Creative Cloud Services

My creative cloud wont load, i tried uninstalling it, i uninstalled all the adobe apps, i made sure my pc has the right time, that its updated, etc, but still creative cloud wont load, and it keeps telling me its something with the firewall or the pc time, but i already checked and it seems fine, please help i use adobe for work i dont know what to do. 

My Creative Cloud storage is somehow full, I have searched all possible locations for any files and there seems to be nothing uploaded on my account.Could someone please help me find these hidden files and delete them?Thanks,Cooliew

Everytime I open Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere/etc... the Creative Cloud Desktop opens. How do I stop this? I just want to work on the product I selected and it's annoying to close Creative Cloud Desktop everytime. I went to the Creative Cloud Desktop > Preferences > Notifications and I have EVERYTHING disabled.

Hey there. I am looking to buy the Creative Cloud All Apps Student Subscription, however, I wanted to ensure I understood it correctly. If I purchase it once, can I only download it on one device or can I use the same subscription on two devices? Along with this, how much space would it take haha. Thanks.

Hi! I've been struggling to uninstall CC for a while now (for reference, I'm on Mac and it's an older laptop!) and am quite frankly going insane trying to figure out why it won't uninstall (Adobe are you installing malware on my computer what in the world)I keep getting this error:That says CC is required for some apps installed, hence why it can't uninstall. But here's what I'm confused about....I CAN'T EVEN INSTALL APPS BC THEY'RE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY COMPUTER??? 💀💀💀 Can someone please help let me know what CC is connecting to that's preventing me from uninstalling? Is there some hidden app it downloads users can't see that it's connecting to (and if so, can I delete that or am I stuck with "your disk is almost full" errors for the rest of my life 😢) im going insane, thanks!!

So a while ago Pantone were removed from Illustrator colour books. We have to pay more to be able to keep using them. Now the Cloud files sync will be removed AND CC subscription fee went up this year. Many of the usual Adobe programs I use keep having bugs that haven't been solved for years, yet they're braging about their new technologies that can change the design on your dress??? I mean what is this, where are you going Adobe? You keep charging more while progressivily giving less to your customers? Where is this going? This is a total disrespect for your clients. Following the general trend of major companies nowadays. Giving less and less while charging more. This opposed to all the independant artists using your products everyday, giving the best of themselves to deliver the highest quality possible, fighting to get paid what they're owed. All of this to afford paying their CC subscription which is given them less tools while charging them more and more.... &

I've just gotten a 6-month Adobe Creative Cloud for a class at university, and have downloaded the main Creative Cloud app on my Macbook. However, when I go to 'All Apps', it does not show any of the programs I need (photoshop, premier, etc). I went to the 'Photo' tab under 'Categories' and clicked 'Launch' on the Photoshop icon, it took me to Photoshop in my Chrome browser, which I do have access to. When I click the button that says "Get desktop app" at the top, it shows a browser page that says "Photoshop is now installing", but nothing happens. It just opens up creative cloud to the apps page, and we're back at square one. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hope this finds the right category. I'm building my own websit via portfolio using the theme 'Andreas', I want to create more than one gallery to show images, when I click on collections to add a photo gallery (photo grid) using collections it shows a large image with a box either on left or right side with text (container)?. Clicking on that opens a gallery. However, I just want small thumbnails to open to a gallery, can anyone advise please how this can be done. Many thanks

I created my own website on a student account which is edu. I graduated one month ago and I just found out my portfolio website is shut down I can't access the portfolio manage website since my edu account has disabled my access to all the adobe services. I'm pretty nervous now because I'm not sure if they will delete my website. I've already contacted my school's IT administrator and they will contact me on Monday. I'm pretty anxiety if my website is still there!! I want to know right now!

Llevo todo el día intenado pagar la cuota de adobe creative cloud y no puedo, me pide actualizar los datos de pago, lo hago y no llegan a cambiarse a pesar de que me sale el mensaje de que se ha actualizado con exito. ¿alguna solucion?

Everyone who is having this issue with the current update of CC.I spoke at length with Adobe Customer Service and they are stating the MUSE end of life and they won't support Muse. The fact that it is a big in CC that renders Muse useless is not their problem. EVERYONE please email to Adobe and let them know ther promised to keep MUSE runing even without their support. I have a set of photos and graphics I'd like to upload in bulk to my CC libraries but Adobe seems to only let you do one file at a time.I know throught the CC Files you can upload multiple, but can you do it with Libraries?

Hello!Since the discontinuation of the Creative Cloud Documents is upon us, I am trying to download all of my documents before the deadline. This has worked so far, but since yesterday I cannot download any file from my cloud documents. These are illustrator files, but I have also tried downloading a photoshop file with the same result, a red 'download failed' message with no error code. (see attachment)To be clear, I am trying to download my files from here assets.adobe.com/cloud-documentsI have tried different browsers, going incognito, disabling all of my browser extensions, restarting my PC, sleeping on it, and they all have the same result.Please help! I did not have a local back-up of these files because they have always been safe in the cloud documents. Now that I do want to make a back-up, I can't download a single file! This is extremely frustrating as it is very important I have access to one of the files stored on there for an assignment.Thank you for reading!

I have been using Behance for a decade actively. I posted several works, interacted with other designers, and created moodboards. A few weeks ago I lost access to my Behance account. When I try to visit behance.com, it says that I have no longer access to this product. I contacted Adobe support and they told me that in order to access my Behance account I need to buy an Adobe subscription. They didn't tell me why is this. Other users can use Behance for free, I cannot.

Started a new (Adobe) Portfolio. Open LR, link a Collection to Portfolio. Get a message that it's been shared with Portfolio. Even opens Portfolio's Web page for me.Try to add images, select LR Collection, it keeps telling me I have nothing in my LR Library - though clearly I do, and LR is telling me Portfolio has access to them.Anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!

(In other words, will the sharing functionality of local documents still be available?)

Mi cuenta de adobe tiene dos cuentas con el correo una que es institucional y otra personal, ya que es un correo de empresa. Hoy cancelaron la subscripcion y ya no puedo acceder a la cuenta institucional, pero aun puedo acceder a la personal, utilizando el mismo correo en ambas. El problema es que en la nube de la cuenta institucional guardaba todos los archivos y no puedo acceder a ellos, habra alguna manera de hacerlo? aun que sea solo descargarlos 😞

I want to change my Adobe account's email from its school one to my home one. The problem though is that for some reason, I already had a completely empty and separate account with my home one. I tried deleting it, but when I tried to change the email again, it still says it's been used. Is this a permanent problem, do I have to wait a little longer or is there a way around this? I'm worried my school will delete my Adobe.
