously used with a deleted Behance account (I have confirmation that the account was successfully deleted). However, every time I enter the new email, I get a message saying that this email is already in use. I thought it might be because the email I want to switch to is used as a backup email for the account. But I tried removing it from the list of additional email addresses, and the error still appears. I would appreciate any help.

Hello, is it possible to download all of my created content, including libraries before I close my account? I thought that everything in the cloud was mirrored on my desktop app but apparently not. Thanks in advance.

Hi All,   I am trying to use Fallout report , where am confused with the maths of how the grey section is calculated starting from the third step. Let me explain -  Let say , i have 100 visits at the first touchpoint all in green bar. Then the second line (second touchpoint ) I have 7% green and 93% grey. This means that out off 100 users 7% visited and 93% dropped out off the 100 visits. Now, at the third step ( where i have a doubt) - I have 5% in green , which is (5% of 100 visits) and 31.4% in grey. Hi, myself and a colleague are both having an issue with the syncing on the library lately. I was working on a cloud asset and after some time from saving/updating i closed the file and the last update to the asset didn't take. When i try to re-open or edit the file does nothing - it WILL NOT launch the file again. After restarting PS the asset is de-linked and i can't get it back. All copies of it are stored through the library so now this file which had alot of layer comps and assets is completely gone - this happened to two others i worked on as well!I even tried to check my local temp file for the psb which gets geenrated there and it was a png image and no other file, its wrecked. it shows broken in the library list like in the image.  I am now considering keeping de-linked versions of everything in files as well to restore them, which totally defeats the purpose of having a library like this really.

Hi there! Need help. I lost access to edit my projects on Behance after a colleague canceled their subscription. My current account is linked to my personal email, which I used to create my Behance profile years ago, long before the subscription. Now, I've noticed a new Behance account has been created using my personal email, and I can't switch back to my old account with all my projects. How can I restore access to manage my original account and existing projects on Behance? Screen from Behance page please see in attachment. Thanks in advance!

I have downloaded and used several Adobe-Products while studying abroad with a school account. Since I'm not a student at the school anymore, my account was deactivated. When I tried to delete the Adobe-Apps Creative Cloud opened only showing the message: {"error":"invalid_credentials"}  I'm also unable to log into Creative Cloud with a different account because the schools log in site opens automatically when I click "help" -> "log in with browser". Is there a way to fix this problem on my own or do I need to contact the school?

I have zero trust in this service now. Thank god what I lost isn't work I can't redo fairly quickly. I had literally 13 files vanish from my Creative Cloud folder and from my photoshop history. I was reviewing files, clicked the X on the window to close Creative Cloud, and when I came back to photoshop all the recent files I'd been working on vanished and showed files from 2 months or more ago. There is nothing in the archive. I am beside myself. I am never going to be able to trust this service again. The files aren't even in the 'deleted' folder. If anyone has any ideas go ahead and send them my way, I still lost something like 30 hours of work.

Unfortunately, my Creative Cloud apps (Mac) can no longer open in full-screen mode. When I try to maximize the screen, I only see the + symbol, which does not change when I use it. Normally, you can switch between full-screen and windowed mode using the + symbol. This still works with all other applications, just not with the CC applications anymore. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much.

       

Is there a way to duplicate a live site so that I can tweak the design, without effecting the current live site?
