Creative Cloud Services

From reading a great number of the complaints users have posted and it is obvious that Abobe doesn't give a big crap just as long as the subscribers keep paying their monthly subscription fees. It's like Adobe could not give a big sh/t until we start canceling our subscriptions. It's likened to that of like today's battle between Disney's ESPN and its other sports networks and Spectrum Cable.  Disney is losing money out the wazoo so the fix is to charge the cable providers more money.  Hence Spectrum will be forced to up the monthly fees to their subscribers. These same complaints go back a number of years with no fixes.  I suggest as a society that we cut both Adobe and Disney's nuts off by canceling our subscriptions thus tanking their stock prices and the company's net worth!!!!!! 

Anyone know if Adobe outsources their subscribers plans?I have been using Adobe products for ~20 years now. Over the years I developed a lot of trust in their products. A recent perception is they outsource product plan management. The reason why since this is not the first time I have caught changes in my plans. They add plans I have told them in the past I did not want. Sure enough a few months later you see they have added another plan to your bill. Unfortunate that I have to check monthly on my plans. Wish I could trust a company the size of Adobe TIA

Hi, I have a problem with my fonts in CC app. When I click on "f" icon to show fonts to add or remove, a loading spinner appears and fonts never show up.. I tried to reinstall app, unistall all adobe apps and I also used adobe cleaner.. nothnig helps.. internet connection works - fonts.adobe.com loads in web browser..  Any suggestion how to fix this?

En effet, j'ai également essayé de me connecter sur adobe portfolio en ligne mais cette fois çi sur mon ordinateur, et on m'indique que mon compte est refusé pour accéder à mes anciens travaux. De plus, lorsque je souhaite me connecter sur un autre appareil que mon ordinateur, mon compte est noté comme personnel et sans abonnement . Bonjour à tous, J'ai la suite Adobe grâce à mon école, cependant, ils ont suspendu l'abonnement depuis le 1er septembre, jusqu'à la rentrée le 22 septembre, or, toutes mes données vont être supprimées le 15 si cela n'est pas régularisé. J'ai tenté de migrer mon portfolio (le plus important) vers le compte de quelqu'un d'autre en suivant la procédure "transfert de ressources entre des comptes ou des profils", mais puisque la licence a expiré, impossible de me connecter pour faire la manoeuvre. Quant au service client Adobe, je ne peux même plus contacter l'assistant virtuel, et trouver un salarié réel est impossible...  Quelqu'un a une solution svp ? Je souhaite juste sauver mon portfolio, aidez moi plz Merci par avance pour votre aide ML

How on earth really?I am NOT talking about the applications under CC Desktop (like photoshop etc).That is already ok.I prefer it in english, because of its wild cryptic Turkish and finding help in english is easier.Also there are million scenarios in both personal and business use, which a program that central to applications must have a configurable language selection.

Bonjour, les polices activées dans la Rechercher des polices | Adobe Fonts ne sont pass accessibles dans les logicels associés dont InDesign ni visible dans Adobe Font sauf celles que je désactive. J'ai l'impression que ça vient de la synchronisation du Creative Cloud. Aucun fichier est enregistré sur le Cloud donc la mémoire n'est pas saturée. Avez-vous une solution à me donner ? La réinstallation complète de creative cloud a été faite mais pas de changement.Merci pour votre aide

Hello,I have tried to find the answer to this before but failed. I have a large number of photo files that I backup to a portable hard drive but I also want to back them up to Creative Cloud without leaving copies on my computer. I would like the sync function from my hard drive but I don't need that extra folder taking up space on my computer or portable hard drive.  Is there a way to do this?So very very grateful for any help. Thanks so much, Brenda

Hello Adobe Community,    I where editing on Adobe Portfolio now, and where to upload photos to the picture grid option and felt a bit perplexed as I where to edit the size of the image within the grid, as the option parameter to determine each individual picture size within the grid where no longer there; The slider-button to "zoom" within the grid is absent in both Chrome and Firefox.   At first I tried to use the browsers zoom ability to see if the parameter where just beyond the frame of the browser or just down below somewhere, but this was not the case. Is this button / parameter been taken "away" or is it a technical glitch?    I would like to have it back as I pay good money for this, and since I thought this was a nifty feature as it made the experience of Adobe Portfolio a bit easier in terms of marketing and showcasing.                                  I uploaded a

Help! I have a Portfolio website that I was able to edit just fine until last week, when my school had to renew their Adobe Creative Cloud license. They did so, and I can log into Creative Cloud and use my CC apps as before, no problem. And my Portfolio website is still live--but I can no longer access it, or my Behance page, in order to edit it! I've logged in and out of CC many times, no luck. How can I get access once again to my existing Portfolio website??Thank you for any help you can offer (I am kind of frantic about this right now).

I got an email today announcing  Files saved to Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer will no longer automatically sync with assets.adobe.com. This is the only way I can sync work from a personal workstation to my work computer.  Does this mean that we will no longer be able to use the Creative Cloud Files as a mechanism to do that starting February 1, 2024.  How does this "modernize the Creative Cloud storage experience"? Our company does not allow access to USB ports, I can't just copy from an external drive. The only way we can sync our work is via cloud storage. Hi Community,I have a plan for all apps, and even though I have the apps that I need installed on my computer and have been using them without problem for months, in the 'All Apps' section in CC, it is now saying on the button next to the app which should say 'Open' is now saying 'Try' and 'Buy now' for a few such as Ai and Ae. Please help.
