Hi,I had previously added a custom domain to a Portfolio site that was on my then-employers account. I no longer work for the company and am now trying to use the same domain name on a new Portfolio in a new Adobe CC account.When I try and connect the domain I get the following message: This domain is already connected to an Adobe Portfolio site There is no option to disconnect the domain on this page or anywhere else. I have made sure that the DNS settings are pointing to Adobe, but it still seems to be recognising the domain from before and sending it to the 'site not found' page. Please help as I desperately need to apply for jobs using the domain and my new Portfolio.
Hi, probably the wrong place to post but I need help with the Adobe Portfolio site.I have rollover turned off. I don't know why this keeps happening every time I hover my mouse over my logo. The font/size changes and I'm not sure why.I'm assuming there is some sort of glitch, rollover really is on, somewhere but I don't know where, or this is just how adobe portfolio works?Can someone help me... what am I missing?
Hi guys, sorry for the extraordinary title, but I really need help as I use Adobe for everything I do at work.I pay an Adobe plan which gets me all the apps - the student one. Last days I have been facing an issue with After Effects and Photoshop, and I think it might be a problem with Adobe Creative Cloud which I can't solve. In resume, my After Effects do not render - it just doesn't. It takes hours to render a video that before it would take like 2 or 3 minutes, and mostly it just freezes on the last frame. It was only one time I could render, the others it would never render and stopped at the last frame. With Photoshop, I can't open anything. It gives me that error which says "Photoshop can't open this file because of a program error". I tried to uninstall, restart, restart my PC, I tried absolutely everything I could do to reset the preferences, and it still doesn't work. Hi, I'm using CC on my MacBook and disk space is slowly running out. Is there any possibility to delete the files from on my macbook without deleting them out of the cloud? I haven't found anything about that yet.Thanks & greetings from germany,Alex
Bonjour, J'ai réalisé l'année dernière un portfolio en ligne sur Adobe Portfolio. Ce portfolio a été réalisé à l'aide de mon adresse mail Adobe de mon ancienne entreprise. J'ai encore accès au compte, mais forcément je n'ai plus le pack de la suite Adobe. Seulement, aujourd'hui j'ai une nouvelle adresse Adobe et j'aimerais retrouver mon portfolio en migrant les données d'un compte à l'autre. Malheureusement je n'arrive plus à accéder à mon portfolio malgré que j'ai encore accès à l'adresse de mon ancienne entreprise. its german. my creative cloud doesnt sync with my pc folder i got this error message. i only have CC & PS installed on my pc.
According to Adobe, I can activate the applications on two computers. But it somehow does not reflect the reality, because I only can activate the whole Adobe Creative Cloud on two computers. I have a Mac, Macbook and Windows machine. I would need to have Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom classic on the Mac, Lightroom on the Macbook and Lightroom Classic on Windows for printing (I can not print from Mac because of missing color management in recent Canon AirPrint workflow). But unfortunately it can not be done. Is there any viable solution? Of course I can constantly sign-out and sign-in, but it is not really comfortable.
Is there a way to link 2 seperate accounts, to more easily switch between the 2?Currently I have one CC account for my business, plus a secomd one for a canine rescue I run. Each account uses different apps.Currently, I have to sign out, reboot my system to acknowledge I've signed out, and then sign back in to the other account. It's clumsy, cumbersome and really a pain.Is there a way to link the accounts, so adobe lets me effortlessly move between either, like Instagram allows?

So I've been trying to make some projects in InDesign and I have some photos on my phone with I want to transfer to my computer. When I try to upload anything to my CreativeCloud files it only says "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported.", we are talking about a jpeg. I can't upload anything besides Adobe's file formats like psd. I've tried uploading on PC, MAC and WEB and none of them works. I've used up 392.1 MB out of 120 GB.Can somebody please help me?
I'm experiencing an issue where whenever I, or anyone I share my Library with, licenses an image from the Adobe Stock site, six of that same image is added to the library. I believe each thumbnail does represent a seperate instance of the image because if I add the first instance to a PSD file then delete the first instance from the Library, the layer in my PSD will show that the link is broken. I also want to note that I do share the library with 5 other people, which means six people have access to the library.

In the latest Creative Cloud app (v5.4.5.550 as of time of posting), is there a way to dismiss all the notifications besides clicking the little "meatball" menu and selecting "dismiss this notification" for each one individually? With lots of folks commenting on my published/shared designs, it would be great to be able to clear the comments between projects. I've tried turning all notifications off and then on again in the CC app preferences, but no dice.
Hi,as there is nobody at home at Adobe who could answer a personal question (help by real people brings up an AI chat bot!!!!!), I'm checking with the community if someone has experienced a similar issue in the last days.When I login to my account I get this welcome message. This would be nice, if I would be in any way related to "Language Line Translation Solutions", but I am not.Does anyone have an idea what this means? Is my account assigned to the wrong company? This month I gave 2 training sessions on the usage of CC Libraries (one dedicated to Illustrator news, one to CC News)I had a few trainees that I would share a CC lib with, they all get edit rights to populate the lib, they are all in front of me and their CC lib panel is open.Once I showed them how to look for an Adobe Stock image directly from their app (whether Ai, Id or Ps), the downloaded picture would duplicate and appear in multiple instances (one for each attendee). It, of course, gets scary on a larger attendees group, but I don't think I have a screen grab of that. And it is complicate for me, as a freelancer, to replicate this situation out of the training sessions. Once done, I still can delete the incriminated images, although, different issue, they don't dsplay any thumbnail in the "recently deleted" part of CC assets. I will also log it as a bug in the stock forum.

ACC 6.0.0.571 , since two days it keeps showing library sync error.... I did install PS 25.2 update but because of many bugs , I uninstall it and walk back to V25.1
I wanted to use Adobe Portfolio during client meetings to show an extended version of my portfolio. My website is tightly edited and clients can access it at any time on their own, but during meetings I give them my iPad and they can go more in-depth on various projects. I think Adobe Portfolio could be a good option, but I'd like to use it off-line, unconnected to a browser, as I want clients to see the images full-screen, without the tab and menu bar seen in browsers. Apple used to allow the tab bar to be hidden, but for some reason removed that function! It doesn't look like that possible in Chrome or Firefox either. Is there a way to view the Adobe Portfolio without a browser, say in another Adobe app, via the cloud but without using a browser with menu and tab bars?Thanks!

Hi, I've had Behance for over a year, and i'm finally fed up enough with this glitch to report it. It's really annoying, and kind of steals appreciations from creators. So sometimes when I go to appreciate someone's work, it just automatically skips to the next post without actually appreciating it. I have to scroll back and try to appreciate it but no matter what, for whatever post this glitch decides to attack, it won't allow me to appreciate it. Please fix this problem, it's very irritating because it prevents me from sending my gratitude to other artists. Thank you. I can even screen record it if I have to...
Of course, I don’t expect an answer, but it seems that Adobe support does not work, or is there another way to explain the lack of response to the request for several weeks? The only question that remains is - what am I paying for?
Adobe Creative Cloud unter macOS 13.6.1 auf einem iMac M1:Obwohl ich in den Einstellungen von Creative Cloud angegeben habe, dass es bei der Anmeldung starten soll, tut Creative Cloud dies nicht. Auch eine Deinstallation und Neu-Installation hat da nicht geholfen. Dies ist sehr umständlich, da dann auch die abonnierten Schriften nicht geladen werden. Was kann ich tun, damit Creative Cloud ich tatsächlich bei der Anmeldung startet????
